Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ASSURE (Analyze Learner Characteristics, State Standard and Objectives, Select Methode, Media, and Materials, Utilize Media and Materials, Require Learner Participation, Evaluate and Revise). Kelayakan media melibatkan uji kelompok kecil memperoleh presentase sangat layak sebesar 91,5%, uji kelompok besar memperoleh presentase sangat layak sebesar 95,3%, dan respon guru memperoleh presentase sangat layak sebesar 96,6%.

Abstract

This community service activity trained elementary school teachers at SDN 8 Cakranegara in building digital portfolios using Google Sites. Despite Google Sites being a free, cloud-based platform accessible through standard Google accounts, its adoption as a professional portfolio medium among elementary school educators remains limited. The training was conducted in 2024, involving the school principal, classroom teachers, and administrative staff, and was structured across eight sequential stages: preparation, introduction to digital portfolio concepts, introduction to Google Sites, portfolio creation practice, mentoring and revision, result presentation, training evaluation, and follow-up. Evaluation results indicated that all implementation indicators were rated within the good category. All participants successfully produced Google Sites-based digital portfolios comprising professional profiles, teaching documents, works and achievements, and teaching reflections. The activity was deemed successful, as participants not only gained conceptual understanding of digital portfolios but also produced active, functional portfolios ready to support career development and professional performance assessment.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a bingo board learning media for fraction material and determine its feasibility and practicality in elementary school learning. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The bingo board media was designed to create an interactive and enjoyable learning atmosphere that could improve students’ understanding of fractions. The feasibility of the product was evaluated by media experts and material experts, while practicality was measured through teacher and student responses. The validation results from media experts obtained a percentage score of 94.73%, categorized as “very feasible,” while material expert validation achieved 88.57%, also categorized as “very feasible.” Furthermore, teacher responses reached 97.33% and student responses achieved 99.04%, both included in the “very good” category. These findings indicate that the bingo board learning media is highly valid, practical, and suitable for use in mathematics learning, particularly in fraction material. Therefore, the developed media can be utilized as an innovative learning tool to support engaging and effective classroom instruction for elementary school students.

Abstract

Lack of learning media innovation is making students less active and leading to a low understanding of student concepts related to the material IPAS. This study aims to develop a board game exploring the Indonesian culture "JATARA", which is appropriate and effective as a cultural exploration medium for grade IV elementary school. The novelty of this study lies in the larger physical game board and the guidebook equipped with modules and handouts of material about Indonesian culture. This study uses the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were grade IV students of Lamenta State Elementary School. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and tests. The research findings revealed that: (1) expert validation produced an average score of 91.25%, categorized as "very appropriate"; (2) material expert validation produced a score of 87.5%, categorized as "very appropriate"; (3) small group trials conducted by teachers and students produced scores of 97.92% and 95.83% respectively, both categorized as "very appropriate"; (4) large group trials produced a score of 96%, also categorized as "very practical"; (5) The evaluation test results were 100% in the "very effective" category. These results indicate that JATARA media is suitable and effective for use as a cultural exploration medium for grade IV elementary school. This media contributes significantly to "IPAS" learning by offering practical and innovative solutions that can increase student involvement and understanding in a cultural context, at the elementary education level.
