Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the level of implementation of physical education learning in the Askhabul Kahfi Islamic boarding school Semarang City and the Muallimin Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School Yogyakarta. This research is a research using qualitative and descriptive quantitative data analysis which aims to determine the level of implementation of physical education learning. Research data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, the results of this study found that the implementation of Physical Education and Health has been going well at the Askhabul Kahfi Islamic Boarding School in Semarang City, and for the process aspect of Physical Education learning at the Mu'alimin Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School Yogyakarta, it is in the category quite good.Keywords: implementation, physical education, Islamic boarding school.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan tingkat keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di pondok pesantren Askhabul Kahfi Kota Semarang dan Pondok Pesantren Muallimin Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Data penelitian yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa implementasi penjasorkes sudah berjalan dengan baik di pondok pesantren Askhabul Kahfi Kota Semarang, dan untuk aspek proses pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani di Pondok Pesantren Mu’alimin Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta berada pada kategori cukup baik. Kata Kunci: keterlaksanaan, pendidikan jasman, pondok pesantren.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh latihan Senam Kesegaran Jasmani (SKJ) 2017 terhadap keseimbangan dan daya tahan kardiorespirasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu (Quasi experimental), dengan ­pre test-post test desain. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga angkatan 2016 Universitas PGRI Adi Buana. Penentuan sampel dengan purposive random sampling, sehingga sampel yang ditentukan berjumlah 33 mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian untuk mengetahui keseimbangan menggunakan balance beam test sedangkan daya tahan kardiorespirasi menggunakan multy stage fitness test. Analisis data menggunakan uji t. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan Senam Kesegaran Jasmani (SKJ) 2017 terhadap peningkatan keseimbangan dan daya tahan kardiorespirasi. THE EFFECT OF "SENAM KESEGARAN JASMANI 2017" TRAINING ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF BALANCE AND CARDIORESPIRATORY FITNESS AbstractsThis study aims to examine the effect of “Senam Kesegaran Jasmani (SKJ) 2017” exercises on cardiorespiratory balance and endurance. This study uses quantitative research with quasi-experimental methods (Quasi-experimental), with pre-test-post test design. The study population was students of 2016 Sports Training Education at the University of PGRI Adi Buana University. Determination of the sample by purposive random sampling, so that the determined sample numbered 33 students. Research instruments to determine the balance using a balance beam test while cardiorespiratory endurance uses a multi-stage fitness test. Data analysis using t-test. This study concludes that there is a significant influence on the “Senam Kesegaran Jasmani (SKJ) 2017” on increasing the balance and endurance of cardiorespiratory.

Abstract

Existing technological developments require all fields to be able to adjust to conditions in terms of technology. Several studies related to the use of technology during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia show the unpreparedness of educators to adapt to emergency conditions that demand the use of online and hybrid learning, especially in PJOK subjects. Based on this, the researcher aims to determine the pattern of distance learning carried out by Physical Health and Sports Education teachers in elementary schools in Yogyakarta. Sequential explanatory design is used with quantitative and qualitative research approaches that are carried out sequentially. This research aims to analyze the need to develop learning media that can be used online, offline and in blended learning. The analysis of existing learning patterns shows that most teachers have met the standards of distance learning implementation. However, learning media development on certain materials still needs to be done to support each material delivery activity carried out by the teacher. The survey results show that most teachers still use teaching materials in print or electronic form and existing learning videos. The results of in-depth interviews indicate that there is still a need to develop learning media on athletic activities, self-defense, physical fitness development activities, gymnastics, rhythmic motion, water activities, personal safety, and a healthy lifestyle. With the results of this analysis, it is hoped that it can provide ideas and inspiration for further research in developing learning media, especially Physical Health and Sports Education in elementary schools so that educational goals towards the era of society 5.0 involve various technological developments can be achieved optimally both in emergency and normal conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the evaluation of the context, input, process, and product management of the Yogyakarta Special Region of Woodball. The evaluation model that will be used in this study is the CIPP model. The data analysis technique in this research is quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. Results: The results showed that the evaluation of the Yogyakarta Special Region Woodball sport of 2.65 was in the good category. (1) The context of the evaluation of the Yogyakarta Special Region Woodball sports management, amounting to 3.12 is in the good category. Based on the background indicators for the coaching program, 3.23 in the good category, the goal of the coaching program in the 3.00 in the good category, and the coaching program in the 3.14 in the good category. (2) The input for evaluation of the Yogyakarta Special Region Woodball sports management, amounting to 2.40 is in the less category. Based on the indicators of human resources of 2.57 good categories, the trainer program is 2.48 poor categories, 2.31 poor categories, facilities and infrastructure are 2.35 poor categories, and parental support is 2.31 less categories. (3) The evaluation process of the Yogyakarta Special Region Woodball sports management, amounting to 2.59 is in the good category. (4) Evaluation of the Yogyakarta Special Region Woodball sports management product, amounting to 2.49 is in the poor category. The evaluation of the management of woodball achievement development in Yogyakarta Province went well, with all factors investigated yielding positive results.

Abstract

A few years earlier, the world was going through a critical period due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. This outbreak then changed its status from a pandemic to an endemic, people must continue to maintain their own health, including in a healthy lifestyle in their daily lives. This service focuses on implementing community service programs that focus on the goal of fostering a healthy lifestyle for the younger generation in Krapyak village, Sleman regency. The assessment methods used in this community service program are lecture, observation, and demonstration methods. The target object of this service is the community and young people of the tourist village of Kampung Emas Yogyakarta. The result of this program is the implementation of sports-based healthy lifestyle workshops for the younger generation and figures in the village which are then optimized with sports mentoring activities in order to understand and familiarize a healthy lifestyle for the younger generation in Krapyak village through physical activity. The coaching of sports activities carried out is badminton, table tennis, archery, mini soccer, pencak silat, outbound, and gymnastics. The implementation of this service received a positive response from the community where the service was served. In the future, service can be done again by further activating the youth element of the village cadets who can act as service partners and maintain the continuity of the coaching program at all times. Keywords: Coaching, golden village, health., healthy lifestyle, sport-tourism. Abstrak Beberapa tahun sebelumnya, kondisi dunia yang sedang melewati masa-masa kritis akibat pandemi Covid-19. Wabah ini kemudian berubah statusnya dari pandemi menjadi sebuah endemi, masyarakat harus tetap menjaga kesehatan dirinya masing-masing, termasuk dalam pola hidup sehat di kehidupannya sehari-hari. Pengabdian ini berfokus pada pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang fokus pada tujuan untuk pembinaan pola hidup sehat para generasi muda di desa Krapyak wilayah kabupaten Sleman. Adapun metode pengkajian yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah metode ceramah, observasi, dan demonstrasi. Adapun sasaran objek pengabdian ini adalah masyarakat dan anak-anak muda desa wisata Kampung Emas Yogyakarta. Hasil kegiatan dari program ini adalah dilaksanakannya kegiatan workshop pola hidup sehat berbasis olahraga pada generasi muda dan tokoh-tokoh di desa yang kemudian dioptimalkan dengan kegiatan pendampingan olahraga dalam rangka meningkatkan pemahaman sekaligus membiasakan pola hidup sehat bagi generasi muda di desa Krapyak melalui aktivitas fisik. Adapun pembinaan kegiatan olahraga yang dilaksanakan adalah bulu tangkis, tenis meja, panahan, mini soccer, pencak silat, outbond, dan senam. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini mendapat respon positif dari masyarakat tempat pengabdian. Kedepannya, pengabdian bisa dilakukan lagi dengan lebih mengaktifkan elemen pemuda karang taruna desa yang bisa berperan sebagai rekan pengabdian dan menjaga keberlangsungan program pembinaan setiap waktunya. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui potensi pengembangan olahraga rekreasi pasir di Indonesia dan Malaysia yang dilihat dari faktor lingkungan, faktor akses/transportasi, faktor sarana prasarana, faktor promosi dan faktor pelayanan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 subjek dengan teknik random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner tertutup yang dibagikan kepada pengunjung olahraga rekreasi pasir di Indonesia dan Malaysia. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan aplikasi Smart PLS versi 3.3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validitas dan reliabilitas dipenuhi lebih dari 0.7 berturut-turut dengan formula Aiken dan Cronbach. Oleh karena itu, analisis mendalam data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) potensi pengembangan olahraga rekreasi pasir di Indonesia dan Malaysia dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan secara signifikan, (2) potensi pengembangan olahraga rekreasi pasir di Indonesia dan Malaysia dipengaruhi oleh faktor akses/transportasi secara signifikan, (3) potensi pengembangan olahraga rekreasi pasir di Indonesia dan Malaysia dipengaruhi oleh faktor sarana prasarana secara signifikan, (4) potensi pengembangan olahraga rekreasi pasir di Indonesia dan Malaysia dipengaruhi oleh faktor promosi secara signifikan, dan (5) potensi pengembangan olahraga rekreasi pasir di Indonesia dan Malaysia dipengaruhi oleh faktor pelayanan secara signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa potensi pengembangan olahraga rekreasi pasir di Indonesia dan Malaysia dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan, faktor akses/transportasi, faktor sarana prasarana, faktor promosi dan faktor pelayanan secara signifikan berkategori baik DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL OF RECREATIONAL SAND SPORTS IN INDONESIA AND MALAYSIA AbstractsThis research aims to know the potential for developing sand recreational sports in Indonesia and Malaysia viewed from environmental factors, access/transportation factors, infrastructure factors, promotion factors, and service factors. This research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample for this research was 100 subjects using a random sampling technique. The used research instrument was a closed questionnaire distributed to visitors of sand recreation sports in Indonesia and Malaysia. The data analysis technique used path analysis with the SmartPLS application version 3.3.2. The research results showed that the validity and reliability were more than 0.7 respectively with the Aiken and Cronbach formulas. Therefore, in-depth data analysis showed that: (1) the potential for developing sand recreational sports in Indonesia and Malaysia was significantly influenced by environmental factors, (2) the potential  for developing sand recreational sports in Indonesia and Malaysia was significantly influenced by access/transportation factors, (3) the potential for developing sand recreational sports in Indonesia and Malaysia was significantly influenced by infrastructure factors, (4) the potential for developing sand recreational sports in Indonesia and Malaysia was significantly influenced by promotion factors, and (5) the potential for developing sand recreational sports in Indonesia and Malaysia was significantly influenced by service factors. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the potential for developing sand recreational sports in Indonesia and Malaysia was influenced by environmental factors, access/transportation factors, infrastructure factors, promotion factors, and service factors which were significant in the good category.

Abstract

Community Service Activity (PkM) with the theme of Socialization of the Deep Learning Learning Model was held by the Elementary School Physical Education Study Program (PJSD) FIKK UNY at the Faculty of Sports Science (FKOR) at Sebelas Maret University (UNS). The background of this activity is the importance of introducing the deep learning approach in PJOK education to shift the learning orientation from mere memorization toward deeper, critical, and meaningful understanding. The activity was conducted through socialization and interactive discussions with fourth-semester students of the Physical Education Program at FKOR UNS. The socialization focused on understanding the concept of deep learning, its application in physical education learning, and joint reflection on the potential and challenges of its implementation in elementary schools. The results of the activity showed that participants exhibited high enthusiasm and were able to grasp the essence of deep learning as an approach emphasizing the interconnectedness of concepts, the development of critical thinking skills, and the engagement of affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects. The discussions confirmed that this model is relevant for application in active, contextual, and meaningful PJOK learning. In conclusion, this socialization activity proceeded smoothly, was communicative, and made a positive contribution to enhancing the knowledge and readiness of prospective PJOK educators. The deep learning approach has the potential to serve as a foundation for cultivating innovative, reflective, and adaptive physical education teachers who can meet the needs of future generations.Abstrak. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dengan tema Sosialisasi Model Pembelajaran Deep Learning dilaksanakan oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Sekolah Dasar (PJSD) FIKK UNY di Fakultas Keolahragaan (FKOR) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS). Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah pentingnya memperkenalkan pendekatan deep learning dalam pembelajaran PJOK guna menggeser orientasi belajar dari sekadar hafalan menuju pemahaman yang lebih mendalam, kritis, dan bermakna. Metode kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui sosialisasi dan diskusi interaktif dengan peserta mahasiswa semester 4 Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani FKOR UNS. Sosialisasi difokuskan pada pemahaman konsep deep learning, penerapan dalam pembelajaran PJOK, serta refleksi bersama mengenai potensi dan tantangan implementasinya di sekolah dasar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki antusiasme tinggi dan mampu memahami esensi deep learning sebagai pendekatan yang menekankan keterhubungan antar konsep, pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis, serta keterlibatan afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotor. Diskusi yang muncul menegaskan bahwa model ini relevan untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran PJOK yang aktif, kontekstual, dan bermakna. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan sosialisasi ini berjalan lancar, komunikatif, serta memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan wawasan dan kesiapan calon pendidik PJOK. Pendekatan deep learning berpotensi menjadi pijakan dalam mencetak guru pendidikan jasmani yang inovatif, reflektif, dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan generasi mendatang.

Abstract

Desa wisata adalah wilayah pedesaan yang menawarkan keaslian baik dari segi sosial budaya, adat-istiadat, keseharian, arsitektur tradisional, struktur tata ruang desa yang disajikan dalam suatu bentuk integrasi komponen pariwisata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendampingi mitra dalam mengatasi masalah mengenai kepariwisataan, dengan cara melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pengembangan kepariwisataan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra dilakukan dengan cara memberikan bantuan pelatihan melalui materi dan discussion session, serta pendampingan secara berkala dan berkelanjutan. Materi pelatihan yang diberikan terkait dengan proses berupa identifikasi potensi wisata dan cara membuat paket wisata yang menarik. Sasaran pelatihan adalah pengelola Desa Krapyak IX ”Kampung Emas” yang berjumlah 15 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu khalayak sasaran sangat antusias dan memberikan respon yang positif selama kegiatan berlangsung. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya hasil pretest dan posttest peserta yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan sebelum diberi materi pelatihan dan setelah diberi materi pelatihan dengan nilai Sig (0,00) < 0,05 dan thitung (5,590) > ttabel (1,812).

Abstract

Sadar wisata merupakan kondisi yang menggambarkan partisipasi dan dukungan dari masyarakat untuk mewujudkan iklim yang kondusif kepariwisataan pada suatu destinasi. Tujuan Pengabdian Kemitraan pada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk mendampingi mitra dalam mengatasi masalah mengenai kepariwisataan, dengan cara melakukan peningkatan kapasitas POKDARWIS ”Wisesa” dalam pengembangan kepariwisataan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra dilakukan dengan cara memberikan bantuan pelatihan melalui pelatihan dan uji kompetensi, mitra PkM diberikan materi pelatihan dan pendampingan secara berkala dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat tata kelola organisasi dan meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia POKDARWIS “Wisesa” melalui serangkaian pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi yang komprehensif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah metode partisipatif dan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu khalayak sasaran sangat antusias dan memberikan respon yang positif selama kegiatan berlangsung. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya hasil pretest dan posttest peserta yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan sebelum diberi materi pelatihan dan setelah diberi materi pelatihan dengan nilai Sig (0,00) < 0,05 dan thitung (3,587) > ttabel (1,710).
