Abstract

Criminal activities in the labor industry are illegal acts carried out by laborers, employers, or other persons not affiliated with the firm that face criminal penalties under the Criminal Code, Manpower Law, and/or other legislation, either alone or in combination. In the course of Civil Servant Investigators' criminal inquiries in the labor sector. The Manpower and Transmigration Service (Disnakertrans) employs Civil Servant Investigators who carry out their work in accordance with the Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and the Regulation of the Chief of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2010 concerning Investigation Management by Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS). Both laws provide authority for their operations. It seems sense in this instance that PPNS Disnakertrans's inquiry is coordinated with the police as well. One of the issues preventing the inquiry from operating at its best in its execution is the ineffective coordination. The following issues may be created based on the backdrop of the aforementioned difficulties: 1. How are criminal investigations in the area of labor being carried out by Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS) of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of West Sumatra Province? 2. What are the challenges facing the Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS) of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of the Province of West Sumatra in carrying out criminal investigations in the area of labor? Based on the study's descriptive methodology and empirical juridical approach, the following conclusions may be drawn from it: 1. The implementation of criminal investigations in the field of labor by PPNS Disnakertrans is a series of: examination, processing of crime scenes, Sprindik, SPDP, examination of witnesses and suspects, completion and submission of Case Files to be submitted by PPNS to the public prosecutor through police investigators. 2. The obstacles experienced by PPNS Disnakertrans in carrying out criminal investigations in the field of labor are the lack of supervisors and PPNS both in quantity and quality. In addition, the lack of facilities and infrastructure as well as limited budget are obstacles in the investigation. SOPs that are not fully implemented and lack of coordination between PPNS and the Police as Korwas are obstacles found in the implementation of criminal investigations in the field of labor. For better implementation of investigations, PPNS Disnakertrans West Sumatra must be able to improve coordination with Police Investigators. In addition, Disnakertrans is expected to be able to overcome internal obstacles so that the enforcement of criminal acts in the labor sector can run even better.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Mengetahui Bagaimana produktivitas bawang merah di kanagarian alahan panjang, kecamatan lembah gumanti kabupaten solok. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh covid 19 terhadap pemasaran petani bawang merah kanagarian alahan panjang , kecamatan lembah gumanti kabupaten solok. 3)Untuk mengetahui pengaruh covid 19 terhadap tingkat pendapatan petani bawang merah di kanagarian alahan panjang , kecamatan lembah gumanti kabupaten solok. Jenis Penelitian ini tergolong Mix Methods dengan strategi eksplanatoris sekuensial. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kenagarian alahan panjang, kec, lembah gumanti, kab. Solok. diambil menggunakan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang ada di Kanagariana Alahan Panjang, Kec Lembah Gumanti Kab Solok, yang terdiri dari 10 jorong yang masing jorong diambil 5 orang perjorong Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Analisia data yang digunakan adalah dua pendekatan, yakni pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa 1) penghasilan bawang merah sebelum covid 19 mengalami penurunan dan penghasilan sedikit. 2 dan para petani mendapatkan laba yang yang tinggi. Sehingga terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan namun berdampak negatif. Kata Kunci : Pengaruh, Pemasaran , Pendapatan dan Covid 19

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The population growth rate in the City of Padang in 2010, 2015, and 2019. 2) the causes that greatly incited the rate of population growth in the City of Padang in 2010, 2015 and 2019. 3) the effect of population growth on availability health, education and economic facilities in the city of Padang. This type of descriptive quantitative research with data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive. The results showed that: 1) The population growth rate in Padang City in 2010 - 2015 was classified as having a high population growth rate with a birth percentage value of 1.60%, and in 2010-2019 it was classified as having a moderate population growth rate with a birth percentage of 1 , 43%, 2) the aspect that greatly affects the population growth rate in Padang City in 2010, 2015 and 2019 is fertility where the fertility rate continues to increase from 2010, 2015, and 2019, in 2010 the fertility rate was 20, 2015 was 25, and in 2019 it was 27, 3) in 2010 population growth affected the availability of educational facilities, had a strong correlation value with a correlation of 0.616, in 2015 population growth affected the availability of health facilities which had a strong relationship with a correlation of 0.640, and in 2019 population growth has an effect on it p the availability of educational facilities which has a strong relationship with a correlation value of 0.704.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of the Team Quiz learning model on the learning outcomes of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Penuh in the subject of geography. The type of research used was quasi-experimental. The population of this study were students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Penuh, totaling 124 students and the sample in this study used cluster random sampling technique with a sample of 60 students who were divided into experimental groups, namely class XI IPS 1 and control group class XI IPS 2 with the number of each group as many as 30 students. Data obtained from the results of tests given to students in the form of post-test questions given at the end of the learning process. The data analysis technique used is the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing using the t-test formula. The results show that there is an effect of the Team Quiz learning model on student learning outcomes. (6.067 > 1.672) on the post-test results of the experimental class and the control class. This shows that there is an effect of the Team Quiz learning model on student learning outcomes in the geography subject of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Penuh. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the constraints and solutions for online learning in geography subjects at the Bunda Padang Foundation Senior High School. This research was conducted in class XI Social Sciences SMA Yayasan Bunda Padang. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the obstacles experienced by students and teachers were poor internet networks, no internet quota for studying, students who were undisciplined and lazy when learning online and students did not understand the material provided by the teacher. The online geography learning solution provided by the teacher in the online geography subject is that the teacher is responsible for the obstacles experienced and then notifies the curriculum representative if there is a problem to provide advice. While the online learning solution for the geography subject that students do is looking for places with a good network and asking for hotspots/using wifi then in order to understand the material students ask for help from others to explain material they don't understand, watch YouTube, or study alone. by reading from the internet.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the needs and distribution of geography teachers in 2021 – 2026 presented in tabular form. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, including purposive sampling, techniques and data collection tools conducted by 3 ways of observation, questionnaire and documentation. The result of the study 1) the number of geography teacher needs of SMA/MA Negeri in Padang Pariaman regency amounted to 36 teachers while existing teachers reached 47 geography teachers, resulting in an excess of geography teacher needs as many as 11 geography teachers 2) the distribution of geography teachers SMA/MA Negeri in Padang Pariaman regency has not been evenly distributed in 9 districts because there is still a gap between existing teachers and the need for the teacher.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesulitan yang dialami siswa dan guru dalam pembelajaran geografi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan siswa kelas X IIS dan guru dalam pembelajaran geografi di SMAN 3 Muaro Jambi dan upaya yang dilakukan siswa dan guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan lokasi penelitian di SMAN 3 Muaro Jambi. Teknik penentuan informan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu guru geografi dan siswa kelas X IIS SMAN 3 Muaro Jambi, diambil dari hasil belajar siswa yang tidak tuntas atau dibawah KKM yaitu terdiri dari 35 dari 85 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui wawancara observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan keputusan. Untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan teknik triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran geografi, masih ada siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar. Faktor yang menyebabkan siswa kesulitan dalam memahami pembelajaran geografi yaitu ada faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi kesehatan, intelegensi, perhatian, minat, kelelahan. Sedangkan faktor eksternal. terdiri dari faktor orang tua yang meliputi cara orang tua mendidik, suasana rumah, kondisi ekonomi keluarga, faktor sekolah yang meliputi metode pembelajaran, lingkungan sosial di sekolah, sarana dan prasarana sekolah, yang terakhir faktor masyarakat yang meliputi media massa dan teman bergaul. Sedangkan faktor kesulitan guru dalam pembelajaran geografi yaitu sarana dan prasarana yang masih kurang dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah, metode pembelajaran yang kurang bervariasi, dan penguasaan materi yang kurang terutama persiapan sebelum mengajar. Upaya Pemecahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam mengatasi kesulitan dalam pembelajaran geografi yaitu belajar mandiri dengan membaca kembali buku yang sudah ada disekolah, browsing dan searching di internet, bertanya kepada teman atau kakak kelas, serta bertanya kepada guru. Sedangkan upaya pemecahan yang dilakukan guru dalam pembelajaran Geografi. adalah memanfaatkan alam sekitar untuk materi yang menggunakan metode praktek, menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi, menguasai materi dengan baik serta memperluas wawasan agar dapat mengajar dengan lebih baik lagi. Abstract

The purpose of this reseach is to find out and discuss about the relationship between social interaction with the geography learning outcomes of students at Koto XI Tarusan 1 High School. the type of this research is descriptive correlational research. The population and the sample from this research is going to the students grade X.iis, XI.iis and XII. ips at Koto XI Tarusan 1 Public High School, the population in this research is around 428 of students and the sample is around 81 students. The withdrawal technique sample commonly uses a Stratified Random Sampling. Performed with the Slovin approachment, students of grade X with 22 of students, grade XI with 29 of students ,and grade XII with 30 of students. The technique for the Data collection was donw through the observation, documentation and fill of several questionnaires that already provided previously. desriptive statistics is one way to analyisis of data wich was used for this research. by using corelation pattern of product moment. The results from this research showed that there was a strong relations among social interaction with the geography of students for learning outcomes at Koto XI Tarusan 1 High School.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, assessment / evaluation, and constraints of 2013 Curriculum Implementation. This type of research is the Mixed-Method method. The population in this study amounted to 13 social studies teachers. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The sample taken was 7th grade social studies teacher in VIII. The technique of collecting data through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate there are obstacles to the readiness of teachers in the suitability of the use of time allocation when learning with lesson plans, the ability of teachers to implement scientific learning steps, and the ability of teachers to accommodate integrated learning.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya kesenjangan antara kurikulum berbasis lingkungan yang diterapkan di SMA Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP dengan kesadaran lingkungan siswa yang minim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan: 1) pelaksanaan kurikulum berbasis lingkungan pada mata pelajaran geografi; 2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat; dan 3) upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskripstif kualitatif. Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum berbasis lingkungan yang diterapkan pada mata pelajaran geografi berupa penerapan pendekatan, strategi, metode, teknik pembelajaran, dan pengalaman belajar berbasis lingkungan hidup yang telah dirancang oleh guru geografi. Faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu sarana prasarana sekolah yang lengkap, kerja sama antara pihak sekolah dengan pihak lingkungan, dan dukungan dari kepala sekolah. Faktor penghambatnya kebiasaan belajar siswa dan kurangnya kesadaran siswa dalam menjaga lingkungan. Upaya yang telah dilakukan antara lain memotivasi siswa untuk menyadari pentingnya menjaga lingkungan hidup. Kata kunci: kurikulum berbasis lingkungan; geografi; guru
