Abstract

Religious moderation is an essential character education strategy that emphasizes tolerance and respect for diversity. In the internet age, cyberbullying is a severe concern that threatens moderate ideals. With the increased use of social media, adolescents are frequently exposed to online bullying, which fosters an intolerant climate. This has the potential to hinder constructive character development among students. This study investigates the link between religious moderation and tolerance in a digital setting, offering fresh insights into how religious principles might be used to combat online bullying behavior. The goal of this research is to look at how religious moderation might help students build their character while also promoting internet tolerance. This study used a descriptive qualitative strategy, with interviews and observations serving as the primary data-gathering methods. From the findings, it can be inferred that students who participate in religious moderation programs are more tolerant, capable of countering bullying behavior, and more accepting of diversity. Religious moderation-based education in the digital age is critical not just for preventing cyberbullying, but also for raising a more accepting and character-driven generation.Keywords: Religious moderation; student character; cyberbullying; cybertolerance; education

Abstract

Shalat adalah momen khusyuk yang menghubungkan diri dengan Tuhan, menjadi bentuk komunikasi hamba kepada pencipta, dengan tujuan mendekatkan diri. Dalam menjalankan shalat, bagi Muslim, penting mengikuti gerakan sesuai sunnah Nabi dan tata cara empat mazhab Islam: Hanafi, Maliki, Syafi'i, dan Hambali. Meski gerakan mazhab berbeda, perbedaan ini dapat dipelajari sesuai dengan mazhab yang dianut, tanpa menjadi perdebatan pada masyarakat mengenai perbedaan tata cara gerakan shalat. Teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) 3D dengan metode Marker-based Tracking menjadi alternatif menarik untuk memudahkan pemahaman tata cara gerakan shalat sesuai mazhab. AR adalah salah satu teknologi yang dapat menciptakan aplikas, maka digunakanlah teknologi ini pada proses pengenalannya. Marker-based tracking memanfaatkan penanda dengan pola titik-titik untuk mendeteksi dan proyeksikan objek 3D ke AR. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membantu umat Muslim, terutama yang baru belajar shalat atau ingin memahami gerakan berbagai mazhab, untuk mengikuti gerakan yang tepat sesuai mazhab yang dianut. Berdasarkan perancangan, implementasi dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini serta beberapa koresponden yang telah menguji aplikasi ini maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi ini memberikan beberapa fitur yang dapat membantu dalam proses pembelajaran khususnya dalam pembelajaran tata cara gerakan shalat.

Abstract

Bawang merah rentan terhadap serangan penyakit yang dapat mengganggu pertumbuhan dan mengakibatkan hasil panen yang tidak maksimal bahkan gagal panen, seperti bercak ungu dan moler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan penyakit bawang merah dengan mengimplementasikan meetode naïve bayes (gaussian , bernoulli, dan multinomial) dan CNN pada citra bawang merah yang diekstraksi menggunakan fourier descriptor. Metode FD – CNN memperoleh tingkat accuracy 98% dalam mengklasifikasikan penyakut bawang merah, moler dan bercak ungu, sedangkan metode CNN tanpa menggunakan ekstraksi menghasilkan nilai accuracy sebesar 97%. Adapun pada metode naïve bayes, pengklasifikasian yang memiliki accuracy paling tinggi adalah metode gaussian naïve bayes sebesar 95% sedangkan yang paling rendah yaitu metode bernoulli naïve bayes dengan tingkat accuracy sebesar 42%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa CNN, FD-CNN, dan FD-GNB efektif untuk meningkatkan performa klasifikasi pada citra daun bawang merah.

Abstract

An academic degree is a degree obtained through a certain level of education, in a certain field as well. Examples of this academic degree are S, Pd for education, (S.T) for engineering, (S, Ag) for religion, (Dr) for health, and others. A vocational degree is a degree given to diploma-level graduates of vocational education or academies that produce expertise in a particular field from a university. Professional degree A professional degree is a degree given to graduates of professional education in a particular field of study from a university. The conclusion obtained from the research is that the inclusion of a false academic degree for a person for the sake of public recognition, that a person has a high educational background, which is indicated by a degree can be subject to criminal sanctions. The legislation regulates the prohibition of degrees used without rights by a person, this is in accordance with the formulation of article 28 paragraph (7) of law No. 12 of 2012 concerning higher education which reads "individuals who without rights are prohibited from using academic degrees, vocational degrees and / or professional titles. Abstract

Eco-enzyme is a fermentation product of organic materials, which is beneficial to the environment, but often suffers from defects in its production. This research aims to improve the quality of eco-enzymes using the Seven Tools and 5W+1H methods. Seven Tools identifies the causes of defects, while 5W+1H formulates improvement strategies. The analysis results show that color defects or black mold is the main problem with a percentage of 46.15%. Causal factors include poor quality raw materials, low labor skills, and suboptimal processing methods. Improvements were made by selecting fresh organic ingredients, 20% leafless vegetable composition, 30-minute soaking, and more optimal stirring. This strategy is expected to improve product quality and reduce the level of defects in eco-enzyme production.

Abstract

The Faculty of Computer Science (FIKOM) at Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI) faces significant challenges in enhancing the quality of thesis supervision due to an increasing student population. This study utilizes the Management by Objectives (MBO) approach to evaluate and improve faculty supervision quality. MBO involves setting clear goals, monitoring progress, providing feedback, and evaluating performance based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT), and Customer Effort Scores (CES). Data was gathered from questionnaires distributed to 211 FIKOM students currently writing or who have completed their theses. The findings reveal that MBO implementation significantly enhances communication between faculty and students, clarifies supervision goals, and boosts student satisfaction. The structured and directed approach of MBO makes the supervision process more efficient, leading to higher quality thesis completions. Additionally, the research underscores the importance of aligning supervision schedules and methods to better fit both faculty and student needs, thus mitigating issues related to faculty workload and student guidance. The study concludes that adopting MBO in thesis supervision processes can substantially improve both the effectiveness and satisfaction of academic guidance at FIKOM UMI.

Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja yang efektif merupakan elemen penting dalam memastikan keberhasilan implementasi strategi organisasi. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan kerangka Balanced Scorecard (BSC) dengan Analytic Network Process (ANP) untuk mengevaluasi kinerja penyedia jasa logistik secara komprehensif. Metode ini dirancang untuk mengatasi keterbatasan BSC tradisional dengan memperhitungkan hubungan timbal balik dan saling ketergantungan antar indikator kinerja. Proses analisis melibatkan penentuan bobot prioritas menggunakan perbandingan berpasangan (pairwise comparison), yang dilakukan melalui perangkat lunak ANP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator "Karyawan Dedikatif" memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap kinerja organisasi, diikuti oleh "Pertumbuhan Penjualan" dan "Efisiensi Biaya Operasional". Sementara itu, indikator "Kapabilitas Transportasi" dan "Kualitas Produk/Servis" berada pada prioritas terendah. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya memperkuat aspek sumber daya manusia dan efisiensi finansial untuk meningkatkan daya saing penyedia jasa logistik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam mengembangkan pendekatan holistik untuk pengukuran kinerja strategis, sekaligus menawarkan kerangka kerja yang aplikatif bagi manajer dalam merancang strategi organisasi berbasis data. Selain itu, integrasi BSC dan ANP terbukti efektif dalam menangkap dinamika hubungan kompleks antar elemen strategis, sehingga menghasilkan wawasan yang lebih mendalam untuk pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

This research explores the optimization of YOLO-based computer vision algorithms for real-time recognition of Indonesian Sign Language (BISINDO) letters under diverse environmental conditions. Motivated by the communication barriers faced by the deaf and hearing communities due to limited sign language literacy, the study aims to enhance inclusivity through advanced visual detection technologies. By implementing the YOLOv5s model, the system is trained to detect and classify correct and incorrect BISINDO hand signs across 52 classes (26 correct and 26 incorrect letters), utilizing a dataset of 3,900 images augmented to 10,920 samples. Performance evaluation employs k-fold cross-validation (k=10) and confusion matrix analysis across varied lighting and background scenarios, both indoor and outdoor. The model achieves a high average precision of 0.9901 and recall of 0.9999, with robust results in indoor settings and slight degradation observed under certain outdoor conditions. These findings demonstrate the potential of YOLOv5 in facilitating real-time, accurate sign language recognition, contributing toward more accessible human-computer interaction systems for the deaf community.

Abstract

Sistem pengaduan publik di lembaga pemerintah daerah sering menghadapi tantangan seperti laporan yang tidak valid, proses verifikasi manual yang lambat, dan ketiadaan integrasi lokasi pelapor. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, studi ini mengembangkan sistem informasi pengaduan publik berbasis web untuk Kantor PUPR Kota Baubau dengan menerapkan mekanisme validasi otomatis menggunakan metadata EXIF yang tertanam dalam foto pengaduan. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan pendekatan Waterfall yang memungkinkan proses perancangan berjalan terstruktur dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Fitur utamanya mencakup validasi otomatis lokasi dan waktu pengambilan foto, penolakan laporan tidak valid, deteksi format dan ukuran file, serta antarmuka responsif tanpa kebutuhan login. Setiap pengaduan yang berhasil dikirimkan juga akan otomatis masuk ke email petugas terkait untuk mempercepat tindak lanjut. Hasil pengujian fungsional menggunakan metode black box menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai spesifikasi, sementara uji beta menghasilkan skor rata-rata 3,43 dan indeks kepuasan sebesar 85,75% yang tergolong Sangat Baik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menyaring laporan tidak relevan, mempercepat verifikasi, meningkatkan keakuratan data, serta mendukung akses publik melalui perangkat seluler dan desktop.

Abstract

The complexity of the motifs and large number of different patterns make the classification of Toraja carvings challenging. The objective of this study is to develop a Convolutional Neural Network automatic classification model using a comparative analysis of the performance of three ResNet architectures. Data augmentation techniques were used to enrich the diversity of the training samples and improve the robustness of the model. The experimental results showed that ResNet101V2 had the highest validation accuracy, which was greater than 97%, followed by ResNet50V2 with more than 96%, and finally, ResNet152V2 with more than 94.74%. These test results indicate that the ResNet101V2 architecture has a better classification performance for complex motifs, with a good balance between precision and recall. However, the confusion matrix and per-class performance metrics indicated that motifs with high similarity, such as Paqdon-Bolu and Paqtedong, remained challenging. This study demonstrated that deeper CNN architectures and data augmentation techniques are effective in improving the classification accuracy of complex carving patterns. Further research should explore hybrid or advanced augmentation methods to improve the overall robustness and accuracy of the model.
