Abstract

Kinerja karyawan yang tinggi dapat dicapai jika setiap elemen dalam organisasi terintegrasi dengan baik dan mampu menjalankan perannya. Dalam penelitian ini, elemen mengacu pada variabel kepemimpinan. Hasil survei pendahuluan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan belum optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan perbankan di Sulawesi Tenggara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei deskriptif dan survei penjelasan. Alat uji hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM), sedangkan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan program LISREL 8.72 (Linier Structural Relationship). Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ini berarti bahwa jika implementasi kepemimpinan organisasi dan motivasi kerja lebih baik, maka pencapaian kinerja pegawai perbankan di Sulawesi Tenggara akan lebih optimal.

Abstract

Desa Sindangsuka di Kecamatan Cibatu, Kabupaten Garut, memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan ekonomi desa melalui berbagai unit usaha yang dikelola oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Sindangsuka. Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya keterampilan dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam mengelola unit usaha, terutama unit usaha pengelolaan sampah. Fokus dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kapabilitas SDM BUMDes melalui pelatihan yang dirancang secara khusus.Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan, mengembangkan model pelatihan berbasis Lean Canvas dan analisis SWOT, serta meningkatkan keterampilan manajemen dan komunikasi SDM untuk mendukung pengelolaan usaha yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan. Pendekatan yang digunakan mencakup analisis situasi saat ini, identifikasi kesenjangan keterampilan melalui analisis SWOT, serta penerapan prinsip pembelajaran organisasi untuk menciptakan budaya belajar yang berkelanjutan.Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang diberikan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan anggota BUMDes dalam merancang dan mengelola strategi bisnis yang lebih efektif. Pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal dan manajemen konflik juga berperan penting dalam memperkuat kemampuan anggota BUMDes dalam berinteraksi dan bernegosiasi dengan berbagai pihak. Partisipasi aktif dari pemerintah desa dan anggota BUMDes menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan program ini. Kesimpulannya, pengabdian masyarakat ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas dan kapabilitas SDM dalam mengelola unit usaha pengelolaan sampah BUMDes Sindangsuka. Melalui pendekatan pelatihan yang komprehensif dan didukung oleh partisipasi aktif pemerintah desa, BUMDes Sindangsuka diharapkan dapat berkembang lebih baik, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, serta berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Studi ini merupakan bagian dari kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata - Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (KKN-PPM) Universitas Padjadjaran yang dilaksanakan di Desa Sukasari, Kecamatan Sukasari, Kabupaten Sumedang. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif UMKM Kampoeng Aseupan dan Grill Ndeso Desa Sukasari melalui diferensiasi produk. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi aktual SDM dan strategi pengembangan yang mendukung pencapaian keunggulan kompetitif berbasis diferensiasi produk. Hasil menunjukkan adanya penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang lebih sistematis, serta peningkatan pemahaman terhadap produk (product knowledge) yang secara signifikan berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi kesalahan pelayanan, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan dan penguatan manajemen SDM sebagai fondasi diferensiasi produk UMKM di wilayah pedesaan.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of organizational learning on employee competencies at PT. Semen Indonesia Unit Tonasa. In the context of intense market competition and rapid technological change, fostering continuous learning has become critical for organizations to enhance workforce adaptability and innovation. Organizational learning dimensions—such as personal mastery, shared vision, team learning, mental models, and systems thinking—were analyzed for their contribution to employee competencies, including knowledge, skills, and attitudes. A quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) revealed a significant positive relationship between organizational learning and competencies, with a path coefficient of 0.465 and a t-statistic of 6.434. The findings underscore the role of organizational learning in improving employee collaboration, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. However, challenges like resistance to change, unequal participation, and resource limitations were identified as barriers. Addressing these issues through leadership commitment, inclusive participation, and resource optimization can amplify the impact of learning initiatives.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of knowledge management on employee competencies at PT. Semen Indonesia Unit Tonasa. Knowledge management, encompassing knowledge creation, storage, sharing, and application, plays a crucial role in enhancing employee knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings reveal a significant positive relationship between knowledge management and employee competencies, with a path coefficient of 0.512 and a t-statistic of 7.245. Among the dimensions, knowledge sharing emerged as the strongest contributor to competency development, fostering collaboration and collective learning. Employees reported significant improvements in technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and adaptability. However, challenges such as resistance to change, uneven participation, and resource constraints were identified as barriers to the full implementation of knowledge management initiatives. This study underscores the importance of structured knowledge management practices in developing a skilled and adaptable workforce. Practical recommendations include fostering a knowledge-sharing culture, addressing resistance to change, promoting inclusive participation, and investing in knowledge management systems. These insights are expected to contribute to the academic literature and provide actionable strategies for organizational development

Abstract

Risk management in collaborative entrepreneurship in Kampoeng Aseupan MSMEs and Anyaman Bambu MSMEs through the Creative Art Space program is an important aspect in improving business sustainability. This Community Service (PPM) summarizes mentoring activities and Real Work Lectures (KKN) in Sukasari Village, which focus on risk analysis in collaboration between MSMEs. This Community Service (PPM) integrated KKN activity aims to assist MSME actors in recognizing and managing risks that arise in business collaboration, as well as strengthening collaborative capacity between business actors in Sukasari Village. The program is implemented through a participatory approach based on the Community Service (PPM) integrated Real Work Lecture (KKN) program and interactive facilitation sessions, such as surveys, in-depth interviews, and analysis of the Risk Assessment Matrix approach. Results of Community Service (PPM). From the results of the activity, it was found that the main challenges in MSME collaboration were the inconsistency of the cooperation agreement and the low involvement of consumers in the Creative Art Space program. As a solution, the team drafted a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) document that regulates the rights and obligations of business partners and installed standing banners as a form of educational promotion. It is hoped that this effort can strengthen the effectiveness of cooperation and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the Gerakan Edukasi Bersama Perlindungan Konsumen (GEBER PK) 2024 program by Bank Indonesia, implemented through digital platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. The program needs evaluation to improve its performance in educating the public about personal data protection for consumers. The evaluation method involves benchmarking, including performance analysis (engagement, views), gap identification, and improvement implementation. Data was collected through internal social media activities such as views, likes, comments, and shares, as well as data from similar programs like the Literasi Keuangan program by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. The evaluation results show that GEBER PK successfully reached a wide audience, especially through TikTok, although engagement rates on some platforms remain low. Comparison with the Literasi Keuangan program by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan also indicates lower engagement for GEBER PK. Strategic recommendations include improving content interactivity on TikTok and Instagram, more intensive promotion on YouTube, and using effective infographics. Overall, the program has effectively utilized digital platforms but still requires optimization for maximum results.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the current performance measurement model, design Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach, and develop a comprehensive performance measurement model for the Human Capital Division and the Accounting & Finance Division of RS UNPAD. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and literature review. Data analysis is conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that: (1) the current performance measurement at RS UNPAD is still simple, manual, and lacks a standardized KPI structure; (2) the proposed KPIs are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives and the job descriptions of each position; and (3) the proposed performance measurement model for the Human Capital and Accounting & Finance Divisions consists of an individual KPI evaluation system developed through a cascading process from the organizational level down to staff level. The indicators are based on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework and job descriptions, and are periodically evaluated by the Human Capital Team through a series of stages that serve as the foundation for managerial decision making.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing mix strategies on business performance in the Sumedang tofu industry. The background of the study departs from the phenomenon of declining performance of Sumedang tofu businesses in the last two years as indicated by a decline in sales, customers, and profits, despite this industry having a significant contribution to the local economy. The marketing mix strategy in this study covers seven dimensions, namely product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence. The research method uses a non-experimental quantitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires with 284 Sumedang tofu business actors. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method using SmartPLS software. Model evaluation was carried out through validity and reliability testing, as well as testing the structural model to determine the relationship between variables. The results show that marketing strategies have a positive and significant effect on business performance. This is indicated by a path coefficient value of 0.481, a t-statistic of 10.998, and a p-value of 0.000. These findings indicate that the more effective marketing strategy management, the higher the business performance, as reflected in sales growth, customer growth, and increased profits.

Abstract

Universitas Padjadjaran focuses on research and development of natural fiber-based products, particularly ramie. To promote herbal products under the PHI Herbal brand, an effective marketing strategy is essential to enhance visibility and public awareness. This study aims to evaluate and implement digital marketing strategies through social media and the official website to expand reach, increase audience engagement, and convert awareness into purchases. A qualitative approach is employed, involving the application of digital marketing strategies via Instagram and the website. Data is collected through social media interaction analysis, website traffic monitoring, and descriptive reports on the achieved results. The findings indicate increased engagement on Instagram, including a rise in followers and likes, as well as improved website traffic, although visitor numbers remain limited. The study highlights the need for content optimization and enhanced user interaction to improve marketing effectiveness and conversion rates. This research emphasizes the crucial role of digital marketing in bridging academic knowledge with practical industry applications and underscores the necessity for further development to expand PHI Herbal’s market reach.
