Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar melalui model pembelajaran Mak e a match pada peserta didik k elas III SDN 2 Tahunan semester gasal tahun pelaj aran 2021/2022. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilak sanak an pada k elas III Semester Gasal SDN 2 Tahunan dengan kondisi awal tingkat hasil belajar masih rendah. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 sik lus. Tiap sik lus terdiri dari 4 langk ah yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Mak e a match terhadap materi tematik Kewajiban dan Hakku dalam Bertetangga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Make a match dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik SDN 2 Tahunan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan efek tif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam setiap siklus. Berdasarkan catatan peneliti selama penerapan model make a match didapat perolehan observasi tekait hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus I hasil belajarnya mencapai 69,30. Sedangkan siklus II hasil hasil belajarnya mencapai 91,90. Berdasarkan analisis tes siklus I dan siklus II, kemampuan kognitif siswa kelas III SDN 2 Tahunan mengalami peningkatan pada setiap indikatornya. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match pada pembelajaran tematik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas III SDN 2 Tahunan Kecamatan Sale Kabupaten Rembang.

Abstract

Background: The incidence of decubitus wounds in Indonesia was 33.3%, which is still high compared to Southeast Asia. Data from Central Java Hospital showed decubitus wounds reaching 30%, and the incidence in Sukoharjo City was 0.5%–1% in each region. Pressure on the skin caused by prolonged bed rest or immobilization can change the shape of the soft tissue in the bone protrusion area and increase the risk of decubitus. Objective: To describe the effects of implementing Massage Effleurage with Olive Oil on the prevention of decubitus wounds in bedrest patients. Methods: This kind of study employs descriptive research techniques, such as case studies, observation of two bedridden respondents, and application of olive oil massage therapy twice daily for five days, as assessed by the Braden Scale. Results: The category of decubitus score before application is moderate score and mild score. The category of decubitus score after application is mild score and mild score. There is an increase in decubitus score after being given effleurage massage with olive oil on both respondents. Conclusion: there is a change after giving effleurage massage with olive oil to decubitus scores in bedrest patients.

Abstract

Background: According to (WHO) in 2020, there were 2.7 million cases of perineal rupture in mothers giving birth, it is estimated that this will reach 6.3 million in 2050.Childbirth and the postpartum period are processes that are vulnerable to various complications that can endanger the mother. Vaginal delivery will be more susceptible to tearing of the perineum to varying degrees. Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO is rich in vitamin E which plays a role in cell retention mechanisms in cell organs which significantly increases the activity of antioxidant enzymes. Objective: to determine changes in wound healing before and after being given Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) Method: This application uses a case study method. This method with application to 2 respondents,given Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) applied 3 times/day for 5 consecutive days. Results: After applying Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) for 5 consecutive days, the result was a decrease in the rate of wound healing in both respondents. decrease in score for Mrs. F 0 (good wound healing) and Mrs. Conclusion: There were changes and differences in the level of wound healing before and after administering Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) to the two respondents.

Abstract

Background: Indonesia. The number of cases of diabetes mellitus in Indonesia continues to increase every year, the prevalence of diabetes mellitus in Indonesia is 10.7 million in 2020. Topical administration of Kaliandra honey can reduce necrotic tissue in ulcer wounds because it contains antibacterial, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Objective : To describe the results of observations of topical administration of Kaliandra honey on diabetes mellitus wounds. Method : This study method uses a descriptive design and uses a Bates Jensen research sheet. In the topical administration method of Kaliandra honey, what is measured is necrotic tissue in wounds that have been given intervention for 14 days. Results : After topical administration of Kaliandra honey to the two respondents who had diabetic wounds for 14 days, it showed a reduction in necrotic tissue in the wounds. Conclusion : Topical application of Kaliandra honey to diabetes mellitus wounds can reduce necrotic tissue.
