Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of information, social psychological distance, a sense of power & trust on consumer purchase intentions on TikTok social commerce. TikTok social media company is a relatively new company among other social media companies, to create a good social trading environment, TikTok's steps are quite good in implementing various social trading features in it, one of which is the inclusion of links in the bio of social media profiles. However, the company is also expected to pay attention to the platform from several variables, namely information quality, social psychological distance, sense of power, trust and purchase intention. This study uses individual primary data methods using questionnaires as a medium to obtain data from respondents. In this study, researchers took respondents who were Indonesian citizens. The total respondents in this study were probably 1055 respondents. This research uses data processing with Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PL-SEM) and is processed using SmartPLS software. The results obtained in this study indicate that electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on the response of TikTok social media users, so that users will make purchase intentions mediated by trust.

Abstract

Hospitals had to adjust by offering telemedicine services in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. In contrast to telemedicine, which is developed independently, telemedicine used to have adequate resources. Unfortunately, few studies have been conducted to capture online patient experience from hospital telemedicine services. Therefore, this study attempts to analyze factors that can affect Online Patient Experience (OPX) and assess the impact on Continue Usage Intention (CUI) and Intention to Recommend (ITR). The independent variables that become the antecedents of OPX are Professional Knowledge (PKL), Physician Rank (PRK), Physician Image (PIM), Response Speed (RSP), Service Commitment (SCM), Service Attitude (SAT), and Communication Efforts (CEF). This study is a quantitative survey with cross-sectional data obtained by questionnaire instrument. Respondents were taken purposively using judgment sampling to get those who had received telemedicine services managed by a large group of hospitals in Jakarta. Based on the result, 172 respondents were eligible. The result indicated that all the antecedents studied had a positive and significant relation (p-value < 0,05) with OPX. The results also found that RSP (β = 0.317), SCM (β = 0.216), and PIM (β = 0,186) are the three constructs that play the dominant role. Thus, it is important to create a positive online patient experience so that patients can continue to use teleconsultation services and recommend them to others.

Abstract

The time constraints at the end of the semester often lead to suboptimal delivery of circulatory system materials, which consequently affect students' learning outcomes. Hence, this research aims to delve into the impact of applying the RCCR (Reflect-Collaborate-Convey-Record) approach based on Hybrid Learning on enhancing cognitive learning outcomes. This study utilizes a quasi-experimental design, encompassing a control group with pretests and posttests, though they are not equivalent. Evaluation of cognitive learning outcomes involves multiple-choice questions in both the pretest and posttest phases. The data from these evaluations are quantitatively analyzed in-depth. After the learning process, the average posttest score for the control group reached 71.61, while the experimental group achieved a score of 81.25. Statistical analysis indicates a significant difference in posttest results between the experimental and control groups. The analysis of change scores (N-gain) also shows a significant difference between the experimental and control groups (p<0.05). These findings highlight a strong connection between cognitive learning outcomes and metacognitive skills mastery (r=0.83). Consequently, this learning model presents a valuable alternative for overcoming classroom time constraints and effectively enhancing cognitive learning outcomes.
