Abstract

In the face of increasingly fierce and complex organizational competition, this allows organizations to change the management pattern strategy that is played especially in increasing optimal performance through the role of human resource management because it is human resources who have a mindset through ideas, opinions, as well as views that are not shared by other resources. Employees are human resources who hold the most important position in implementing an organisation's vision, mission and goals. Employee performance is one of the markers that need to be considered by the organization. When employees feel unmotivated at work, this will have an impact on inhibiting organizational operational activities. Therefore, one strong indicator of influencing the environment is the presence of a leader. There are many styles preferred by employees, one of which is the transformational leadership style, especially in the current digitalization era. This writing aims to understand and explore the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance. The method used is a Systematic Literature review using secondary data, where the author collects data related to the theme, and information is taken from various Scopus-indexed journals. The results of the study suggest that the transformational leadership style can affect the performance of employees in the organization. Because employees are actively involved, they feel increased motivation, increased trust, willingness to follow philosophy, ideology, vision, and increased consequences of interesting change. They have high commitment and can see one's abilities. Employees who are inspired by transformational leadership are also more likely to immerse themselves in work, resulting in better task performance and helping behaviours that ultimately help build organizational progress

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of price, celebrity endorser, and brand image on purchasing decisions and repurchase intention of Scarlett Whitening Products (Study of Scarlett Whitening Product Users in Central Java Province). The population of this study are consumers of Scarlett Whitening users in Central Java Province. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents using a purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, f test, and T test. The results of this study show that price, celebrity endorser, and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price, Celebrity Endorser, Brand Image, and Purchase Decision have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of service quality, perceived risk and trust on customers' interest in using the BRIMO application. This study uses a quantitative research design. Data obtained from distributing online questionnaires with Google Form. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used amounted to 100 respondents. In this study several tests were carried out such as validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests, t-tests and F-tests with a significance value of 0.05. The results of the study prove that partially, the variables of service quality and trust have a positive effect on the intention to use the application, while perceived risk has a negative effect on the intention to use the application.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Toddopulia Village, Tanralili District, Maros Regency. The purpose of this study is (1) To find out how the marketing communication strategy is carried out by BUMDes in increasing sales volume at the Jaya Abadi Bumdes Store, Toddopulia Village, Tanralili District, Maros Regency. (2) To find out what are the obstacles faced by BUMDes in increasing sales volume at the Bumdes Jaya Abadi Store, Toddopulia Village, Tanralili District, Maros Regency. The benefits of this research are (1). Theoretical Benefits.This research is expected to provide benefits and contribute to the development of Communication Science, especially social communication. (2). Practical Benefits. This research is expected to increase knowledge and insight about sales communication strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how interpersonal communication strategies of teachers and students in learning activities in PAUD TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan Baturube, North Bungku District, North Morowali Regency. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive abbreviation which aims to provide an overview of the extent of teacher and student interpersonal communication strategies in learning activities in PAUD TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan Baturube District. North Bungku, North Morowali Regency. The data analysis technique used is triangulation which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the interpersonal communication strategies used in PAUD Dharma Wanita Persatuan Baturube, among others, were a. Approach b. Storytelling, c. Play, d. Questions and Answers, e. and Lectures. Thus, interpersonal communication strategies between teachers and students in providing educational materials in teaching and learning activities at PAUD Dharma Wanita Persatuan Baturube are considered effective when communication planning is carried out according to obligations in accordance with the regulatory system adopted by PAUD Dharma Wanita Persatuan Baturube and reaches an understanding for the realization of common goals and goals..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Discipline, Competence and Motivation on Employee Performance in Three District Offices in Maros Regency. The population in this study were employees at three district offices in Maros who were random, where the sample was 51 employees. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression.The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables consisting of discipline, competence, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in three sub-district offices in Pangkep Regency. Partially the independent variables of discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect, while the independent variable of competence has no positive and significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the Teacher's Persuasive Communication Strategy in Shaping Student Character (Descriptive Qualitative Study of Teacher's Persuasive Communication Strategy in Shaping Student Character at Mutiara Hati Kindergarten Makassar. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research design aims to provide abstract and general answers to questions that arise in basic research, the data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using Sugiyono's version of Miles and Huberman. In this release, qualitative data analysis activities run interactively and continuously until data saturation is complete. The activities include data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the persuasive communication strategies of Mutiara Hati Raodhatul Athfal kindergarten teachers in shaping children are: Interpersonal communication where this communication is quite effective because it is done face to face, which means that the communicator (teacher) and the communicant (student) are face to face. Feedback that occurs is direct feedback. The teacher can immediately know the response given by the student. Second, dyadic communication where this communication is a communication process that takes place between two people face to face,

Abstract

Teaching and learning styles are behaviors or actions that teachers and students show during learning. Behavioral teaching reflects teachers' beliefs and values in translating science. Student behavior provides insight into how to perceive, interact, and respond to the environment in which learning occurs. The purpose of the research was to find out how the Teacher's Communication Style in Increasing the Learning Motivation of Class I Students of UPTD SPFSD Negeri 165 Asanae Marioritengnga Village, Soppeng.The research method used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach with in-depth interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman version which includes: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that teachers in communicating with their students apply various communication styles, including teachers providing initial direction, but providing space for students to take initiative, explore, and determine the course of learning. This style encourages students to develop independence and problem-solving. In accordance with the concept of independent learning where learning no longer focuses on the teacher but learning focuses on students, Becoming a reliable communicator in the classroom, Asking questions briefly and clearly, Applying the discussion learning method in the classroom, Applying the debate learning method in the classroom, Applying presentation learning..

Abstract

The success of government publications to the public cannot be separated from the role of public relations (public relations). Public relations or better known as PR (Public Relations) has a very large role and is very much needed by leaders. "Publication is very important, because then the public will know what the leaders or regional heads are doing. If there is no publication, it is as if the regional head is not working even though he has worked hard. This study aims to find out the role and function of Public Relations in Publication at the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Office. This study uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach, the data collection technique is through observation, interviews and documentation. while the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that one of the roles of public relations at the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Office is to make publications about the activities of the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Office which have an impact on how to create a good image for OPD (Regional Apparatus Organizations). these publication activities are published through social media, print media or electronic media. The social media used include Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, but it is still in personal content, not on the official website of the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service. Later, after being thrown to the public, it will be entered into the official website of the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service. The function of public relations in the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service is how to provide information to the public or community, in other words, how to invite other Regional Apparatus Organizations to popularize news about the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service, especially the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Price Discount, E-WOM, Hedonic Shopping Motivation on Impulse Buying at Marketplace Shopee (Study case of Dian Nuswantoro University). The population of this research is Dian Nuswantoro University who have purchased at marketplace Shopee. Sampling technique used is questionnaire method and amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Price Discount doesn’t have a significant influence on Impulse Buying, while E-WOM and Hedonic Shopping Motivation have a significant influence on Impulse Buying partialy. Variables of Price Discount, E-WOM and Hedonic Shopping Motivation have a significant influence on Impulse Buying simultaneously.
