Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze and describe the income  of coastal farmer in Wori Village, Wori Sub District, North Minahasa Regency. The study lasted for three months from July to September 2019 This study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained by direct interview using a questionnaire (questionnaire), while secondary data were obtained from the Wori Village Office, books available at local bookstores and the internet used the google search engine to access scientific journal articles and theses from other universities related with income of Coastal Farmers. The research results showed that  the highest amount of income was  from side jobs with an average of Rp. 1,312,000 / month and the lowest income was basic income with an average of Rp. 1,293.130 / month.Keywords: Income, Coastal Farmers

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the planning, implementation and evaluation of assistance from the Minahasa District Agriculture Office in Senduk Village, Tombariri District, Minahasa Regency in the Masemboran and Berkat farmer groups. This research was conducted in November to May 2020. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with Masemboran and Berkat farmer groups totaling 10 informants. Secondary data obtained from documents and other supporting data. The sampling method is done by using Purposive Sampling. Data was colleted through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The research result showed that all processes proceeded according to what was stated in the implementation instructions although there were some obstacles encountered, but they could be resolved. In planning, the disbursement process requires quite a long time. Exact information about the assistance that will be obtained is not yet fully available. Implementation, in making accountability reports by the management of the farmer group regarding the assistance received has experienced difficulty due to lack of recording the things needed and due to the limited time of the management to make the report. The board is open regarding information about assistance, implementation and results received.Keywords: Planning, Implementation, Evaluation, Farmer Group.

Abstract

This study aimed to compare the income of corn farming before and after receiving assistance of agricultural production facilities in the "Gotong Royong" Farmer Group in Lolah Satu Village, East Tombariri District. This research was conducted from November 2019 until March 2020. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with corn farmers totaling of 10 respondents using questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained from literature and previous research. The sampling method used in this study was the saturated sampling (census) method in which all populations in the study were selected. The results showed that there were significant income differences before and after receiving agricultural production facilities assistance from the government. This assistance could increase the amount of corn crop production and reduce production costs so that it could increase the income of corn farmers in the "Gotong Royong" Farmers Group.Keywords: Comparison of Income, Corn Farming, Agricultural Production Facility Assistance

Abstract

In early 2020, a new type of pneumonia was found in Wuhan, Hubei Province, which then spread to more than 190 countries and territories. This plague named coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The spread of this disease has a big impact in social and economic after the policy about social distancing to prevent the virus from spreading. Parepare is one of the cities in South Sulawesi that also affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, This had a big impact in economic of Parepare and one of the most affected are traditional market. This research aims to examine how the covid 19 pandemic affects the demand of vegetables, which is an indicator of profit for vegetable traders, at Lakessi Market, Parepare, South Sulawesi. The sample in this research were 15 traders who only sell vegetables. The method of collection data in this research is interview, and the type of data in this research is qualitative data. The source of data used in this research is primary data and secondary data. The research result is the income of vegetable traders in the Lakkesi market have decreased during the Covid-19 pandemic because the market become more quiet from buyers because of the public's fear of contracting the Covid-19 virus.Keywords: Analysis Income, Vegetable traders, Covid-19 Pandemic, Lakessi Market of Parepare City

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the profile of RAJAWALI village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in Tolombukan Village, Pasan Sub District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 1 year from March 2019 - November 2020. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection through interviews and filling out a questionnaire with 20 questions that have been compiled and directly to the 20 research respondents. Secondary data were obtained from related agencies, namely the village office, the BUMDes secretariat, the internet, books and journal articles. The data analysis carried out in this research is descriptive analysis in tabular form and described. The research results showed that the profile of the Village Mulik Business Entity (BUMDes) Rajawali which includes the type of business, management management, capital used, labor employed, and profit levels are in accordance with AD / ART, the presence of BUMDes in the community of Tolumbukan Village is a forum for economic improvement community and being able to empower the community and be able to create jobs, this is evidenced by the community being involved in every existing business unit.

Abstract

This research was conducted for three months with a total of  30 respondents. The objective of this research is  to assess the level of satisfaction of visitors to tourist attractions. South Tomohon Sub District, Minasaha Regency. The method used in obtaining the sample in this study was the Accidental Sampling technique, namely direct interviews with respondents using a questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this research uses descriptive method with a scale of measuring attitudes using a Likert scale. The research results showed that the satisfaction level of visitors to the Lake Linow Lahendong tourism motorcycle taxi in Tomohon City was at 57.92% which belongs to the Satisfied category.

Abstract

Mangrove forest is one of the tourist attractions in North Sulawesi, including the Mangrove Forest in Trans Pato'a Village. This tourist spot, which is named "Tracking Mangrove Trans Pato'a Village" is located about 20 km from the South Bolaang Mongondow City Center, and can be reached in 45 minutes.This study aimed to determine the business profile of Mangrove Tracking in Trans Pato'a Village, Helumo District, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from August to October 2020. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were taken by researchers directly in the field using a questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained through government agencies, and institutions related to this research. A total of 20 people were selected as respondents using the purposive sampling method. These respondents represent managers, visitors, and the local community.The results showed that accessibility, accommodation, hydrological conditions, supporting facilities, tourism object managers, and supporting infrastructure at the Mangrove Tracking tourism object in Trans Pato'a Village were in good condition.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe the marketing mix of processed snack products produced by "Aroma Jaya" Sumber Rejo Village, Modayag Sub District, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was carried out for 1 month starting April 2021. The data used in this study were primary and secondary, primary data will be taken by survey by giving direct questions to consumers, using questionnaires as a data collection tool containing questions that related to this research and secondary data obtained from these businesses related to this research, such as the history of Aroma Jaya business. The data analysis used in this study is a descriptive analysis analyzed by using  Likert scale. Based on the results and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the consumer's assessment of the Aroma Jaya company's marketing mix actions using the 4P related to the four variables, namely product, price, place and promotion shows a very good category.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the types of plants cultivated under coconut trees and to assess the income level of farmers who utilized land under coconut trees in Pakuweru Village, Tenga District. This research was conducted in Pakuweru village, Tenga District and started from April 2021 to June 2021. The data used were primary data through direct interviews and secondary data through the village office. Primary data were collected using questionnaires to 30 respondents who were farmers utilizing land under coconut trees for cultivation. Furthermore, the data were analyzed descriptively.The results showed that the largest income was obtained from corn cultivation, which was Rp. 164,838,145 with an average income of Rp. 10,989,210. While the smallest income generated by eggplant cultivation which was Rp.497,000 with an average income of Rp.497,000.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the socio-economic characteristics of coastal communities in Kema District, North Minahasa Regency. The data collected in this study were primary  and secondary data. Sampling was done by purposive sampling as many as 50 samples. The majority of the coastal community were fishermen. Most of them only have elementary and junior high school education (78%). The condition of clean water and the environment was good. The community's economy was quite good with the status of owning a house as much as 64% and the average monthly incomes was above Rp. 3,000,000.
