Abstract

The Indonesian government implemented an online work environment in aneducational institution to prevent the spread of COVID-19, particularly by suspendingschool/university activities, School organizations’ productivity is strongly influenced by the productivity of teachers’ work. The long process of implementing online learning during the pandemic may have impacted the teachers at Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools in terms of productivity. In the 2020 academic year, there was a decline in teacher work productivity of 70-75%, as measured by the effectiveness and efficiency of teachers’ abilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the work environment on teacher productivity. A total of 138 people were included in this study. Surveys, interviews, and questionnaires are all used to collect data. Meanwhile, data processing and analysis were performed using a simple linear regression method. According to the coefficient of determination test, the R-square is 0.65, indicating that changes in the teacher’s work environment have a 65% effect on the teacher’s work productivity, with the rest influenced by other variables. The results of the research are the work environment has a positive effect on teacher work productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between Person-Organization Fit and Turnover Intention, examine the relationship between Job Burnout and Turnover Intention, and describe the role of Job Burnout in mediating the effect of Person-Organization Fit on Turnover Intention. This type of research is quantitative descriptive and verification. The sample amounted to 63 Generation Z employees (aged 18-26 years) of PT X mining site, one of the private mining companies in Indonesia using a closed questionnaire with a Likert Scale. Sampling using non-probability techniques with the total sampling method, and the data was processed and analyzed using SPSS 26 software. Data analysis using hierarchical regression, t-test, and Sobel test. The results showed that (1) Person-Organization Fit has a significant negative effect on Job Burnout; (2) Job Burnout and Turnover Intention have no significant effect but have a positive relationship; (3) There was partial mediation of Job Burnout mediating Person-Organization Fit on Turnover Intention; (4) Person-Organization Fit has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Permasalahan pengelolaan sampah di Desa Sindangsuka menjadi isu penting yang perlu ditangani dengan serius. BUMDes Sindangsuka melalui Unit Usaha Pengelolaan Sampah bekerja sama dengan pengelola maggot untuk sampah organik dan pengelola pembakaran untuk sampah anorganik. Laporan ini merangkum kegiatan pendampingan dan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di desa tersebut, dengan fokus pada analisis kesenjangan kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan sampah. Pengelolaan sampah yang efektif sangat penting demi menjaga lingkungan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, sehingga SDM yang terampil menjadi kunci keberhasilannya. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kebutuhan pelatihan SDM melalui survei, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara kompetensi yang ada dan yang dibutuhkan. Sebagai solusi, disusun sebuah buku panduan yang berisi materi, metode, dan teknik pengelolaan sampah. Diharapkan, panduan ini membantu peningkatan kompetensi dan efisiensi kerja SDM di BUMDes Sindangsuka.

Abstract

Seiring dengan meningkatnya minat terhadap produk-produk kerajinan kulit, jumlah pengrajin kulit di Indonesia juga mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan. Salah satu contoh dari komunitas pengrajin kulit yang muncul sebagai respons terhadap permintaan ini adalah "Makers Mansion", yang berbasis di Bandung. Komunitas bisnis ini mengelola beberapa merek produk fashion, seperti banyak komunitas bisnis lainnya, salah satu permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah pengelolaan keuangan. Pemberdayaan pengelolaan keuangan terhadap komunitas merupakan langkah yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan stabilitas finansial dan kemandirian komunitas. Tujuan dari pemberdayaan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anggota komunitas dalam mengelola keuangan sesuai dengan pedoman yang ditetapkan oleh Bank Indonesia, dengan implementasi yang menggunakan aplikasi SI APIK. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara berupa Forum Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa anggota komunitas Makers Mansion telah berhasil memahami prinsip-prinsip pengelolaan keuangan yang sesuai dengan pedoman Bank Indonesia dan mampu mengaplikasikannya melalui penggunaan aplikasi SI APIK

Abstract

Desa Sindangsuka, Kecamatan Cibatu, Kabupaten Garut, memiliki potensi ekonomi yang beragam, namun pengelolaan sampah organik belum optimal. BUMDes Perkasa mengembangkan unit usaha pengolahan sampah organik menjadi pakan maggot sebagai solusi. Penelitian ini mengkaji pola kemitraan dan jejaring usaha yang diterapkan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan unit usaha. Melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan observasi, indikator keberhasilan yang dicapai meliputi peningkatan partisipasi mitra eksternal, perluasan akses pasar, serta peningkatan produksi pakan maggot. Pola kemitraan yang kuat telah membantu memperkuat jejaring distribusi dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional unit usaha secara signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan dan jejaring usaha berperan penting dalam keberlanjutan ekonomi dan lingkungan di desa.

Abstract

Abstrak Job demands merupakan salah satu faktor penyebab munculnya stres di tempat kerja yang selalu dihubungkan dengan outcome yang negatif, namun challenges hindrances stressor framework (CHSF) membedakan job demands menjadi dua kategori (challenges stressors dan hindrances stressors) yang memungkinkan job demands dapat menjadi sebuah motivasi dan mendorong hasil yang lebih positif. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk secara sistematis mengumpulkan, mensintesis, dan meneliti bukti empiris yang ada, berhubungan dengan pengaruh job demands berdasarkan CHSF terhadap work engagement dan burnout. Penelitian ini merupakan systematic review yang dilakukan melalui pengidentifikasian pada penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan pemrosesan informasi secara menyeluruh dan analisis mendalam serta menggunakan meta-analisis sebagai metode statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan challenges stressor terhadap work engagement, sebaliknya hindrances stresssor memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap work engagement, serta ditemukan hasil bahwa kedua variabel ini baik challenges stressor maupun hindrances stressor memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap burnout. Kata Kunci : Burnout; Challenges Stressors; Hindrances Stressors; Work Engagement Abstract Job demands are one of the contributors leading to workplace stress, always associated with negative outcomes. However, the challenge-hindrance stressor framework (CHSF) distinguishes job demands into two categories (challenge stressors and hindrance stressors) that allow job demands to motivate and encourage more positive outcomes. Therefore, this study aims to systematically collect, synthesize, and examine existing empirical evidence related to the effect of job demands based on CHSF on work engagement and burnout. This research is a systematic review conducted by identifying previous studies involving thorough information processing and in-depth analysis and using meta-analysis as a statistical method. The results demonstrated a noteworthy positive impact of challenge stressors on work engagement. Conversely, hindrance stressors exhibited a significant negative effect on work engagement. Moreover, the study revealed that both challenge stressors and hindrance stressors had a significant positive effect on burnout. Abstract

Community Service Activities (PPM) aim to develop the local economy in Sindangsuka Village, Garut Regency, with a focus on strengthening the role of BUMDes and MSME actors in the field of business management. The PPM program is implemented to increase the competency and capacity of village communities in various aspects of focus, including Human Resources (HR) development, marketing, production and business network development. The results of the second year of PPM activities (2024) show progress in several aspects. First, good communication was established between the PPM implementing lecturer, the Adhigana Restaurant Manager (Padjadjaran University Business Unit), and the Director of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) Sindangsuka, which aims to establish cooperation in the organic catfish business network with the Adhigana Restaurant. This program adopts a more directed and focused approach based on evaluations and feedback from previous years. The results of outreach activities through training for MSME entrepreneurs highlight the importance of developing competencies in marketing, production and human resources as well as the need for collaboration between business actors to achieve inclusive and sustainable local economic development goals. Abstract

The case study was conducted at BUMDes Karya Mandiri located in Ngoran Village, Nglegok District, Blitar Regency, East Java on July 12 - 16, 2023. The main objective of this activity is that BUMDes Karya Mandiri is currently facing difficulties in mapping the business processes that are currently running and organized traditionally. Assistance and training were conducted to optimize the role of BUMDes Karya Mandiri in the multipurpose building rental business unit. Participants in this training and mentoring are the Village Head, Village Apparatus, BUMDes Management, Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis), MSME activists, and local residents. The Business Canvas model was used to map the business flow, identify weaknesses, and provide recommendations for development strategies. The proposed strategies, including marketing expansion, strengthening partnerships, improving venue quality and maintaining cleanliness, innovating services offered, customer loyalty programs, and cost efficiency, can serve as guidelines for BUMDes Karya Mandiri in facing market changes and improving competitiveness

Abstract

The Padjadjaran University KKN-PPM program was implemented in Sindangsuka Village in the period 02 July to 02 August 2024. A total of eighteen students from various departments at Padjadjaran University were actively involved in this program with a focus on increasing the capacity of local BUMDesa Human Resources (HR). This activity was motivated by Padjadjaran University's concern for the social and economic problems of the surrounding community, as well as efforts to encourage the application of the concept of entrepreneurship at the village level. The main object of KKN-PPM activities this time is BUMDesa Sindangsuka, Cibatu District, Garut Regency, especially the Waste Management Unit. By holding a focus group discussion activity with the title "From Discussion to Action: Turning Waste into Blessings" the event resulted in an in-depth understanding of the techniques and competencies needed to run this business unit.

Abstract

Ngoran is known as a digital village that has economic potential. Jimbe is one of the potential MSMEs in Ngoran village. However, the success of marketing Jimbe MSME products via social media is still less than optimal. This is due to limited insight and capabilities of Human Resources (HR) in marketing via social media. Community Service (PPM) is important considering the rapid development of technology has an impact on MSME marketing strategies. Moreover, high business competition requires MSMEs to be agile towards change and digitalization. This article discusses the PPM program which aims to increase HR insight and capabilities in digital marketing, especially through social media. PPM is carried out through methods of situation analysis, discussion, counseling, mentoring and evaluation. This program provides intensive education and training on digital marketing strategies, use of social media platforms, as well as techniques for creating interesting and effective content. The results of the PPM that has been carried out are that activity participants gain a good understanding of digital marketing, especially through social media, as well as increasing participants' abilities in carrying out digital marketing.
