Abstract

Numerous aspects must be taken into account, including work stress, in order for an employee to provide quality work results. Employees are undoubtedly negatively impacted by job stress because it lowers productivity and makes it more likely that the organization won't meet its objectives. The goal of this study is to determine the level of work stress that employees experience, their current work results, how work stress itself affects performance, and how much of an impact the level of work stress has on the work performance of employees of PT. Bumi Aksara marketing department. A quantitative deskriptive technique was used in this research. According to research based on 30 respondents, work-related stress has an impact on employee performance. The regression analysis's findings are Y=6,597+0,649X. This shows that a one-point increase in workplace stress will result in a 0,649-point increase in employee performance. Employee performance was impacted by work-related stress by 62,6%; the remaining effects accounted for the remaining percentage. Even though the employees of PT. Bumi Aksara marketing department execute well, the business may still get the best out of them

Abstract

Implementation of financial accounting systems is a complex process involving various factors, including organizational behavior. Organizational behavior factors play an important role in determining the success or failure of system implementation. This abstract discusses the background of the problem regarding organizational behavior factors in the implementation of financial accounting systems. Problems that often arise related to organizational behavior factors in the implementation of financial accounting systems include resistance to change, lack of management support, lack of skills and knowledge, lack of communication and involvement, and an organizational culture that does not support change. Resistance to change can arise from discomfort with changes in usual work routines or uncertainty about the success of the new system. Inadequate management support can hinder employee participation and motivation in adopting the new system. Lack of skills and knowledge needed to operate the new system can hinder effective acceptance and use. Ineffective communication and lack of employee involvement in the implementation process can lead to ambiguity and resistance. An organizational culture that does not support change and innovation can be a serious obstacle to the implementation of financial accounting systems. In addressing organizational behavior factors, it is important to pay attention to employee attitudes and perceptions, management support, effective communication, training and learning, and an organizational culture that supports change. Involving employees in the planning and decision-making stages, providing adequate training, and creating a culture that is open to change can increase the success of implementing a financial accounting system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Variabel Penelitian ini terdiri dari stres kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 219 orang pegawai kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 69 responden yaitu keseluruhan populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stress kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial pada kinerja pegawai kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. This research then found that work motivation from employees, both intrinsic and extrinsic, has an important role in improving employee performance, in other words, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSME employees. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance at the Ministry of Religion of Polewali Mandar Regency. This research variable consists of job stress and employee performance. This type of research is quantitative associative. The population in this study amounted to 219 employees of the Ministry of Religion of Polewali Mandar Regency. The sampling technique used was the Slovin formula with a sample size of 69 respondents, namely the entire population. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees. Data analysis techniques using simple regression with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that work stress has a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of employees of the Polewali Mandar Regency Ministry of Religion office.

Variabel Penelitian ini terdiri dari Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kepuasan Kerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 115 pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kota Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 89 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial pada kepuasan kerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kota Makassar. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan Pabrik Gula Takalar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji normalitas. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 56 karyawan yang bekerja di Pabrik Gula Takalar. Uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa stress kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Pabrik Gula Takalar. Implikasi dari penemuan ini adalah manajemen stress yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam organisasi. This research aims to determine the influence of job stress on employee performance at Takalar Sugar Factory. It employs a quantitative research approach with a descriptive method. Data analysis methods used in this study include validity testing, reliability testing, and normally testing. The research sample consists of 56 employees working at Takalar Sugar Factory. Hypothesis testing is conducted using simple linear regression analysis. The result of the study indicate that job stress has a positive influence on employee performance at Takalar Sugar Factory. The implication of this finding is that effective stress management can enhance employee performance within the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the financial performance comparisons between the South West Sulawesi Regional Development Bank (BPD Sulselbar) and the North East Kalimantan Regional Development Bank (BPD Kaltimtara) for the 2015-2020 period. The parameters used to compare the financial performance of the two banks are using the ratio of Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return on Assets (ROA), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), Good Corporate Governance (Self-Assessment) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). In this study, data analysis techniques were used, namely descriptive comparative analysis using the RGEC (Risk Profile, Earnings, Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Capital) method which was supported by statistical testing, namely the independent sample t-test. Based on the results of descriptive comparative analysis using the RGEC method, it was found that the financial performance of BPD Sulselbar which was included in good criteria based on industry standards, namely the ratio of NPL, ROA, BOPO, GCG, and CAR ratio while for BPD Kaltimtara the ratio of NPL, LDR, ROA, BOPO, GCG , and CAR is a ratio that is included in the good criteria. The results of the independent sample t-test (test two average differences) were obtained that the GCG and Capital factors as measured by the composite value of the bank's self-assessment GCG and the CAR ratio there was no significant difference between BPD Sulselbar and BPD Kaltimtara while the risk factor profile and earnings as measured by the ratio of NPL, LDR, ROA and BOPO there are significant differences between BPD Sulselbar and BPD Kaltimtara during the 2015-2020 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review the factors that trigger generation Z in making online purchasing decisions. researchers used a qualitative approach with phenomenological research methods. The key informants in this study were 10 students as a representation of generation Z. The data were collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis technique in this study was assisted by using Nvivo 12 Pro. There are four stages in interpreting research data with the Nvivo Analysis test, namely: Import Data/Source Data, Coding Data, Project Visualization and Create Reports and Extracts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh live streaming dan online customer review terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Skintific pada platform TikTok. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa program studi manajemen Universitas Negeri Makassar angkatan 2020 hingga 2023. Adapun Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 orang mahasiswa. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling. Teknik pengumpukan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinan dengan bantuan olah data SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel live streaming secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, artinya jika host mempromosikan produknya melalui live streaming secara rutin dan konsisten, akan meningkatkan keputusan pembelian produk Skintific. Variabel online customer review secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, artinya dengan adanya fitur ulasan ini, online customer review dapat memberikan informasi tambahan bagi calon konsumen. Ulasan membantu untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan suatu produk dari sudut pandang konsumen yang pernah menggunakan produk tersebut. Hal ini akan mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen sebelum melakukan pembelian. Dan secara simultan live streaming dan online customer review memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Artinya semakin sering streamer mempromosikan produknya melalui live streaming dan semakin banyak review online yang ditampilkan kepada konsumen maka akan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Rumah merupakan tempat tinggal yang menjadi salah satu kebutuhan pokok manusia selain pakaian dan makanan. PT TIGA MAHA REWA hadir sebagai salah satu developer perumahan yang turut andil berkontribusi memberikan solusi bagi masyarakat yang ingin memiliki rumah dengan harga terjangkau dengan keunggulan keunggulan yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan tentang bauran pemasaran dan informasi produk yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah di PT TIGA MAHA REWA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel user atau penghuni PT TIGA MAHA REWA sebanyak 73 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis meliputi uji normalitas, dan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah, informasi produk tidak terlalu berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah, dan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan bauran pemasran dan informasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah di PT TIGA MAHA REWA.

Abstract

The Effect of Compensation on Employee Organizational Commitment of PT. Vale Tbk in Sorowako. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Compensation on Employees' Organizational Commitment at PT. Vale Tbk in Sorowako. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study were 60 employees who were employees in the Maintenance Department of PT. Vale The results of the study after the data were processed showed that there was a positive influence between the financial compensation (X1) and non-financial compensation (X2) variables on the Organizational Commitment variable (Y) which can be shown through the results of the T test, namely variable X1 has variable X1 has t count 4.653 > 2.002 (t table) and sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Variable X2 has a t count of 3.392 > 2.002 (t table) and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05.
