Abstract

A key component of both individual and collective life is financial literacy, and Surah Al-Baqarah in Islam offers comprehensive instructions on managing money. With a focus on concepts like zakat, sedekah, and the use of discretion in daily budget distribution, this essay explores the idea of financial management from the viewpoint of Surah Al-Baqarah. In this context, the study describes how careful lending and saving practices combined with a study of the Qur'an can help people become financially independent. In order to achieve behavioral and financial stability, this analysis provides insightful information to the Islamic society as well as to individuals.

Abstract

Kegitan ini merupakan kegiatan Digitalisasi UMKM di Era Industri 5.0 melalui Sosialisasi QRIS, SIAPIK dan Sertifikasi Halal pada Pelaku UMKM Desa Suru. Kegiatan Sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKN-PAR UNU Blitar ini bertujuan untuk berbagi informasi mengenai penggunaan media sosial, sertifikasi halal dan pemasaran guna meningkatkan UMKM yang unggul dan dikenal khalayak ramai sehingga dapat memajukan UMKM dengan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini adalah survei, analisa masalah, bimbingan teknis program, evaluasi dan pemberian rekomendasi untuk program selanjutnya. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa pelaku UMKM Desa Suru antusias mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi dan membuka pemahaman mereka akan perkembangan teknologi untuk mendorong kemajuan ekonomi, termasuk juga mengenai pembayaran non tunai menggunakan QRIS,m pencatatan keuangan yang lebih terorganisir menggunakan SIAPIK dan mendaftarkan produk usaha mereka untuk memiliki sertifikat halal. Upaya tersebut dilakukan untuk mendorong kemajuan ekonomi dan menanggapi perkembangan teknologi sehingga pelaku UMKM Desa Suru dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman untuk dapat bersaing dalam hal perekonomian, tak hanya itu memiliki QRIS, Sertifikasi halal dan menggunakan SIAPIK untuk pencatatan keuangan usaha dapat mendorong usaha mereka untuk lebih cakap digital.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the concept of Albert Bandura's theory and its development in Islamic religious education. The research is motivated by many other learning theories that have not focused on the origin of behavior, especially those that come from outside a person. On the other hand, Albert Bandura, with the concept of self-efficacy and imitation, has discussed this in detail in his social cognitive theory. The method used is qualitative with the type of literature study or library research. The results of the study stated that Albert Bandura's theory is famous for its social learning theory that emphasizes cognition and evaluation. It includes modeling (live and symbolic) and self-efficacy, as well as research on the aggressive behavior of children who imitate aggression from adult models. In “Aggression: A Social Learning Analysis,” Bandura explains that aggression is learned through observation and reinforcement, as shown in the Bobo Doll experiment. Bandura's social cognitive theory emphasizes the function of self-regulation, learning in the social environment, visual and verbal learning outcomes, and the importance of imitation and role models, which requires educators, parents, and community leaders to be good examples. In Islamic Religious Education (PAI), Bandura's theory can be applied through the principles of modeling, self-efficacy, and mentoring. The Prophet is the ultimate role model, and the family should be the real example for children. PAI should teach the principles and resilience of faith to avoid the negative influence of the digital era with the guidance of parents and teachers so that the content absorbed by students is positive.

Abstract

Masalah utama yang dihadapi oleh MA Zainul Anwar Kraksaan adalah rendahnya keterampilan lunak (soft skills) yang dimiliki oleh siswa, terutama dalam bidang komunikasi, kerjasama tim, manajemen waktu, pemecahan masalah, dan kepemimpinan. Kurangnya pemahaman dan penerapan keterampilan ini dapat menghambat siswa dalam mempersiapkan diri memasuki dunia kerja. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan lunak siswa melalui program pendampingan dan pelatihan yang terstruktur. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan melalui survei awal, penyusunan modul pelatihan, pelaksanaan serangkaian workshop, sesi mentoring, dan simulasi dunia kerja. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerapan soft skills pada siswa MA Zainul Anwar. Evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan siswa dalam mengaplikasikan keterampilan lunak, yang diharapkan dapat mendukung kesiapan mereka menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja. Rekomendasi dari pengabdian ini adalah perlunya integrasi pengembangan soft skills dalam kurikulum sekolah agar keberlanjutan program dapat terjaga.

Abstract

Indonesia is projected to become a center for the development of the halal industry. One of the halal industry sectors that has great potential to be developed is the halal tourism sector with its supporting sector in the form of sharia hotels. This study aims to identify and analyze the concept of sharia hotel development in Indonesia which is reviewed with an Islamic economic approach and sharia maqashid. Qualitative research method with descriptive approach is used in this research by using content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the development of sharia hotels in Indonesia is in accordance with maqashid sharia, namely not only paying attention to material aspects but also immaterial aspects. Sharia hotels have standards that must be met in the maqashid sharia framework, namely by paying attention to product aspects, service aspects, and management aspects.

Abstract

This study, titled “Urban Agriculture as a Solution for Food Independence and New Job Opportunities in Bangka Belitung: A Case Study of Pangkalpinang City,” investigates the application of urban agriculture as an adaptive strategy to address food insecurity and unemployment in urban areas with limited agricultural land. Pangkalpinang City faces increasing challenges related to urbanization, including declining agricultural land, high dependence on external food supplies, and limited employment opportunities for residents. The purpose of this study is to analyze how urban agriculture contributes to food independence, the creation of new job opportunities, and community participation in sustainable urban agriculture. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, and analyzed thematically and through a SWOT analysis to identify internal and external factors influencing urban agriculture development. The study findings indicate that urban agriculture in Parit Lalang, Pangkalpinang, is mostly carried out in small home gardens and vacant land using hydroponic and traditional methods, with the main participants being productive-age residents and housewives. This practice has increased household food availability, reduced living costs, and generated additional income, thus enhancing local economic resilience. However, several challenges remain, such as limited technical skills, financial constraints, and inconsistent government support.
