Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of price and store atmosphere on repurchase decisions, with customer satisfaction as a moderating variable among Beocca Coffee consumers in Malang Regency. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed, involving 130 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via an online questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that price, store atmosphere, and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions. However, customer satisfaction was not proven to moderate the relationship between price and repurchase decisions, nor between store atmosphere and repurchase decisions. These findings indicate that price and store atmosphere influence repurchase decisions directly, regardless of customer satisfaction levels. The practical implication is that coffee shop managers should focus on offering competitive prices and creating a pleasant store atmosphere. Although customer satisfaction does not act as a moderator, it remains a crucial direct factor affecting loyalty. Future studies are encouraged to expand the research scope geographically and include additional variables such as customer loyalty, perceived quality, or digital marketing strategies to deepen the understanding of repurchase behavior in the local coffee shop industry.

Abstract

The instructional leadership of school principals is a strategic factor in improving the quality of education, particularly in shaping teacher performance and professionalism. In the context of modern educational challenges, school principals do not only act as administrative managers but also as educational leaders capable of guiding, mentoring, and developing teachers' capacities. This study aims to identify the influence of instructional leadership on teachers' performance and professionalism, as well as to uncover the dominant leadership strategies used in schools. The research questions addressed are: (1) How does instructional leadership influence teacher performance and professionalism? and (2) What are the dominant instructional leadership strategies in improving education quality? The study method uses a systematic literature review (SLR) approach by searching articles through Google Scholar and Publish or Perish (PoP) using the keyword ‘guided inquiry search.’ Out of a total of 50 articles, five main articles were analysed in depth. The findings indicate that instructional leadership significantly influences teachers' work motivation, self-efficacy, and professional development. The most dominant strategies include academic supervision, strengthening the school's vision, and fostering a collaborative work environment. This study underscores the urgency of strengthening the instructional role of school principals and recommends further studies based on meta-analysis and a cross-national contextual approach.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively examine the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction, while also exploring the role of trust as a moderating variable. The focus of the research is on participants of the Digital Marketing Independent Internship at PT Satukelas Adhyapana Nusantara, Jakarta. An explanatory quantitative approach was employed, involving 87 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The collected data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that both service quality and customer value have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Trust was also found to have a direct effect on satisfaction. However, the moderating role of trust was significant only in the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. In contrast, its moderating effect on the relationship between customer value and satisfaction was found to be statistically insignificant. These findings provide empirical support for the SERVQUAL theory, the concept of customer value, and the performance-expectations model, while also reinforcing literature that highlights the importance of trust in sustaining customer relationships. From a practical standpoint, this research emphasizes the need for strategies that integrate service quality enhancement with the delivery of perceived value, accompanied by efforts to build and maintain trust as a reinforcing factor for satisfaction. This combination of strategies is expected to enhance positive customer experiences, foster loyalty, and sustain long-term relationships. Furthermore, this study offers valuable contributions for developing marketing strategies and managing customer relationships in the digital education sector, which faces increasingly intense competition and challenges in the era of technological transformation and globalization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Word of Mouth, price, and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Kopi Studio 24 in Malang City, both simultaneously and partially, and to identify the most dominant variables. The approach used in this study is quantitative with the explanatory research method. The population in this study were all customers of Kopi Studio 24, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 100 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to customers who had made purchases at Kopi Studio 24. The questionnaire instrument was compiled based on the indicators of each research variable and tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of the study showed that the variables Word of Mouth, price, and product quality simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, the three variables also had a positive and significant effect. Among the three, Word of Mouth was the variable that had the most dominant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. This shows that word of mouth, whether through personal experience, friend recommendations, or reviews on social media, plays an important role in encouraging consumers to purchase products at Kopi Studio 24. This finding implies that Kopi Studio 24 managers need to strengthen their Word of Mouth-based marketing strategy and maintain product quality and set competitive prices to increase consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of destination image on visitors' intention to revisit Purwodadi Botanical Gardens in Pasuruan Regency, and examine the role of visitor experience as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who were visitors to Purwodadi Botanical Gardens. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results showed that destination image did not have a significant direct influence on the intention to revisit. However, destination image was proven to have a significant influence on visitor experience. Furthermore, visitor experience had a significant positive influence on the intention to revisit. These findings indicate that visitor experience significantly mediates the relationship between destination image and revisit intention. These findings strengthen the relevance of the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) Model and the Theory of Planned Behavior, which states that initial perceptions of a destination (stimulus) do not automatically influence behavior (response), but need to be internalized through meaningful experiences (organism). Therefore, managing positive and memorable experiences is key to building visitor loyalty. The practical implication of this research is the importance for managers of Purwodadi Botanical Gardens and other educational tourism destinations to prioritize developing the visitor experience. Strategies such as improving services, providing interactive educational facilities, and creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere can contribute to creating memorable experiences that encourage visitors to return in the future.

Abstract

This study also provides insight into how external factors, such as price and taste, can be key determinants in consumer purchasing decisions, which are heavily influenced by personal preferences and individual economic conditions. Excessively high prices can reduce consumer purchasing power, especially in low-income market segments, potentially reducing sales volume. Conversely, flavors that suit consumer preferences will encourage repeat purchases. Therefore, companies must consider competitive pricing while maintaining distinctive flavors to attract consumer loyalty. Furthermore, income level, as a moderating variable, plays a crucial role in determining purchasing decisions. Consumers with higher incomes tend to have greater freedom in choosing products based on quality and taste without paying too much attention to price. Conversely, consumers with lower incomes prefer to consider price as the primary factor in purchasing decisions. This suggests that pricing strategies must be tailored to the target market segment, both in terms of purchasing power and sensory preferences. The findings of this study are highly relevant for marketers seeking to design effective marketing campaigns, particularly in consumer product industries such as cigarettes. By understanding the influence of taste, price, and income levels, companies can more carefully determine appropriate prices and offer products that meet consumer preferences. Therefore, this research can guide companies in developing marketing strategies based on a deeper understanding of consumer behavior. The findings also suggest the importance of deeper market segmentation to identify consumer preferences based on income levels and other economic factors.

Abstract

This study examines the role of service innovation in fostering customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction acting as a mediating variable, in the context of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) KCP Lawang. The research is driven by the growing competition in the courier service industry and the observed decline in the company’s customer satisfaction index. Employing a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, data were collected from 100 respondents using an accidental sampling technique. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS 4 software. nThe results reveal that service innovation exerts a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, indicating that innovative service features, improved processes, and responsiveness to customer needs can substantially enhance the overall customer experience. Furthermore, customer satisfaction was found to significantly and positively influence customer loyalty, demonstrating its importance in retaining customers in a competitive market. Interestingly, the direct effect of service innovation on customer loyalty was not statistically significant, suggesting that innovation alone is insufficient to guarantee customer loyalty without first addressing satisfaction. The mediation analysis confirms that customer satisfaction serves as a full mediator between service innovation and loyalty, meaning that the benefits of innovation in services are fully realized through their ability to meet and exceed customer expectations. These findings underscore the strategic importance of prioritizing customer satisfaction initiatives in the development of service innovations. For PT Pos Indonesia and similar service providers, focusing on tailoring innovative offerings to customer preferences and needs can enhance satisfaction levels, which in turn fosters long-term loyalty. The study contributes to the literature by clarifying the indirect pathway through which service innovation influences loyalty and offers practical implications for designing customer-centered innovation strategies in the courier service sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of financial management and infrastructure management on the quality of the learning process at Robbani Integrated Islamic Elementary School, Singosari, Malang. The background of this study is based on the importance of effective and efficient management of school resources to improve the quality of basic education as a foundation for student development. School financial management includes planning, management, supervision, and accountability of education funds, while infrastructure management focuses on the procurement, utilization, and maintenance of school facilities to support the learning process. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a population of all teachers and education personnel at Robbani Islamic Elementary School, using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, documentation, and supporting interviews. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing to examine the influence between variables. The results of the study indicate that financial management at Robbani Islamic Elementary School has been implemented based on the principles of transparency, accountability, and efficiency, reflected in the management of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds and parent fees allocated for school operations, teacher competency improvement, and facility maintenance. In addition, school facilities and infrastructure such as classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and worship and sports facilities are already available although they still need development to better support technology-based learning. Statistical analysis revealed a significant influence of financial management and infrastructure on the quality of the learning process, as reflected in student exam results, academic and non-academic achievements, and parental satisfaction. This study recommends strengthening financial management through more careful planning and improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure to support active, innovative, creative, effective, and enjoyable learning (PAIKEM). The results of this study are expected to provide input for schools, foundations, and future researchers in developing educational policies.
