Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of Influencers and Endorsements on Purchase Intention of Muthidea Fashion Products on Instagram Social Media. This type of research is explanatory. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form, with a sample consisting of 154 respondents who had purchased Muthidea fashion items through Instagram within the past three months. The data analysis employed Descriptive Statistics and Multiple Linear Regression techniques. Findings indicate that both influencers and endorsements have a significant simultaneous effect on the Purchase Intention for Muthidea Fashion on Instagram. This suggests that any increase in Influencer presence or Endorsement will lead to a corresponding rise in Purchase Intention. Specifically, Influencers significantly affect Purchase Intention, indicating that a higher number of engaged followers and unique fashion content can boost Purchase Intention. Similarly, Endorsements also play a crucial role in influencing Purchase Intention, meaning that enhancing the credibility, expertise, and capabilities of celebrity endorsers will further elevate Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Deep learning is generally used to perform remote monitoring of three-dimensional (3D) printing results, including extrusion-based 3D food printing. One of the widely used deep learning algorithms for defect detection in 3D printing is the convolutional neural network (CNN). However, the process requires high computational costs and a large dataset. This research proposes the Con4ViT model, a hybrid model that combines the strengths of vision transformer with the inherent feature extraction capabilities of CNN. The locally extracted features in the CNN were merged using the transformers’ global features with four transformer encoder blocks. The proposed model has a smaller number of parameters compared to other lightweight pre-trained deep learning models such as VGG16, VGG19, EfficientNetB2, InceptionV3, and ResNet50. Thus, the proposed model is simplified. Simulations were conducted to classify defect and non-defect images obtained from the printing results of a developed extrusion-based 3D food printing device. Simulation results showed that the model produced an accuracy of 95.43%, higher than the state-of-the-art techniques, i.e., VGG16, VGG19, MobileNetV2, EfficientNetB2, InceptionV3, and ResNet50, with accuracies of 77.88, 86.30, 82.95, 90.87, 84.62, and 93.83%, respectively. This research shows that the proposed Con4ViT model can be used for 3D food printing defect detection with high accuracy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment literacy, risk perception, and the influence of social media influencers on students’ investment interest at Universitas Islam Malang, as well as to examine the moderating role of influencers. This research employed a quantitative method, with data collected through questionnaires from 100 undergraduate students of Universitas Islam Malang selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that investment literacy (X1) has a positive and significant effect on students’ investment interest, meaning that the higher the level of investment literacy, the greater the students’ tendency to invest. Risk perception (X2) also has a positive and significant effect, showing that students who are able to assess risks realistically are more confident in making investment decisions. The influencer variable in social media was found to play a moderating role, strengthening the relationship between investment literacy (X1) and investment interest, but weakening the relationship between risk perception (X2) and investment interest. These findings support the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), which emphasizes that perceived behavioral control, risk perception, and subjective norms influenced by social media influencers can encourage students to develop stronger intentions to invest. Keywords: Investment literacy, risk perception, influencer, investment interest.

Abstract

Employee performance in service companies in Indonesia is often hampered by less than optimal organisational culture and work motivation, which impacts on the productivity and competitiveness of the company. This study aims to explore the influence of organisational culture and work motivation on employee performance in service companies in Jakarta. The method used is a quantitative survey with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using AMOS, involving 120 respondents selected by purposive sampling. The results of the analysis show that organisational culture and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with work motivation having a more dominant influence. This finding strengthens human resource management theory regarding the importance of integrating organisational culture and motivation in improving performance. The practical implication of this study is the need to develop a holistic management strategy to strengthen organisational culture and increase work motivation to encourage optimal employee performance in the service sector. This research also opens up opportunities for further studies with a mixed methods approach and mediating variables to enrich the understanding of human resource dynamics in Indonesia.

Abstract

This journal aims to analyze the role of fintech in improving financial literacy in MSMEs in Malang. In this study, researchers took 3 samples randomly, from Malang Regency and Malang City. Analysis of the data used in this study is to use data reduction then data presentation and the last is conclusions. The results of the research are that of the four informants as a whole receiving well with the presence of fintech because fintech can facilitate transactions. Fintech also provides many benefits for MSMEs as well as more benefits from MSMEs. But of all the roles of fintech, the speakers in this study did not fully know what the role of fintech was because of the lack of socialization about fintech in MSMEs. The speaker said that in financing business capital still choose banks because banks are trusted and there are legal institutions that regulate them. Of the four speakers, the impact after using fintech is positive or there are many benefits to be gained after applying fintech to its business. The more efficient and effective business activities that make applied fintech and the development of the era require businesses to use fintech. Of the many advantages of fintech, there are certainly disadvantages, one of which is when the financial technology is problematic, it must be repaired and requires some time. Not only that, human resources that lack mastery of fintech make business people have to provide insight into fintech.
