Abstract

In ancient times, humans listened to music using music records in the form of discs that were quite large. Then it developed into smaller discs, then added cassettes and radio. In this modern era, music preservation is received through online applications, and one application that provides these services is Spotify. But this success does not cover the importance of service factors to compete with other brands competitively. Therefore, this study uses quantitative methods to examine the factors influencing consumer loyalty as seen from the community's involvement, experience, Trust, and commitment to the Spotify brand. The Sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling approach. Data was collected using a purposive sampling technique, taking 351 respondents with had experience using the Spotify application. The measurement model for the inner model in this study was analyzed using AMOS 26. In the internal model, testing was discovered by using this study's R2, discriminant, and fitness models. The outer model research includes validity and reliability tests done with SPSS 26 application

Abstract

Abstract. Indonesia's entry into the free-market competition has led to a surge in the number of hospitals, resulting in intensified competition with increasingly selective consumers, higher expectations, and lower loyalty. According to the 2022 report from Siloam Hospital Manado, there has been a decline in urology patient visits, and no research has been conducted on patient satisfaction levels regarding service quality, brand image, communication, and their impact on urology patient loyalty. This situation raises concerns about a potential decline in patient visits, which is crucial during this period to enhance the hospital's marketing function for achieving patient satisfaction and loyalty. To analyze the influence of service quality, brand image, and communication on patient satisfaction and their subsequent impact on patient loyalty. This study employs a descriptive-analytic design with a quantitative approach, utilizing purposive sampling with a sample size of 161. Data is collected through questionnaires, and the analysis is conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS).

Abstract

The hospital organization determines quality of care (QOC) from health services; however, there are many challenges due to the different backgrounds of healthcare workers. Essentially, governance is needed to guarantee a process oriented toward clinical outcomes. Unfortunately, research on clinical management with dimensional measurements conducted in private hospitals is still scanty. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between clinical governance climate (CGC) on QOC mediated by a patient safety culture (PSC) and the control variable adaptation to workload in relation to QOC. Participants were healthcare workers in two private hospitals that have been fully accredited; 416 participants met the requirements. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires in March 2023. Data were analyzed through partial least square – structural equation model (PLS-SEM). The study result indicated a significant positive relationship between CGC and PSC (β=0.851, p-value<0.05). Further, a positive relationship between PSC to QOC (β=0.654, p-value<0.05) was established. However, insufficient evidence indicates a direct relation between CGC on QOC (p-value>0.05). The role of PSC as a full mediating was confirmed (β=0.557, p-value<0.05, CI 95% 0.441-0.677). The finding of this study is the importance of CGC relation to QOC mediated by PSC in private hospitals.
