Abstract

Atlet binaraga rentan terhadap kelebihan asupan energi dan protein serta penggunaan suplemen yang tidak tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dampak edukasi gizi olahraga bagi atlet, pelatih dan official binaraga Papua. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre test and post test design serta observasi yang melibatkan 6 binaragawan, 1 pelatih dan 2 official. Penelitian ini menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan atlet, pelatih dan official binaraga secara signifikan (p value = 0.000, N Gain score = 85) mengenai gizi dan suplemen bagi binaraga masa pre kompetisi. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa atlet taat mengikuti diet dan berhati-hati dalam memilihi makanan dan suplemen yang dikonsumsi. Dengan demikian, disimpulkan bahwa edukasi gizi dan suplemen bagi atlet binaraga meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi dan suplemen atlet yang disertai dengan perubahan perilaku makan.

Abstract

Cedera olahraga merupakan masalah yang sering dialami oleh atlet baik saat latihan maupun kompetisi. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut diperlukan pencegahan dan penanganan cedera olahraga yang tepat dan dapat dilakukan oleh atlet. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemasangan kinesio taping. Mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu atlet PPLP/PPLPD Privinsi Papua dibawah binaan Dinas Olahraga dan Pemuda (DISORDA) Papua dengan total 121 atlet. Atlet yang terlibat dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berjumlah 48 atlet (28 atlet putra dan 20 atlet putri). Metode yang digunakan yaitu coaching clinic dengan menerapkan learning by doing. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan pemasangan kinesio taping sebelum (pre-test) dan setelah (post-test) diberikan coaching clinic. Hasil coaching clinic menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diberikan coaching clinic diperoleh hasil dominan jawaban œtidak yaitu sebesar 59.5%, sedangkan setelah diberikan coaching clinic diperoleh hasil dominan jawaban œya yaitu sebesar 75.1%. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan setelah coaching clinic dengan nilai sig. 2-tailed 0.001 < 0.05. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu coaching clinic pemasangan kinesio taping memberikan dampak yang baik terkait pencegahan dan penangan cedera olahraga. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diharapak kepada DISORDA dan pengelola PPLP/PPLPD Provinsi Papua untuk menerapkan pemasangan kinesiotaping pada atlet baik saat latihan atau kompetisi dalam situasi yang memungkinkan terjadinya cedera

Abstract

This study aims to critically examine the potential violations of the constitutional right to a good and healthy environment arising from the government’s policy of granting Special Mining Business Permit Areas (WIUPK) to religious community organizations. The urgency of this research is based on concerns that these organizations, lacking adequate technical competence, may exacerbate environmental degradation, perpetuate violations left by previous permit holders, hinder the transition to renewable energy, and obstruct access to justice for victims of environmental harm. Using a normative juridical method with legislative and conceptual approaches, this study analyzes the policy from the perspective of environmental human rights, a focus absent in prior research. The findings reveal that the policy has a strong potential to violate the right to a good and healthy environment and contradicts the state’s obligation to protect human rights as guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution. The novelty of this research lies in its emphasis on the conflict of interest between the traditional role of religious organizations as community advocates and their new role as mining operators. Therefore, it is recommended that the government review and revoke the priority granting scheme for WIUPK and consider alternative participation models for religious organizations through non-operational mechanisms such as community development funds or minority non-controlling share ownership.

Abstract

The real impact of the existence of changes in Article 88 of Law No. 18 of 1999 with Law No. 2 of 2017 concerning Construction Services can be seen in construction service agreements including the Peunaga Cut Ujong Road Development Agreement, West Aceh District No. 001/PUPR-ABAR/2024 whose agreement clause states that the parties agree to resolve disputes through BANI. From here, problems are formulated, namely: First, what are the provisions regarding the arbitration clause in the Peunaga Cut Ujong Road Development Agreement of West Aceh District Number 001/PUPR-ABAR/2024. Second, Does the provision regarding the arbitration clause in the Peunaga Cut Ujong Road Development Agreement of West Aceh District Number 001/PUPR-ABAR/2024 cause potential problems. This research uses normative legal research with statute approach and also conceptual approach. The result of the discussion is that the inclusion of an arbitration clause in the Peunaga Cut Ujong Road Development Agreement of West Aceh District Number 001/PUPR-ABAR/2024 is in accordance with applicable regulations and offers various practical advantages. There are various problems, namely differences in the interpretation of the arbitration clause, the possibility of biased arbitrators, the imbalance of power between the parties to the dispute, and the limitations of the appeal mechanism.

Abstract

Legal science has a very significant role in dealing with social dynamics by adjusting legal norms to remain relevant to the needs of a growing society. This study aims to explore the contribution of legal science in forming legal norms that are adaptive and responsive to social change, technology, and global values, while maintaining the basic principles of justice and humanity. The method used in this study is the normative juridical method, with a statutory and conceptual approach. The statutory regulatory approach is used to analyze existing regulations, while the conceptual approach is used to understand the legal theories underlying the formation of legal norms in Indonesia. The results of the study show that legal science not only reflects social change, but also plays an active role in formulating and updating legal norms by the development of the times, so as to be able to create a harmonious and just social order.

Abstract

One of the districts in Aceh Province that has quite high potential mineral and coal reserves is West Aceh District. One of the companies holding a Coal Commodity IUP in Aceh is PT. Mifa Bersaudara. In the process of transporting West stone mining results from PT Mifa, there is an alleged crossing of the Regency road which occurred due to an overlap between the Regency road area and the IUP mining area. The alleged crossing of the Balee-Reudeup road which is included in the Regency road by PT Mifa raises questions regarding the authority to manage the Regency road that crosses the IUP area. This study is intended to determine the condition of the road crossing rules for transporting mining results in the applicable laws and regulations and the application of these regulations in the case of crossing the West Aceh Regency road by PT Mifa Saudara. The results of the study indicate that the road crossing rules for transporting mining results in West Aceh are still ineffective because they cannot force companies to have a road crossing permit, including in resolving the case of crossing the Balee-Reudeup road without a permit by PT Mifa Bersaudara. This ineffectiveness is evident from the absence of regulations to reimburse the losses experienced by the West Aceh Regional Government due to road damage caused by unauthorized road crossings.  ABSTRAK Salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Aceh yang memiliki potensi cadangan mineral dan batubara cukup tinggi adalah Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Salah satu perusahaan pemegang IUP Komoditas batubara di Aceh yakni PT. Mifa Bersaudara. Pada proses pengangkutan hasil tambang batu Barat PT Mifa, terdapat dugaan crossing jalan Kabupaten yang terjadi akibat adanya tumpang tindih antara wilayah jalan kabupaten dengan wilayah IUP tambang. Dugaan crossing jalan Balee-Reudeup yang termasuk dalam jalan Kabupaten oleh PT Mifa tersebut menimbulkan pertanyaan terkait kewenangan pengelolaan jalan Kabupaten yang melintasi area IUP. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui kondisi aturan perlintasan (crossing) jalan untuk mengangkut hasil tambang dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan penerapan pengaturan tersebut dalam kasus crossing jalan Kab. Aceh Barat oleh PT Mifa bersaudara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aturan pelintasan (crossing) jalan untuk pengangkutan hasil tambang di Aceh Barat masih belum efektif karena tidak dapat memaksa perusahaan memiliki izin pelintasan (crossing) jalan, termasuk dalam penyelesaian kasus crossing jalan Balee-Reudeup tanpa izin oleh PT Mifa Bersaudara. Ketidakefektifan ini terlihat dengan ketiadaan aturan untuk mengembalikan kerugian yang dialami Pemda Aceh Barat akibat kerusakan jalan yang terjadi akibat crossing jalan tanpa izin.  Kata Kunci: Crossing Kalan; Perizinan; Pertambangan; Aceh Barat

Abstract

Disease prevention is very important in the rearing of barramundi larvae, one of which is by sterilizing the seawater using technical chlorine. This study aimed to determine the effect of seawater sterlization use technical chlorine for rearing barramundi larvae on growth, survival, and water quality. The treatment in this study was different seawater used for water exchange during larval rearing. Seawater was sterilized with 25 ppm technical chlorine for 24 hours. Before use, the water was neutralized using 12.5 ppm sodium thiosulfate. As a control in this study, direct seawater or untreated sea water was used for water exchange. The study was conducted with 3 replications. The parameters observed in this study were growth, survival, virus monitoring, growth variation, and water quality. Sterilization of seawater with 25 ppm technical chlorine used for rearing larvae of barramundi has no significant effect on growth, survival, growth variation and water quality of rearing larvae. The use of filtered seawater is recommended in the sterilization of seawater for rearing larvae of barramundi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami pengaruh suhu kolam terhadap performa renang atlet PPLP Papua Cabor Renang. Peneliti memilih menggunakan metode penelitian Eksperimen Randomized Control Trial (RCT). RCT adalah desain eksperimen di mana subjek dipilih secara acak untuk menerima salah satu dari beberapa intervensi. Dalam konteks penelitian ini, perenang akan secara acak ditempatkan di salah satu dari tiga suhu kolam yang berbeda. Populasi penelitia ini menggunaka seluruh atlet PPLP Papua sebagi sampel yang berjumlah 34 atlet. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen one group pretest-posttest design. Analisis data menggunakan Uji-t berpasangan atau Wilcoxon signed-rank test, untuk menentukan apakah perubahan skor signifikan secara statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan melalui eksperimen RCT, ditemukan bahwa suhu kolam memiliki dampak signifikan pada waktu renang, dengan setiap suhu memberikan respons yang berbeda pada masing-masing atlet. Hasil ini sejalan dengan literatur sebelumnya yang menunjukkan variasi respon individu terhadap perbedaan suhu kolam. Penelitian kami juga menekankan pentingnya adaptasi fisiologis dan risiko cedera yang mungkin terkait dengan suhu kolam yang tidak sesuai

Abstract

Lintah laut adalahektoparasit yang sangat merugikan bagbudidaya ikan kerapu di Bali Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali potensi antiparasitik jenis 76 tanaman dalam mengendalikan infeksi lintah laut (Zeylanicobdella arugamensis) pada juvenil ikan kerapu hibrida cantang (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus x E. lanceolatus). Sebanyak 76 jenis tanaman diekstrak menggunakan pelarut air laut steril untuk uji in vitro tahap 1 sebagai skrining awal, dilanjutkan dengan uji in vitro tahap 2 dan uji in vivo tahap 1 dan tahap 2. Uji in vivo dilakukan dengan merendam lintah laut dalam ektrak herbal 1000 ppm selama dua jam. Hasil uji in vitro tahap 1 mendapakan 11 tanaman berpotensi antiparasitik, yaitu lada putih, lada hitam, bunga cengkeh, lengkuas, cabai Jawa, jahe hitam, kulit buah manggis, daun sawo Manila, daun delima, daun brotowali dan batang brotowali. Berdasarkan uji tersebut dilakukan uji in vitro tahap 2 untuk mengetahui konsentrasi minimal yang melemahkan lintah laut. Uji in vitro tahap 2 menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi minimum (500 ppm) hanya diperoleh dari tanaman lada putih. Uji in vivo dilakukan dengan menggunakan ikan kerapu cantang yang yang terinfeksi lintah laut. Uji in vivo tahap 1 menunjukkan bahwa sembilan (lada putih, lada hitam, bunga cengkeh, lengkuas, cabai Jawa, kulit buah manggis, daun sawo Manila, daun delima, daun brotowali) dari sebelas herbal tersebut belum mampu melepaskan lintah laut namun mematikan bagi ikan. Sedangkan uji in vivo tahap 2 menunjukkan sekaligus menyimpulkan bahwa ekstrak herbal, yaitu jahe hitam (Curcuma aeruginosa Roxb.) dan daun brotowali efektif (Tinospora cordifolia) dalam air laut konsentrasi 1000 ppm.Sea leeches are the major ectoparasites that infect grouper fish. This study explores the antiparasitic potential of 76 plants in controlling sea leech. The plants were extracted using sterile seawater and used in the in vitro test 1 (initial screening), followed by in vitro test 2 and in vivo test 1 and 2. The in vivo test was carried out by soaking sea leeches in 1000 ppm herbal extractsfor two hours. The results of the in vitro test 1 found that 11 plants had antiparasitic potential (white pepper, black pepper, clove flowers, galangal, Javanese chili, black ginger, mangosteen peel, Manila sapodilla leaves, pomegranate leaves, brotowali leaves and brotowali stems). Based on initial test, the in vitro test 2 was conducted to determine the minimum concentration. The in vitro test 2 showed that the minimum concentration (500 ppm) was obtained from white pepper . The in vivo test was conducted using infected fish. The in vivo test 2 showed that nine (white pepper, black pepper, clove flowers, galangal, Javanese chili, mangosteen peel, Manila sapodilla leaves, pomegranate leaves, brotowali leaves) herbals were not able to release leeches but deadly to the fish. Meanwhile, the in vivo test 2 concluded that black ginger (Curcuma aeruginosa Roxb.) and brotowali leaves (Tinospora cordifolia) in sea water at a concentration of 1000 ppm were effective in releasing leeches within 10 minutes and non toxic to fish.
