Abstract

In accordance with the hypothesis, then the purpose of this study was to obtaininformation the relationship between the working environment and reward with a commitmentof elementary school teachers Se-Cluster 3 UPTD Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar. Beforereaching these objectives need to be done or known, among other things: 1) To obtain informationthat is valid and reliable relationship between the work environment and the commitment ofelementary school teachers Se-Cluster 3 UPTD Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar?, 2) To obtaininformation valid and reliable about the relationship between reward with a commitment ofelementary school teachers Se-Cluster 3 UPTD Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar?, and 3) Toobtain information valid and reliable about the relationship between the working environmentand reward together with commitment Elementary School teacher Se-Cluster 3 UPTD SiakHulu Kabupaten Kampar?. By distributing questionnaires to 114 samples Elementary Schoolteacher Se-Cluster 3 UPTD Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar.The results of research such is apositive relationship between the work environment (X1) with the commitment (Y). This meansthat the stronger the Working Environment, the stronger the commitment of teachers. There isa positive relationship between the reward (X2) with the commitment (Y). Means the better thereward, the stronger the commitment of teachers. There is a positive relationship between theworking environment and reward together with the commitment of teachers.Test resultssimultaneous significance that the working environment and the award together significantinfluence with the commitment of Elementary School teacher Se-Cluster 3 UPTD Siak HuluKabupaten Kampar. While the statistical test T with the results of the work environment (X1)significantly affects commitment Elementary School teacher Se-Cluster 3 UPTD Siak HuluKabupaten Kampar. While the reward (X2) significantly affects commitment Elementary Schoolteacher Se-Cluster 3 UPTD Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh variabel (1) komunikasi interpersonal dan budaya sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru, (2) komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja guru, (3) budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Responden penelitian adalah guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Dayun Kabupaten Siak yang berjumlah 97 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis statistik inferensial dan pengujian hipotesis. Koefisien reliabilitas instrumen dihitung menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara signifikan komunikasi interpersonal dan budaya sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,621, dan terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,195. Dan adanya pengaruh secara signifikan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,159.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis signifikansi Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah dan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah dengan moderating oleh Tata Usaha Terhadap Kualitas Sekolah. Melalui penyebaran angket kepada 96 sampel guru. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis statistik inferensial dan pengujian hipotesis Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Koefisien reliabilitas instrumen dihitung menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah (X1) mempengaruhi kualitas sekolah (Y) sebesar 23%, manajemen berbasis sekolah (X2) mempengaruhi kualitas sekolah (Y) sebesar 27,2%, kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah (X1) dengan moderating tata usaha (Z) mempengaruhi kualitas sekolah (Y) sebesar 42,7%, manajemen berbasis sekolah (X2) dengan moderating tata usaha (Z) mempengaruhi kualitas sekolah (Y) sebesar 44%, kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah (X1) dan manajemen berbasis sekolah (X2) dengan moderating tata usaha (Z) mempengaruhi kualitas sekolah (Y) sebesar 39,8%.

Abstract

This descriptive research aims to analyze: (1) the availability and utilization of Information System at Public Elementary School in Pekanbaru - Riau and (2) principals’ leadership at Public Elementary School in Pekanbaru - Riau. By using proportional random sampling technique, 66 school principals spread across 12 sub-districts in Pekanbaru - Riau were selected as the sample. The instrument used was a questionnaire addressed to the principals. The principals are asked to give their answers to the given questionnaire and they were free to choose one or more answers for each item based on their situation and condition. The data needed are related to the principals’ view of the availability and utilization of the Information System at the school they lead and the data about the principals’ view of leadership carried out related to the functions and roles they have done. The results of the data analysis prove that: (1) the availability of Information System at school was rated positively by the principals, whether in terms of availability, management, or perceived benefits; and (2) in carrying out leadership, their roles and functions as supervisors, managers and educators occupied the highest position.

Abstract

Independent learning is a person's readiness or willingness to learn independently which consists of an attitude component that takes the initiative to learn with or without the help of others. This study aims to find out how the use of the WKWK Japan website in independent learning based on the generative theory by Huda (2014) in the Nihongo Shokyuu course by Japanese Language Education students FKIP UNRI batch 2020. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research was conducted by conducting interviews with data sources. The data sources in this study were 7 students of the 2020 Japanese Language Education FKIP Riau University who took the Nihongo Shokyuu class and used the WKWK Japan website in independent learning. The results of this study indicate that the class of 2020 students use independent learning strategies according to Huda (2014) in various ways in each strategy.

Abstract

Becoming a successful student is a dream of every student and parents. Learning style is one of things that might influence that success. This research intended to find out if there is a correlation between learning styles and learning achievement of students of FKIP Universitas Riau in learning English. 300 students were involved as the sample of the research. The research was conducted during the even semester academic year 2018-2019 and the research data was collected in June 2019. The instruments of the research were adapted from Vark Questionnaire Version 8.01 and students’ grades in their English class. Percentage and mean used to represent the frequency of data for descriptive analysis and inferential analysis was carried out. Since the data of students’ learning style and learning achievement obtained were not normally distributed, associative Kendall’s Tau-c correlation formula was used to find out the relationship between learning style and learning achievement. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the students learning style and their learning achievement.

Abstract

The development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has a very big influence on education. With the enactment of the 2013 Curriculum, a technology-based curriculum, teachers as learning agents must continue to equip themselves with knowledge related to ICT. This descriptive study aims to describe and analyze self-efficacy and attitudes of the teachers of SMAN Kuansing District towards the utilization of ICT in learning activities. Obstacles faced by the teachers in utilizing ICT and the efforts that have been done to overcome the obstacles are also discussed. The research data was collected in August 2018. By using stratified random sampling technique, 55 teachers were determined as the sample. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Then, the questionnaire was analyzed through descriptive statistics to obtain frequencies and percentages. Finally, it can be concluded that the average score of self-efficacy of the teachers of SMAN in Kuansing District in utilizing ICT is 80.6% and the average score of their attitudes is 92.8%. It means that their self-efficacy and attitude are in very good levels. Although there are many obstacles faced by teachers in terms of facilities, infrastructure and human resources, the teachers have their own strategies to solve those obstacle.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out what procedures that carried out in developing UNO card media and it already standardized by experts or validators so it’s suitable for media learning. This study uses a research and development model of R&D using the Sugiyono model. The subjects of this study were 20 students of the Japanese Language Education Study Program level II. The collected data were analyzed using questionnaires. The results of the research are based on five stages: a) Potential Problems b) Data Collecting, c) Product Design, d) Product Validation, e) Product Trial. The eligibility level of UNO card media is based on an assessment by 2 validators which consist material experts and media experts. UNO card media is eligible based on validation result by material experts with an average score of 82,14% in the appropriate category, and then media experts with an average score of 97,91% in the very appropriate category. The product should be revised according to suggestions and input from the experts. UNO card media was tested on students of the Japanese Language Education Study with 81,71% in the very appropriate category for kanji learning.Key Words: Karuta, Kanji, Japanese language education.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to see the perception of students' anime viewing habits on students' listening skills. The sample of this study is the entire population of Japanese Language Education students for the Class of 2019. The instruments used are the distribution of questionnaires and students' speaking ability tests. The distribution of questionnaires and listening ability tests were carried out to see if the habit of watching anime would affect students' listening skills.Key Words: Watching Anime, Listening Skills

Abstract

Abstract: Difficulty in learning evaluation is a problem felt by students when taking a test or exam that is followed, both internally. This study discusses the difficuslties faced by the 2017& 2018 student of the Japanese Language Education Study Program Fkip Riau University at JLPT. The purpose of this study was to find out what difficulties were faced by students when participsting in the JLPT in 2019. The method used in this study was qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that 2017 & 2018 student have difficulty in internal factors, namely the dokkai and kanji sections. This is due to a lack of mastery of vocabulary, bunpou, and kanji material. In addition, external factors have no influence at all on the difficulties faced by students of the 2017 & 2018 batch of the Japanese Language Education Study Program, FKIP, Riau University at JLPT.Key Words: Error analysis, accent, intonation
