Abstract

Abstract

Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) represents an innovative social investment instrument in Indonesia, combining cash waqf (Islamic endowment) with government sukuk (Sharia-compliant bonds). Despite its significant role in funding education, healthcare, and economic development, the substantial potential of CWLS remains underutilized due to a disparity between its projected benefits and the limited participation of potential investors. The study aims to predict the intention of Islamic banking customers to engage in cash waqf through State Sukuk or CWLS in West Java. It employs the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to investigate the behavioral intentions of Islamic banking customers in West Java, Indonesia, toward adopting CWLS. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 119 respondents who are active customers of Islamic banks. The findings reveal that attitude toward behavior and subjective norms do not significantly influence behavioral intention, whereas perceived behavioral control (PBC) emerges as a critical predictor of intention to participate in CWLS. Among demographic variables, only age moderates the relationship between attitude toward behavior and behavioral intention. The study identifies low public awareness, limited financial literacy, and mistrust in CWLS mechanisms as key barriers. To bridge this gap, stakeholders must prioritize widespread socialization campaigns, particularly targeting productive-age demographics, to enhance trust and literacy. Strategic promotion of CWLS’s dual benefits—social impact and financial returns—is recommended to accelerate investor participation and maximize its socioeconomic potential.========================================================================================================ABSTRAK - Bagaimana Faktor Perilaku Membentuk Niat Investasi dalam Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk di Indonesia? Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of holistic education at Sekolah Alam Sukahaji in Tasikmalaya and how it impacts student development. The study used a qualitative case study design and employed participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Data were collected over a period of six months from various stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and students. The results showed that Sekolah Alam Sukahaji successfully integrated the national curriculum with a nature-based learning approach and the institution's core values. Sekolah Alam Sukahaji created a learning environment that supports the overall growth of students by using an experiential learning model and the surrounding environment as a medium for learning. This model has been shown to improve students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities. The active involvement of parents in the learning process reinforces the idea that education is holistic and has a positive impact on students' cognitive and socio-emotional development. Thus, Sekolah Alam Sukahaji offers a viable option for the education system and contributes significantly to the diversification of learning methods and education models in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the integration of Pancasila and Islamic values in the context of futuristic educational transformation in Indonesia with a multicultural approach. Facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0, Indonesian education needs to transform without losing the roots of the nation's noble values. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach. The research results show that there is harmony between the values of Pancasila and Islamic teachings which can be integrated into futuristic education. Soft skills development based on these two value systems is very important in preparing future generations. The integration model can be implemented through the development of an integrated curriculum and innovative learning methods such as project-and role-based learning, and the formation of cross-cultural communities. This multicultural approach in the integration process strengthens understanding of diversity while maintaining unity. Although there are challenges in implementation, strategies such as intensive teacher training and multi-stakeholder collaboration can be a solution. This research contributes to the development of an educational model that integrates national and religious values to face the challenges of the digital era in Indonesia.

Abstract

Education abroad has become a choice for Indonesian students to get the best education. Malaysia is one of the most popular international education destinations among Indonesians. Thousands of Indonesian students have chosen Malaysia to gain academic experience. This study aims to reveal how the experience of studying abroad, especially in Malaysia, affects the nationalist views of Indonesian students. This research method uses a case study focusing on Indonesian students studying at the International Islamic University Malaysia. The data collection method uses a questionnaire to measure Nationalism and contribution to the country. Students studying abroad face challenges and opportunities that can affect their perspective as Indonesian citizens. Some things that can affect their perspective include the quality of education, employment opportunities with high wages, and excellent public facilities. The results of the data analysis show that Indonesian students in Malaysia have an increased sense of Nationalism even though they have good opportunities to stay in Malaysia. This research provides insights into how Nationalism grows even when living abroad. The results of this study can be the basis for the Indonesian government to design programs that can support education and employment opportunities for Indonesian students studying abroad. Researchers can conduct further research to comprehend the long-term impact of international education on the nationalistic views of Indonesian students.

Abstract

Kata kunci: sosialisasi; pendampingan; sertifikasi halal; daya saing UMKM Abstract MSMEs have a strategic role in improving the economy through workforce absorption and increasing product competitiveness through legality. Halal certification is an important need in providing consumer trust and protection while opening up great opportunities for MSMEs to penetrate the international market. The high halal market opportunities are not comparable to the reality in the field, it was found that there are still many MSMEs that have not been certified due to lack of information, minimal awareness, and do not understand the application procedure. This service uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method with preparation steps, socialization, assistance in submitting halal certification, and evaluation to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs. The purpose of this service is to increase MSMEs' understanding of halal certification, support product legality, and strengthen competitiveness in the market. The purpose of this activity is to encourage MSMEs to be proactive in ensuring halal standards, creating market opportunities, and supporting a sustainable halal economy. The results show that MSMEs understand the importance of halal labels in providing consumer protection and increasing trust, are able to identify raw materials and production processes that comply with halal standards, and realize that halal certification can strengthen the competitiveness of their products. The implication is that MSMEs become more proactive in maintaining halal standards, expanding market access, and supporting the sustainability of the halal economy at the local and global levels. Keywords: socialization; mentoring; halal certification; competitiveness of MSMEs

Abstract

Alternative educational institutions in Indonesia deal with significant problems in maintaining their unique pedagogical approaches, meeting regulatory requirements and societal expectations. This study addresses the problem of balancing institutional autonomy with systemic integration by introducing the adaptive dynamic of alternative education (ADAE) pattern. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through two focus group discussions (FGDs) with purposively selected participants representing three distinct alternative education institutions: Tanoker in East Java, Komunitas Belajar Qaryah Thayyibah (KBQT) in Central Java, and Sekolah Alam Sukahaji in West Java. The sample comprised 12 participants (3 institution heads and 9 teachers) chosen based on their understanding of their respective institution’s social situations. Additionally, two education experts with expertise in mainstream and alternative education were interviewed. The findings of the study reveal that ADAE is built on three integrated philosophical pillars: theomorphic, eduhumanistic, and futuristic. The pattern demonstrates how alternative educational institutions navigate between autonomy and integration through dynamic positioning influenced by external and internal factors. The research found the practical implications include a framework for alternative institutions that implementation of ADAE enables institutions to maintain their innovative practices, achieving legitimacy through measurable community impact.
