Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of hospital branding on patient perception, satisfaction, and loyalty. A strong hospital brand can enhance patient trust and satisfaction, which in turn increases patient loyalty. The material presented includes an introduction to the brand and its impact on the hospital. The participants included 104 individuals from all Siloam hospital group hospitals who hold managerial positions, including doctors and healthcare professionals. This result indicates the importance of effective brand management in the healthcare sector to achieve competitive advantage, with 90% of participants understanding this. These findings have practical implications for hospital managers in developing marketing strategies focused on brand building and strengthening.

Abstract

With job satisfaction acting as a mediating variable, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of organizational culture, work environment, and work motivation on nurse performance. This study involved 48 nurses and was carried out in Jakarta. A Likert scale of 1 to 5 was used for 34 questions on the questionnaire, which was distributed as part of the census sampling procedure to collect data. The SEM approach based on PLS was used to analyze the data. The study's findings indicate that the XYZ Community Health Center (Puskesmas) nurses performance is influenced by organizational culture, the work environment, and job satisfaction. This research model is still intriguing and will hopefully add to the performance literature despite a number of limitations

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien, terutama di era Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (BPJS) di Indonesia. Rumah Sakit Sumber Waras sebagai rumah sakit rujukan BPJS menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga kualitas layanan untuk memenuhi harapan pasien, termasuk menangani berbagai kendala seperti waktu tunggu panjang dan transparansi pelayanan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah memahami pengaruh kualitas layanan, kepuasan, dan faktor lain terhadap niat kunjungan ulang pasien rawat jalan BPJS. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RS Sumber Waras dengan melibatkan 3 poli utama yaitu 3 poli yaitu IPD, Bedah, atau Obgyn dengan melibatkan 375 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner berisi 51 pertanyaan dengan skala likert berdasarkan metode purposive sampling Data dianalisis dengan metode SEM berbasiskan PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan reliability dan responsiveness terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS rawat jalan di RS Sumber Waras, yang kemudian berdampak pada peningkatan Trust, Commitment, dan Revisit Intention. Trust dan Commitment juga berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara kepuasan pasien dengan niat kunjungan ulang. Rumah sakit perlu meningkatkan pelayanan pasien BPJS dengan memperbaiki sistem informasi, responsivitas, dan fasilitas, serta memberikan edukasi dan komunikasi yang jelas untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan kepercayaan pasien. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk melibatkan lebih banyak poli, jenis pasien, serta menggunakan pendekatan kombinasi kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk hasil yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of food quality, price, location, and environment on consumer satisfaction at Daja House Restaurant in Lampung City. The study was conducted with customers who had visited the restaurant at least three times within a six-month period. The research used a quantitative method with purposive sampling, targeting Daja House Restaurant customers. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. A total of 55 valid responses were received. The data was then processed using SmartPLS 4.0 software for testing indicator validity, variable reliability, and the research model using R². The results showed that food quality had no significant effect on consumer satisfaction. However, location and environment were found to have a positive influence on consumer satisfaction, and price also had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Based on these findings, the study recommends that the restaurant's management pay more attention to the location and environment in terms of the restaurant's facilities and atmosphere to attract more consumers. In addition, the price should remain affordable to maintain consumer satisfaction. Therefore, the management should continue to ensure that the prices offered to consumers are reasonable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of social media influencers on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 53 respondents from Generation Z who actively use social media. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results indicated a significant influence of exposure to social media influencer content on the increase in consumptive behavior among Generation Z. Factors such as the frequency of viewing influencer content, the level of engagement with the content, and trust in influencers were positively correlated with the respondents' consumptive behavior. These findings suggest that social media influencers play a crucial role in shaping consumption behavior among Generation Z, providing important insights for marketers and researchers to understand consumer behavior dynamics in the digital era.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry in Indonesia continues to grow, with the healthy food segment showing an upward trend. One of the well-known products in this segment is Energen. However, despite its strong branding, consumer purchase rates for Energen have declined. This study aims to identify the factors influencing the purchase intention of Energen products in Indonesia using a model that includes Health Awareness, Perceived Nutritional Content, Perceived Value, Attitude Towards Influencer, and Attitude Towards Healthy Food. A quantitative research method was employed with PLS-SEM analysis to process data from 219 respondents collected through online questionnaires. The results indicate that Perceived Nutritional Content, Perceived Value, and Attitude Towards Influencer significantly affect Purchase Intention, however Health Awareness and Attitude Towards Healthy Food do not have a significant impact on Purchase Intention. This study contributes to the academic literature on consumer behavior in the healthy food segment and provides practical implications for Energen's marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the marketing mix, consisting of food quality, price, location, and service quality, on customer satisfaction and loyalty at Daja House Restaurant in Bandar Lampung. Data for this study was collected through an online questionnaire with 181 respondents who had visited the restaurant more than three times in the last six months. The analysis method used a quantitative approach with a 5-point Likert scale to measure consumer perceptions of the studied variables. The results indicate that each variable in the marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a direct impact on loyalty. This study emphasizes the importance of a positive consumer experience in creating loyalty, especially in the service industry. Practically, this research provides recommendations for the management of Daja House Restaurant to continue improving food quality, adjusting competitive prices, enhancing the layout and comfort of the environment, and training staff to provide responsive and friendly service. In this way, customer satisfaction and loyalty can be increased, ultimately supporting business sustainability amid intense competition.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the influence of price, service quality, trust, and product quality on customer satisfaction for Scarlet products. This research uses a quantitative research approach where data is collected through an online Google Forms questionnaire. This research was conducted in Indonesia and took respondents from Tangerang. The sample in this research was 160 respondents. Data were analysed using the outer model. The outer model consists of validity and reliability tests, while the inner model was tested using R-square, hypothesis testing (bootstrapping), and multicollinearity testing. This research shows that price has a negative and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, service quality, trust and product quality positively and significantly affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The potential of cassava as a staple food in Indonesia, although not fully utilised. Innovation in processing cassava into chips is a solution to increase cassava consumption and overcome nutritional problems such as stunting. Through the "Keripik Bangjo" brand, consumers can enjoy practical cassava chips rich in nutritional benefits. However, the company faces several internal problems, including a lack of space production, Which is inadequate, limitations on the Power man, And the need for funds for business expansion. Solutions and output targets to overcome the problems faced by the company. Solutions include providing funds to improve production sites, involving mothers as partners in production, and expanding marketing to international, national, and local markets. Output targets include increasing sales, product development, intellectual property management, and growing income for business partners. The implementation method focuses on improving business partners' skills and capacity, especially moms involved in the production of chips Bang Jo. This involved counselling, surveys, and training in making Bangjo chips. Through this activity, consumer interest in the product will increase, sales will increase, and there will be open opportunities to cooperate with partners for new distribution.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of bound social capital and to bridge social capital on entrepreneurial Performance, which is moderated by the variables Awareness of opportunities and operational competence of entrepreneurs. This research approach uses quantitative methods and data collection methods which are distributed through electronic questionnaires via a google form. This research is aimed at entrepreneurs, with a total of 160 respondents. The instrument used for collecting questionnaire data consists of 24 indicators. Testing the questionnaire was carried out with the reliability test method and validity test, and the tools used to analyze the data using the application smart-PLS 3.2.9. The results of the study explain that bound social capital has a positive effect on entrepreneurial Performance, bridging social capital has a positive effect on entrepreneurial Performance, operational competence does not moderate the positive influence between social capital that is tied to entrepreneurial Performance, operational competence moderates the positive effect of bridging social capital on entrepreneurial Performance, Awareness of opportunities does not moderate the positive influence between social capital that is tied to entrepreneurial Performance, Awareness of opportunities does not moderate the positive influence of social capital that bridges on entrepreneurial Performance.
