Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was aimed at describing connections between : 1) The Quality of Services to the Patient Loyalty, 2)The Satisfaction to the Patient Loyalty, 3) The Quality of Services and Patients Satisfaction, all together, to the patient loyalty. This study was held in the Bintaro International Hospital, Tangerang. The method of research is survey method. The population consist of all internal disease patients of Bintaro International Hospital, Tangerang. Sample of research are 40 patients which were taken by random sampling method. The result of research, that the service quality and the patient satisfaction themselves or all together, giving significant result toward the patient loyalty. The attitude towards the improvement quality of service, and patient satisfaction need to be trained for the employees of Bintaro International Hospital. This matter cannot be separated from the employees recruitment. Spesifically for the best services for their patients, beside that matters the hospital management must be improved their tools and equipment that they’re used, and would be hold the trainings for their employees.Keywords: Quality of Service, Satisfaction, Loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study aims to determine whether there is effect commitment and motivation to performance of the employee Kadin DKI Jakarta and also to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to prove it. The research has been done for three months since January until March 2013. The method of this research is survey. The population research was all employee of KADIN DKI Jakarta as much as 61 employees. And the sample used as many 51 employees by using simple random sampling. Data variabel Y (performance) is a secondary data obtained from performance appraisal January until February 2013. The result reveals that there is a possitive and significance effect between commitment to performance, and also motivation to performance, and then there is a possitive and significance effect between commitment and motivation to performance of employee KADIN DKI Jakarta.Keywords: commitment, motivation, performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study aims to determine whether there is effect role conflict and work stress to organization commitment at Rumah Sakit Tk IV Salak Bogor and also to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to prove it. The research has been done during April 2013. The method of this research is survey. The population research was all nurse of Rumah Sakit Tk IV Salak Bogor as much as 110 nurses. And the sample used as many 40 married women nurses by using simple random sampling. The result reveals that there is effect between role conflict to organization commitment, and also work stress to organiza-tion commitment, and then there is effect between role conflict and work stress to organization commitment of nurses Rumah Sakit Tk IV Salak, Bogor.Keywords:role conflict,work stress, organization commitment

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine Evaluation Program of the National Examination (UN) in the State Vocational School in South Jakarta. This study includes qualitative research, where research in SMK who has the Office Administration Program in South Jakarta, which contained 10 SMKN. The resources are empirically Principal and Chairman of the Program Office Administration. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, documentation and archive footage, while the analysis of data using qualitative data analysis interactive model. The results showed that: (1) Implementation of UN 2015 went well, although there are still obstacles to the program, but this is normal and can be controlled quickly and well. (2) The 2015 UN Program is a pilot program, where this year the UN goal is to assess the achievement of national competency standards on a particular subject. (3) The results of the UN as a basis for mapping the quality of programs and or education units, consideration of selection into the next level of education and training as well as providing assistance to the education unit in its efforts to improve the quality of education, not as a determinant of graduation of students. (4) each learner formal education and non-formal education pathways equality eligible for the national exam and has the right to repeat the extent not otherwise meet the criteria of achievement of competence of graduates, and every student must attend one national exam at no charge. Abstract

This research aims to analyze and examine the influence of maritime economic development and the economy of coastal communities in improving maritime competitiveness and coastal economic growth. Maritime economics is analyzed based on the fisheries sector, marine tourism and shipping. The economics of coastal communities are analyzed based on community empowerment, development and welfare. This research was conducted in Riau Islands Province. This reseach uses a qualitative method with a questionnaire of 330 respondents. The processing of research data by validity test, reliability, t-test, F-test and Adjusted R Square. The result of H1 that maritime economic development affect on competitiveness of maritime regions. Its are the fisheries sector 8.3%, the tourism sector 2.51%. H2 the economic development of coastal communities affects on competitiveness of maritime regions that are empowerment 23.2%, to increase welfare 31.8%. The development no significant effect. H3 the maritime economic development affects coastal economic growth through the fisheries sector 18%, the tourism sector 18% and the shipping sector 12.5%. H4 hypothesis of economic development of coastal communities has significant effect on coastal economic growth, that are at community empowerment 12.5%, welfare 17.2%, development 6.8%.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the influence of workload and quality of work life on the performance of police officers at Korlantas Police Headquarters with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research sample was 249 police officers at Korlantas Mabes indonesian police. The sample selection method uses probability sampling techniques. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires. The questionnaire used was tested for validity and reliability first, before entering the further analysis stage. Analysis of research data using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with processing program AMOS software. The results showed that workload has no effect on job satisfaction and work performance while quality work of life has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and work performance. Meanwhile, job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on job performance. Job satisfaction has no mediating effect on the relationship between workload and performance of temporary employees job satisfaction was found have a mediating effect on the relationship between quality work of life and employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variable work placement, organizational support, on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable on the performance of government employees, non civil servants, cooperatives and small and medium enterprises. The sample of this study was 129 respondents using the sampling data used in this study using a Likert scale questionnaire and then analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the AMOS version 22 program. SEM was used with the aim of confirming using confirmatory factor (CFA). The results in the analysis prove that work placement has an effect on employee performance of 3,851> 1.96, Organizational Support on employee performance of 3,962> 1.96, work goals on employee performance of 5,320> 1.96. As well as the significant influence of Work Placement on Employee Performance through work as a mediating variable, and the influence of Organizational Communication on variables that affect employee performance as a significant influence.
