Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga, dan efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 5 bulan terhitung dari bulan Agustus hingga Desember 2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Teknik pemilihan responden menggunakan Propotional Random Sampling sehingga diperoleh sample berjumlah 131 siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa uji hipotesis terdiri dari Uji F dan Uji t. Berdasarkan perbandingan F-hitung dan F-tabel diperoleh F hitung sebesar 22,029 > 2,68. Artinya terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara pendidikan kewirausahaan (X1) lingkungan keluarga (X2) dan efikasi diri (X3) terhadap minat berwirausaha (Y). Hasil uji t untuk Pendidikan Kewirausahaan t-hitung > t-tabel = 5,976 > 1,97882 Lingkungan Keluarga 2,140 > 1,97882 dan Efikasi Diri 2,398 > 1,97882. Artinya ketiga variabel bebas berpengaruh secara langsung yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dengan hasil sebesar 0,342 atau yang bermakna 34% beriabelitas variabel minat berwirausaha dapat dijelaskan oleh pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga dan efikasi diri. Sedangkan sisanya 66% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial readiness mediated by entrepreneurial motivation in students of SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach and uses a survey method. The population in this study were students of Class XI SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with certain considerations so that the population in this study was 214 students and a sample of 131 students referring to Isaac and Michael's table. The data analysis technique used in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) which is calculated using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The technical analysis used in this research is the analysis of the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing where hypothesis testing has direct and indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial knowledge variables on entrepreneurial readiness, there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial motivation variables on entrepreneurial readiness, there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial motivation and there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial readiness is mediated by entrepreneurial motivation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop interactive learning media based on Quizalize in civil service OTKP subjects and to find out the feasibility of interactive learning media based on Quizalize in Civil Service OTKP subjects for Karya Teladan Vocational School students. This type of research uses the ADDIE development method, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. This research took place at Karya Teladan Vocational School and was conducted in May 2024. Data was collected by means of assessments by media experts and material experts. Based on research that has been carried out and developed by validation experts, it is known that Quizalize-based interactive learning media for the OTKP Civil Service subject for Karya Teladan Vocational School students is very suitable for use. The average result for media experts was 90.43% and material experts 95.23, so it was categorized as "very suitable" as an interactive learning media.

Abstract

Abstract Vocational education at the secondary level, such as vocational schools (SMK), plays a crucial role in preparing students for the workforce with relevant competencies. However, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, SMK Walisongo 2 in Depok, West Java, faced challenges in adapting to the implementation of education. One solution adopted in the world of education is the use of virtual meetings for learning and meetings. The literature review describes the understanding, types of meetings, meeting requirements, meeting objectives, meeting procedures, meeting etiquette, communication styles in meetings, and meeting organization techniques. The method of implementing community service involves mentoring and training to achieve the desired outcomes. The results of the Office Administration Competency Training program for students and teachers at SMK in Parung, West Java, include understanding the material, discussions, and practical application. The conclusion of this activity is the improvement of competence in office administration for students and teachers. Recommendations provided include continuing efforts to develop competence in this field. Thanks to Universitas Negeri Jakarta and SMK 2 Walisongo Depok for their financial support and collaboration in the success of this program. Keywords: meeting; administration; virtual meeting. Abstrak Pendidikan kejuruan di tingkat menengah, seperti SMK, memiliki peran krusial dalam mempersiapkan peserta didik untuk dunia kerja dengan kompetensi yang relevan. Namun, di tengah pandemi COVID-19, SMK Walisongo 2 di Depok, Jawa Barat, harus menghadapi tantangan adaptasi dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan. Salah satu solusi yang telah diadopsi di dunia pendidikan adalah penggunaan virtual meeting untuk pembelajaran dan pertemuan. Tinjauan literatur menggambarkan pengertian, jenis-jenis rapat, syarat-syarat rapat, tujuan rapat, tata tertib rapat, etika dan gaya komunikasi dalam rapat, serta teknik penyelenggaraan rapat. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melibatkan pendekatan pendampingan dan pelatihan untuk mencapai luaran yang diinginkan. Hasil program pelatihan Kompetensi Administrasi Perkantoran bagi Siswa dan Guru SMK di Parung, Jawa Barat, mencakup pemahaman materi, diskusi, dan penerapan dalam praktik. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kompetensi siswa dan guru dalam administrasi perkantoran. Saran yang diberikan adalah melanjutkan upaya dalam pengembangan kompetensi di bidang ini. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara motivasi berwirausaha dan mental berwirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa program studi kependidikan fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa kependidikan pada Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta Angkatan 2020 sebanyak 331 mahasiswa dengan jumlah sampel 175 responden. Model penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi berganda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert yang dioperasikan dengan program SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Motivasi berwirausaha memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. 2) Mental berwirausaha memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. 3) Motivasi berwirausaha dan mental berwirausaha secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Knowledge and Family Environment on Interest in Entrepreneurship with Self-Efficacy as an intervening variable in students of SMKN 50 Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The population used in this study were class XII students at SMKN 50 Jakarta from all majors, namely AKL, BDP, OTKP, and MM consisting of 213 students and students with a sample of 131 students referring to the Isaac and Michael tables. The research model uses a path analysis model and the data analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using the SmartPLS version 3 application. From the results of the study, it can be seen that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of entrepreneurial knowledge on self-mediated entrepreneurial interest. -efficacy, there is a positive and significant influence between family environment variables on interest in entrepreneurship which is mediated by self-efficacy

Abstract

This research aims to develop video-based interactive learning media (Powtoon) for the subject of Basic Engineering of Office Administration in class X OTKP SMK Tunas Pempembangunan and evaluate its feasibility. This research uses the type of R&D (Research and Development) research. The Research and Development method is useful in producing a video-based interactive learning media product and the use of R&D research will test the feasibility of the product made. Results: Developing Powtoon's interactive video-based learning media using research and development (R&D) methods, also known as Research and Development. ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. This research only came to development because of a very limited time. The results of the eligibility of media experts were 73% with the category of "Feasible", while the results of the feasibility of material experts were 96% with the category of "Very Feasible" which was carried out at SMK Tunas Pempembangunan .

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of digital literacy on entrepreneurial decisions among students of Universitas Negeri Jakarta participating in the 2023 Student Entrepreneurial Program (PMW), with self-efficacy as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method. A total of 136 respondents were selected from 206 students in the TOP 50 PMW business teams through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results show; (1) that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy; (2) digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial decisions; (3) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial decisions; (4) and digital literacy indirectly affects entrepreneurial decisions through self-efficacy. These findings highlight the crucial role of self-efficacy in strengthening the influence of digital literacy on entrepreneurial decisions. Therefore, it is essential for higher education institutions to foster students' digital literacy and confidence to support entrepreneurial development in the digital era.

Abstract

A good archive storage system can be an indicator that a company has done good archive management. If the archive storage system in a company is not well organized, employees will find it difficult to find the documents needed in a short time. The purpose of this research is to find out the storage system used and the steps in storing and finding dynamic archives in one of the companies engaged in insurance. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, and uses non-probability sampling techniques. The results showed that active dynamic archive storage uses a sequential number storage system. However, some parts use two storage systems depending on the document type. Storing dynamic archives consists of three steps: checking, sorting, and storing. For the step of finding back dynamic archives, there are two ways: manually and digitally. However, no system manages dynamic archives to speed up the retrieval of dynamic archives. For archives that have become inactive archives, they will be submitted to the General Section for further storage at the vendor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational activity and internship experience on the work readiness of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jakarta State University. The research method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all 906 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jakarta State University, class of 2021. The sampling technique used Proportionate Random Sampling using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5%, resulting in a sample of 277 students. The data analysis technique used in this study was SmartPLS software version 4.0. The data analysis techniques used consisted of inner model analysis and inner model analysis. The results of the calculation of X1 against Y show that the Original Sample score is 0.500 and the T-Statistic is 7.743 > 1.96 and the P-Value is 0.000 < 0.05. For X2 versus Y, the Original Sample score was 0.494, the T-Statistic was 7.199 > 1.96, and the P-Value was 0.000 < 0.05. The F^2 calculation for variable X1 versus Y yielded an F^2 score of 0.713, and for variable X2 versus Y, an F^2 score of 0.697. Therefore, this study concludes that Organizational Activity and Internship Experience simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on students' Job Readiness.
