Abstract

This study discusses the role of E-Commerce transactions and capital analysis in supporting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from an Islamic perspective. This study is qualitative with a descriptive approach, using triangulation as a data collection technique through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study focuses on culinary industry business actors in Segara Jaya Village, Bekasi City. The results of the study show that most respondents believe that the application of Islamic principles in capital and using the E-Commerce platform in business management is a good thing. This includes maintaining product quality, using halal-labeled raw materials, and prioritizing customer satisfaction. Respondents are committed to ensuring that every aspect of their business reflects the values and principles of Islamic teachings, making their business legally valid and based on Islamic ethics. These beliefs and practices positively impact the sustainability of their business. Furthermore, maximizing the potential of E-Commerce can help MSMEs adapt to the era of digital economic growth, thus providing opportunities for them to improve their business performance and sustainability in the digital world. Providing valuable guidance for entrepreneurs, governments, and related stakeholders. For culinary MSMEs, understanding that implementing E-Commerce is not a universal solution and the need for effective capital management can help in strategic decision-making. The government and MSME support institutions can utilize findings on the challenges of implementing E-Commerce to design more targeted support programs, including online marketing training and mentoring

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of metaverse usage on digital marketing strategies, with Generation Z serving as a mediating variable. The method employed is a quantitative approach through a questionnaire survey of 100 Generation Z students in Jakarta. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with tests of validity, reliability, coefficient of determination (R²), and path analysis. The findings indicate that metaverse usage significantly affects the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies. Generation Z acts as a partial mediator, meaning that although the characteristics of Generation Z strengthen the influence, the direct effect of the metaverse on marketing strategies remains dominant. The R² value of 53.3% for the Generation Z variable and 71.4% for the marketing strategy variable demonstrates the model’s strong explanatory capability. These findings affirm that integrating the metaverse into digital marketing strategies is a strategic step for companies to reach Generation Z consumers, who are highly familiar with technology, interactive, and value authentic experiences.

Abstract

Banjar Regency as one of the second-level regions in South Kalimantan Province has an HDI value that always experiences growth and is included in the medium category. However, if we look at the average growth rate of HDI value (shortfall reduction) during this period, it is included in the low category, which is around 0.74 percent (2010-2021 period) and only ranks 11th out of 13 districts. This shows that development programs in Banjar Regency, although they have a positive impact on improving the quality of life of the population, are not large enough when compared to development programs that have been carried out by other regencies/cities.To be able to improve these conditions, of course, it is necessary to study the causes of the low rate of growth of the HDI in Banjar Regency on the three basic dimensions of forming the HDI, namely the Dimensions of Health, Dimensions of Education and Dimensions of Decent Living Standards. Where the health dimension is represented by life expectancy (AHH), the education dimension is represented by the Average Years of Schooling (RLS) and Expected Years of Schooling (HLS), and the dimension of Decent Living Standards is represented by the Adjusted Expenditure Figures (APP).The method used is descriptive quantitativequalitative, using the Partial Least Of Square (PLS) technique to determine the influence of the dimension indicators forming HDI. The results of this research are as follows: (1) Life Expectancy and Average Years of Schooling have no significant effect on the HDI Figures of Kab. Banjar, (2) Expected Years of Schooling and Adjusted Per capita Figures have a significant effect on HDI figures, (3) indicators forming HDI such as AHH, RLS, HSL and APP together have a significant effect on HDI Kab. Banjar because the significance value is (0.000) < 0.05. With a coefficient of determination (R Squared Change) of 1,000, it can be said that the variance of the HDI value is 100% influenced by the forming indicators and is not influenced by indicators other than the indicators forming the HDI, (4) The order of indicators that contribute the most to the HDI Regency. Banjar from the largest are: Expected Length of Schooling, Life Expectancy, Expenditure Per Capita and Average Length of Schooling. In this case it can be said that the attention of the district government. Banjar during the period 2010-2021 focused more on HLS, AHH and APP indicators than on RLS indicators (the indicator with the smallest contribution).

Abstract

The low level of household financial management literacy is one of the key factors hindering the improvement of family welfare, particularly among low- to middle-income urban communities. Observations of residents in RW 04, Kebun Melati Subdistrict, Central Jakarta, indicate the persistence of high consumptive spending, limited saving habits, the absence of emergency funds, and a tendency to use consumptive debt through digital lending platforms. These conditions contribute to low levels of household financial stability. This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to improve family financial health through the implementation of a Community-Based Financial Health Model supported by training and mentoring in budgeting, healthy debt management, emergency fund development, routine saving behavior, and simple digital financial recording. The implementation methods include interactive workshops, case simulations, coaching sessions, and monitoring of financial behavior changes. The results show improvements in residents’ ability to prepare household budgets, a reduction in consumptive spending, an increase in ownership of savings and emergency funds, and the establishment of Community Financial Ambassadors as sustainability agents of the program. A comparison of pre- and post-program conditions indicates improved financial literacy, enhanced financial discipline, and growth in household financial assets. This program provides novelty through the development of an applicable and sustainable community-based financial health model.
