Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi kompensasi dan motivasi mengajar terhadap  kinerja mengajar guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskripsi, asosiatif dan komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melalui teknik analisis data korelasional dengan menggunakan statistik parametrik. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 157 yang dibagi menjadi dua kategori 97 guru sertifikasi dan 60 guru non-sertifikasi. Dari hasil analisis data ditemukan bahwa kompensasi dan motivasi mengajar guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri dalam kategori baik, sedangkan kinerja mengajar guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri dalam kategori sangat baik. Kontribusi kompensasi terhadap kinerja mengajar guru cukup kuat untuk guru sertifikasi dan guru non-sertifikasi. Kontribusi motivasi mengajar terhadap kinerja mengajar guru cukup kuat untuk guru sertifikasi dan rendah untuk guru non-sertifikasi. Kontribusi kompensasi dan motivasi mengajar terhadap kinerja mengajar guru cukup kuat untuk guru sertifikasi dan guru non-sertifikasi. Dan terdapat perbedaan kompensasi, motivasi mengajar dan kinerja mengajar guru antara guru sertifikasi dan non-sertifikasi. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Motivasi Mengajar dan Kinerja Mengajar Guru. Abstract The study objective was to determine the contribution of compensation and motivation to teach the teaching performance of teachers in Public Elementary School. The method used is descriptive analysis, associative and comparative quantitative approach, through correlational data analysis techniques using parametric statistics. 157 sample was divided into two categories of 97 certified teachers and 60 non-certified teachers. From the analysis of the data found that the compensation and motivation of teachers to teach in Primary School in both categories, while the teaching performance of teachers in public elementary school in the category of very good. Compensation contributed to the teacher's teaching performance is strong enough for teacher certification  and non-certified teachers. Contribution of motivation to teach teachers to teach to the performance strong enough for teacher certification and lower for non-certified teachers. Contribution of compensation and motivation to teach the teaching performance of teachers is strong enough for teacher certification  and non-certified teachers. And there are differences in compensation, motivation, teaching and teachers' teaching performance between teacher certification and non-certification.  Keyword: Compensation, Motivation to teach and Teaching performance of teachers.

Abstract

Rendahnya mutu pendidikan yang ditandai dengan rendahnya profesionalisme pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan; kurangnya ketersediaan dan pemanfaatan sarana-prasarana; lemahnya penggalian, manajemen dan akuntabilitas keuangan; dan kurangnya prakarsa/inisiatif berinovasi dalam pengembangan kurikulum merupakan akar masalah perlunya peningkatan kapasitas manajemen sekolah dalam merespons kebutuhan stakeholders dan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan. Tiga segitiga sama sisi kapasitas yaitu kapasitas individu, kapasitas organisasi, kapasitas kepemimpinan menjadi fokus kajian pengembangan kapasitas manajemen sekolah. Penelitian yang melibatkan mahasiswa ini secara intensif menggunakan metode RD dalam rekabangun model yang paling feasibel untuk membangun kapasitas manajemen sekolah yang efektif dan efisien pada SMA di Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengembangan kapasitas manajemen sekolah dimulai dari peningkatan kemampuan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan profesional yang dilandasai pengembangan diri secara individual dan kelompok, dilakukan secara kontinu dan dengan penilaian kinerja yang valid. Alat untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan bagi pengembangan kapasitas manajemen adalah kolegialitas dan prinsip pelaksanaannya adalah berkelanjutan melalui suatu action plan yang terukur. Model yang dikembangkan adalah 4CeeS untuk kepemimpinan bintang 5. 4CS (Casing, Communicating, Competencies, Contribution, Sample), Bintang lima 2 dimensi (Dimensi 1 : spirit-self dicipline, relationship-heart, purpose; Dimensi 2: Constructivistic Leadership-Valuebased leadership-servant leadership; transformationalleadership;visionary leadership)The low quality of education in Indonesia has been indicated by several phenomena, such as the low quality of teachers’ and educational staffs professionalism; the lack of facility, deficiency of educational financing in terms of absorption, budgeting, and accountability; the lack of educational innovations in developing curriculum. Those fundamental problems indicate the need of improvement in terms of capacity development for school management that will be able to response to stakeholder’s needs and scientific development. Importantly, there are three important aspects that should be kept in mind to develop the capacity of school management. Those important aspects are individual, organizational, and leadership capacity. To construct a feasible model that will be able to build an efficient and effective senior high school management in West Java-Indonesia, this study employed a research and development (RD) methodology. The findings revealed that the development of school management was started from the improvements done by teachers and administrators underlined. The improvements made were laid on the foundation of individual and organizational development through managerial tools. One of the tools that could be used was collegiality. It was recommended therefore that the collegiality should be based on measurable action plans that lead to a 4CS model — Casing, Communicating, Competencies, Contribution, and Sample. 4CS model is adopted from five-star leadership that has two dimensions. When the first dimension consists of self-discipline spirit, affective relationship, and purpose, the second dimension consists of constructive, value-based, servant, transformational, and visionary leadership.

Abstract

Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Fithrah Insani harus memberikan layanan jasa pendidikan yang berkualitas. Untuk itu perlu didukung dengan kualitas informasi akademik yang akurat, tepat, dan cepat menggunakan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) Akademik yang baik. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis implementasi SIM Akademik berbasis teknologi informasi di SDIT Fithrah Insani dan efektivitasnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang menganalisis kebutuhan dan perencanaan strategis implementasi SIM akademik serta evaluasi efektivitas implementasinya. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis value chain dan analisis SWOT, analisis efektivitas implementasi SIM dilakukan dengan menggunakan model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone McLean yang terdiri atas tiga dimensi kualitas yaitu kualitas informasi, sistem, dan pelayanan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah SDIT Fithrah Insani memiliki kekuatan internal dan peluang yang tinggi untuk mengimplementasikan SIM Akademik berbasis teknologi informasi. SIM yang dipilih adalah Sistem Informasi Sekolah berbasis web yang dibuat oleh Jaringan Informasi Bersama Antar Sekolah (JIBAS). Dan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi tersebut efektif dengan tingkat efektivitas sebesar 83.21% dari kriteria yang diharapkan. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah agar melakukan implementasi sepenuhnya SIM Akademik yang ada, dan perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan yang menguji dampak implementasi SIM Akademik ini. Islamic Integrated Primary School (SDIT) Fithrah Insani must provide quality education services. For it must be supported by the quality of academic information that is accurate, precise, and quick. It can use an Academic Management Information System (MIS). This study aimed to analyze the implementation of information technology based Academic MIS in SDIT Fithrah Insani and its effectiveness. The method used is a qualitative method of analyzing requirements and strategic planning implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of Academic MIS implementation. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and study documentation was processed and analyzed using the method of value chain analysis and SWOT analysis, analysis of the effectiveness of MIS implementation is done using information systems success model of DeLone McLean of three-dimensional quality of the quality of information, systems, and services. Conclusions of this study is SDIT Fithrah Insani has internal forces and high chance to implement information technology based Academic MIS. Selected MIS is a web-based School of Information Systems made by the Jaringan Informasi Bersama Antar Sekolah (JIBAS). And analytical results show that an effective information system to rate the effectiveness of 83.21% of the expected criteria. Recommendations of this study is to fully implement the existing Academic MIS, and further studies will be needed to test the impact of the implementation of this academic MIS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas dampak penggunaan internet dalam pendidikan, khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran online di SMK Negeri 1 Karawang. Metode pembelajaran virtual telah menggantikan model tatap muka di sekolah dan universitas, tetapi menghadapi tantangan signifikan, terutama dalam mata pelajaran Estimasi Biaya Konstruksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar siswa kelas XII Desain Model Bangunan dan Informasi di SMK Negeri 1 Karawang.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif dengan fokus pada aspek kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian melibatkan 72 siswa, dengan sampel 52 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar terutama dalam motivasi (faktor internal) dan lingkungan pembelajaran (faktor eksternal). Faktor internal menyumbang 57% dari kesulitan belajar, dengan aspek sikap, minat, motivasi, konsentrasi, dan kebiasaan belajar menjadi perhatian utama. Sementara itu, faktor eksternal menyumbang 43%, dengan penekanan pada penyampaian materi, tugas, media pembelajaran, aspek ekonomi, dan lingkungan fisik.Temuan ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi institusi pendidikan untuk memperbaiki pendekatan pembelajaran online mereka. Menyadari kompleksitas faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi pembelajaran online dapat membantu sekolah dan guru dalam merancang strategi yang lebih efektif. Penelitian ini tidak hanya relevan untuk SMK Negeri 1 Karawang tetapi juga dapat menjadi pedoman bagi sekolah-sekolah lain yang menghadapi tantangan serupa dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran online di era digital ini.

Abstract

In the era of Society 5.0, digitalization has changed the world of education and requires schools to develop creative, critical thinking skills. Vocational schools such as Vocational High Schools (SMK) play an important role in creating students who are ready to face the demands of this era. The use of learning technology, including media such as PowerPoint and modules, has become common but still needs innovation to reach the optimal level. Therefore, the implementation of virtual-based learning media is important. One of the innovations in learning media is the use of flipbooks with Augmented Reality (AR) in vocational schools. The main objective of this research is to measure the level of critical thinking skills of vocational school students. The results showed that the experimental class using Flipbook with AR achieved a significant increase in N-gain value (0.6), indicating the effectiveness of Flipbook with AR in improving students’ understanding. It can be seen from the average results of critical thinking aspects in the experimental class which has a percentage of 85%, while in the control class, it is 55%. Thus, this Flipbook with AR successfully improves students' ability in critical thinking aspects in SMK and shows great potential in the development of interactive learning technology for education.

Abstract

The rapid development of the world in the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) era has led to changes in various sectors, including the education sector. According to the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in August 2022, Vocational High Schools contribute the highest unemployment rate of 9.42% compared to other educational levels. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the level of Transferable Skills, which refers to skills that can be transferred and consistent in continuous learning, among Vocational High School students and their fulfillment of the needs of the working industry. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a survey technique through a cross-sectional approach to gather information. The instruments used in this study consist of questionnaires distributed to vocational high school students in Indonesia who have undergone job training and supervisors in the industry where the students conducted their job training in various regions in Indonesia. The findings of this research indicate that, overall, the vocational high school students have a satisfactory level of Transferable Skills. However, there are still several aspects that need improvement. This research contributes significantly to understanding the level of transferable skills among vocational high school students and the needs of working industry in the VUCA era. The results of this study can serve as a basis for the development of more effective and relevant vocational education programs to prepare students to meet the demands of an increasingly complex and dynamic job market.

Abstract

This study analyzes the quality management system implementation in the construction project of the UPI Tasikmalaya campus lecture building. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with document analysis, the study evaluates the conformity level of the quality management system with ISO 9001:2015 standards and identifies factors that support and hinder its implementation. Secondary data, including technical specifications, project plans, and quality documents, were analyzed systematically. The findings indicate that most elements of the quality management system meet ISO 8001:2015 standards, especially in the documentation of quality plans and external supplier control. However, internal audit implementation requires improvement to enhance overall quality control. Key hindrances include dependence on external suppliers, delays in supervisor approvals, and inadequate structured inspections. On the other hand, detailed technical specifications, guaranteed materials from official suppliers, and a well-defined project team structure are significant supports. The study concludes that implementing a comprehensive internal audit system and structured field inspections can optimize quality management. Recommendations include diversifying material suppliers, simplifying approval processes, and enhancing routine quality monitoring.

Abstract

Pengawasan bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan dan bimbingan memastikan pelaksanaan kegiatan sesuai dengan tujuan awal pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran guru dan mengembangkan potensi guru yang berkualitas dan profesional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk; (1) mendeskripsikan proses perencanaan supervisi sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, (2) Pelaksanaan supervisi sekolah yang dilakukan oleh pengawas sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, dan (3) Evaluasi pengawas sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Proses perencanaan diawali dengan koordinasi dan rapat tim kerja pengawas, yaitu penentuan objek dan penentuan instrumen pengawasan, (2) Pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan dilakukan dengan berbagai kegiatan, yaitu: pengawas melakukan kunjungan ke sekolah sasaran, melakukan supervisi terhadap penilaian, memberikan bimbingan dan konsultasi permasalahan dengan kendala di lapangan, memeriksa administrasi pembelajaran guru, perencanaan pembelajaran guru, memberikan tugas lokakarya dan bimbingan teknis sehingga dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, (3) Instrumen Evaluasi Kinerja dan instrumen pengawasan digunakan untuk menilai profesionalisme guru. Seluruh kegiatan yang dilakukan akan menjadi tolak ukur dalam menentukan program pelaksanaan pengawasan pendidikan di sekolah dan dengan pengawasan pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh pengawas sekolah, profesionalisme guru dapat ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Inclusive education as a new construction in the educational context both on an international and national scale. Inclusive education aims to provide the best service for general students and students with special needs by providing adequate access and support. School principals as school managers, teachers and school human resources have a very vital role in carrying out their management to improve the quality of education and services in an inclusive manner. An inclusive approach to education aims to provide equal learning opportunities for all children, regardless of their background, abilities or special needs. This research aims to analyze, understand, interpret and discover new theories and practices in quality management of inclusive education services, to create quality services that can be implemented by schools at the elementary school (SD) level in the city of Banda Aceh. This researcher uses qualitative methods with a case study design . The location of this research is at SD Negeri 25 Banda Aceh City. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation, then the analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
