Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through employees’ organizational commitment at the PT. Sajang Heulang-KKPA3 Estate. This study used a quantitative approach. The respondents of this study were 73 employees. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire spread to 73 employees. The data collected was processed using structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis techniques with the application of SmartPLS Version 3.0. The results showed that there was a significant direct effect of job satisfaction on OCB; there was a significant direct effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment; there was a significant direct effect of organizational commitment on OCB and Organizational Commitment partially mediated the effect of job satisfaction on OCB.

Abstract

Latar belakang: PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Kalimantan Bagian Tengah memiliki target kinerja semesteran dengan susunan penyelesaian projek sesuai Rencana Usaha Penyediaan Tenaga Listrik (RUPTL). Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari beban kerja dan penerapan corporate university training terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bidang Operasi Konstruksi dan Unit Pelaksana Projek PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Kalimantan Bagian Tengah. Hal yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah tidak tercapainya target penyelesaian projek tahun 2019 yang disinyalir disebabkan oleh tingginya beban kerja yang menghambat kinerja karyawan, namun disisi lain perusahaan telah mengoptimalkan pelatihan melalui corporate university untuk meningkatkan kompetensi seluruh karyawan. Metode penelitian: Jenis penelitian bersifat asosiatif dengan mencari hubungan antar variabel. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 70 orang yang merupakan seluruh karyawan non-manajerial dari objek penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang berisi penilaian tentang besarnya beban kerja (X1) dan dampak dari corporate university training (X2) dari seluruh karyawan. Hasil penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan corporate university training berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, beban kerja dan corporate university training dinyatakan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa PT. PLN (Persero) telah menerapkan corporate university training yang optimal sehingga kompetensi karyawan mampu mengimbangi tingginya beban kerja yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan.

Abstract

The conjunction is that the implementation of health human resource management has not been optimal, especially human resource development in health centers. The literature article review of human resource development in health centers to improve the quality of public health services aims to find out how to implement human resource development in health centers to improve the quality of public health services. The method of writing this Literature Review article is by library research, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar and literature books. The result of this review literature article is that the implementation of human resource development in health centers is a strategic step to improve the quality of public health services by designing the right program, using effective learning methods, conducting periodic evaluations and utilizing digital application technology so as to contribute to providing the best health services to the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of non-physical work environment and quality of work life on employee performance at Community Health Center/Puskemas Banjarmasin Indah. The research method is quantitative using partial least square structural equation modelling analysis with data analysis using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The study involved 30 respondents is a Community Health Center employee. The type of variable scale used is the ordinal scale. The rating scale for each statement uses a rating scale technique with a likert scale type. Offline questionnaires are distributed, the data analysis stage is the outer model test, namely the validity and reliability test and the inner model test, namely the hypothesis test or significance test. The independent variable of this research is nonphysical work environment and quality of work life. The dependent variable is employee performance variable. Offline questionnaires based on the results of research data analysis it was found that nonphysical work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Quality of work life had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction (X1) on organizational commitment (Z) and teacher performance (Y) at the Darud Da' Wah Wal-Irsyad Education Foundation, Batulicin District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. This research used a questionnaire with 85 teachers at the Darud Da'wah Wal-Irsyad Education Foundation, Batulicin District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. Samples were determined using the saturated sampling technique, where all of the population was used as research samples. The data were analyzed using the partial least square (PLS) method in three stages: evaluation of the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing, hypothesis testing using the t-statistical test. The results showed that there was a significant effect between job satisfaction and teacher organizational commitment, there was a significant effect between job satisfaction on teacher performance, there was a significant effect between organizational commitment on teacher performance, there was a mediating effect of organizational commitment through job satisfaction on teacher performance at the Darud Da'wah Wal-Irsyad Education Foundation, Batulicin District, Tanah Bumbu Regency.

Abstract

The quality of leadership (safety leadership) and organizational climate (safety climate) have a significant impact on organizational performance (safety behavior). Working in an organization with a good climate will stimulate job potential. Safety climate and safety leadership are important issues in construction companies, one of which is the real estate construction company Alfath Group, which has been operating since 2016 in South Kalimantan. The location of the Alfath group project is in Banjarmasin, Banjarbaru and Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan. This study aims to evaluate the role of safety leadership on safety behavior with safety climate as a mediating variable in order to prevent work accidents in order to increase worker productivity. This study is an observational study with an explanatory research approach which was conducted on 100 respondents of Alfath group workers. Data analysis was carried out using the SMART-PLS program. Safety leadership has a significant effect on safety behavior, safety leadership has a significant effect on safety climate, safety climate has a significant effect on safety behavior, and safety climate mediates the influence of safety leadership on safety behavior.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), with work engagement as an intervening variable. The phenomenon is that many employees lack discipline in fingerprinting, so they are required to pay more attention to attendance lists to achieve good organizational goals. The research sample was 42 people who were all employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of South Kalimantan Province. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with the aim of providing an assessment of the organizational climate (X), to test how well the level of employee engagement is at work (Z), and to measure how big the OCB of employees is in the organization. (Y). The data analysis method used is partial least square (PLS) version 4.0. The results showed that organizational climate had no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), while organizational climate had a significant positive effect on work engagement, then work engagement had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Furthermore, the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), both indirectly through the intervening variable, namely work engagement.

Abstract

The consequences of the main tasks and functions of the provincial National Narcotics Agency (NNA) in the program of prevention, eradication, abuse, and illicit narcotics (P4GN) require the availability of reliable human resources who enjoy their work and are therefore closely tied to their work. Employees who have a sense of attachment to their work enable the implementation of their main duties, both as a team and individually. A solid team certainly consists of individuals who like their work and who have engagement with their work. This study was conducted to analyze the role of intrinsic motivation in mediating the effect of occupational self-efficacy on National Narcotics Agency (NNA) Officers' work engagement in Banjarmasin (South Kalimantan). The research population was equal to its sample size, including 61 NNA employees, whereas the sample size was taken using a total sampling technique. Data was collected through a survey by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. Data was analyzed with path analysis techniques using SPSS version 26. The findings show that self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on intrinsic motivation and work engagement. Intrinsic motivation significantly affects employees’ work engagement. Intrinsic motivation significantly and partially mediates the influence of occupational self-efficacy on NNA employee’s work engagement.

Abstract

A workload is one of the factors that affect employee performance. A workload is a set or number of activities an organizational unit must complete within the specified time. The high workload in the form of tasks and responsibilities given to employees will lead to less than optimal work results. The addition of workload will undoubtedly affect the psychological state of the employee itself. These psychological disorders will certainly have an impact on the performance shown. This research aims to test and analyze the effect of workload, self-efficacy, and self-esteem on banking employee performance. This type of research is included in explanatory research. The population is 63 customer service employees and tellers of Bank X in Banjarmasin. The sampling method uses a population sampling technique (saturated sample) and uses multiple linear regression for data analysis. The research results show that workload, self-efficacy, and self-esteem significantly affect employee performance. In conclusion, not only workload and self-efficacy but also self-esteem, significantly affect employee performance.

Abstract

Workload is an important factor that can influence employee performance. Excessive workload can cause stress and fatigue, which can reduce employee performance. On the other hand, motivation can be a determining factor in improving employee performance. High motivation can encourage employees to work harder and be more productive. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload on performance by mediating motivation among Banjarmasin City Land Office Employees. This research method uses a questionnaire of 40 Banjarmasin City Land Office employees as samples and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling with judgment sampling type. Data analysis uses the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square) method which is processed with the SmartPLS Program. The results of this research conclude that the workload variable has a significant negative effect on the performance variable, the workload variable has a significant positive effect on the motivation variable, the motivation variable has a significant positive effect on the performance variable, and the workload variable has a significant positive effect on the performance variable with the mediation of the motivation variable.
