Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the ability and analyze the effect of tacit knowledge to product innovation on Creative Craft Industry at Minahasa, North Sulawesi. To answer these purposes, the 60 firms of creative craft are being taken by purposive sampling and Logistic Regression is being applied to those 60 firms of creative craft. Results show that there are 16 firms that are able to produce innovative product and 44 firms that are not able to produce innovative product. Of the 16 innovative firms, it is predicted that there are 6 firms obviously will be able to produce innovative product, and 10 firms are unable to produce innovative product. Of the 44 not innovative firms, it is predicted that there are 42 firms obviously will be unable to produce innovative product but there are 2 firms are able to produce innovative product. Three factors of tacit knowledge, i.e. action learning, concious awareness and demonstrability have a significant effect on innovative product, whereas the four factors of express ability, formal education, informal education and personal experience have no significant effect. It can be concluded that tacit knowledge have an important role to produce innovative products especially in exploiting and exploring three factors of tacit knowledge, i.e. action learning, concious awareness and demonstrability.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to to determine the level of profit from the Cake Lumpia households business in the Bumi Nyiur Village Wanea districts. The method used in this study is the case study method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected in the field directly from the source in this research is the owner of household enterprises cakes spring rolls, for the purpose of research and the data has not been published before. This data was obtained through interviews based on questionnaires that are relevant and have been prepared. As for the secondary data includes vil-lage profiles will be obtained from government agencies associated with this research. To determine the amount of benefit artisans will use a rat stamp benefit analysis followed by analysis of R / C to determine the feasibility of this venture. These results indicate that the average total revenue in this business is Rp. 1,000,000 / day, with a total production cost of Rp. 283,896.7. Then the total profit earned in spring roll pastry business in Bumi Nyiur Village, District of Wanea is Rp. 716,103.3 / day. Analysis of R / C who do show that the average household businesses spring rolls baking in the Village Earth Nyiur District of Wanea experiencing gains, where the R / C ratio of 3.52 and it can be concluded that the business is feasible to run.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the process of making candied nutmeg by UD Ilomata and describing Ilomata’s candied nutmeg marketing. The research carried out start from preparation in the April until preparation of reports in the June 2016. Data used is primary data obtained through interviews by giving questioners to the owner of UD Ilomata, and from direct observation to the production activity and marketing of Ilomata’s candied nutmeg. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis. Data analysis in this research is analysing market margin by calculating cost and the price margins on every channel marketing that involved in the marketing of Ilomata’s candied nutmeg and also calculate the Break Even Point. The result of this research shows that Ilomata’s candied nutmeg packed in three different packages, 3 ounce package, 2.5 ounce package, and 3 ounce package. Ilomata’s candied nutmeg marketed on four stores in Bitung City, two stores in Manado City, a store in Gorontalo province and the marketing directly from producer to the consumer in UD Ilomata. Biggest marketing margin is Rp 5.000 with 16% share found in the Gorontalo province’s channel marketing from the 2.5 ounce package and with the biggest profit margin is Rp 3.764 found in the Bitung CityMart’s channel marketing from the 2 ounce package. All of Ilotama’s channel marketing can be said efficient because total cost is small seen from the rotation of sold time product. UD Ilotmata’s Candied nutmeg business can hold on and exist till today because theres diligence, curiosity and entrepreneurship from the owner namely Mrs. Renny Umar.*lwths*

Abstract

This study aims to describe the perception of consumers towards the implementation of the principle of 5C in loans of business credit (KUR) by Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tombatu Unit. Customer perception is the process of customers in selecting; managing and interpreting information received and furthermore will response to that information. 5C Principle are Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition, and Collateral. This study was conducted from March to June 2016. The implementation of research at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Tombatu Unit Southeast Minahasa Regency. The data used is primary data that interviewing the relevant customer and other customers using questionnaires, and secondary data obtained by dochmenting the data written by the BRI Tombatu Unit. The sampling method was convenience sampling method, where researchers have the freedom to choose any consumer who met as a sample. The number of respondents in this study was 75 respondents, namely the debtor / BRI customers Tombatu Unit. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and Likert scale to describe the perception of consumers towards the implementation of the principle of 5C in lending business credit (KUR) by Bank Rakyat Indonesia. The research results showed that the perception of consumers towards the implementation of the principle of 5C is good with a good interpretation that is 77.68% and that means customers lonsider application of the 5C principle to all customers is good, because then the loan funds can be returned, and on one side of the BRI as lender / credit will be able to advance its business and other side, BRI customers can apply for a loan back to a time in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify elements in "Marketing Mix 4P" which applies to the marketing of durian at Boulevard Mall, Manado. This research was carried out for 2 months from April to May 2016. Data was retrieved through a survey consisting of primary and secondary data. Data was collected using a "purposive sampling" method, intentionally interviewing six respondents from fifteen respondents in the area of Boulevard Mall, Manado. There are four types of durians sold in Boulevard Mall: durian gajah, durian susu, durian mentega, and durian madu. Prices are relatively affordable and vary based on the type, with the highest price being durian gajah. The sale location in Boulevard Mall was selected by the sellers because it is within easy reach of the southern part of Manado and has a lively atmosphere. It is close to the beach, which is an ideal setting for relaxing while enjoying durian. Sellers promote their goods to consumers by offering an opportunity to bid prices, giving bonuses when consumers buy a certain amount, offering delivery services, and giving consumers the opportunity to taste test it for free.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze whether there is influence of motivation and discipline ito the performance of employees in the Agriculture Office of Supiori District, Papua Province. This research is classified as causal research associative quantitative approach to the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees of the District Agriculture Office Supiori as many as 80 people. The sampling technique by means of saturated or census sampling technique. The sample in this research is to take the population, or as many as 80 samples. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data related agencies and journals to support this research. Test the validity of the instrument using bivariate Correclation formula, while the reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Measuring instrument proved valid and reliable for research instruments. Multiple regression analysis used to test hypotheses of this study. The results showed that: motivation (X1) positive and significant impact on employee performance of Agriculture Office in Supiori District () 0.413 with significantly 0,01. Labor discipline (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance Supiori of Agriculture Office () 0.741 with significantly by 0,00. And based on the test results both independent variables were tested individually dominant in influencing the performance of employees in Supiori District Agriculture Office is working discipline (with a coefficient of 0.489). It can be concluded that in this study the discipline of work (X2) partially are factors that significantly affect performance (Y).

Abstract

Research aims to determine how the performances of Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Wenang in Manado City evaluated from Balanced Scorecard are financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business processes perspective, and learning and growth perspective. Research carried out in July until September 2016. Data used is quantitative and qualitative with data source are primary and secondary data obtained from KUD with a total sample of 96 member respondents, 96 non member respondents with accidental sampling (technique) and 25 employees with sensus. Therefore the total samples are 217 respondents. Data analysis that used Balanced Scorecard method and criteria for the balance of the balanced scorecard that analyzes of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business processes perspective, and learning and growth perspective while the balance is using a rating scale criteria. Research result showed that the performance of Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Wenang reviews from the Balanced Scorecard is internal business process perspective are considered good and satisfying customer perspective rated good and satisfying, as well as financial perspective judges not good enough with an overall score is 0,4 or equal to pretty good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of communication extension counselor and how far farmers can understand the purpose and purpose of counseling. This research was conducted by using primary data obtained from direct interview with Field Extension Officer and Farmer Group using the prepared kusioner. Secondary data obtained from BPS Manado City and BP3K Office. The result of the research shows that the communication done by PPL has used good communication technique so that the farmer group following the counseling can receive and understand the intent and purpose of the material which have been submitted by each PPL.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the cost and income of pumpkin farming in Singsingon Raya Village, East Passi District. The study was conducted from January to February 2017. The data used were primary and secondary data. Primary data through interviews using questionnaires to 15 respondents and secondary data obtained from Singsingon Raya Village Office. This analysis uses descriptive analysis. The results showed that the cost used for the largest pumpkin laboratory is labor cost and transportation cost of 87.28 %. In the marketing of pumpkin, farmers get large enough revenue so that farmers earn substantial income. The results can be seen from the total average production cost of Rp 4,012,238.00 / Ha with average revenue of Rp 21,159,420.00 / Ha of farmers earning income of Rp 17,147,182.00 / Ha. Analysis of return cost ratio get value > 1 so that pumpkin profitable for farmers and break even point analysis results showed that pumpkin farming is at break even point.
