Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Department of Trade and Industry of Gowa Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Department of Trade and Industry of Gowa Regency, totaling 40 people. The number of samples used is the entire population because there are less than 100 people, namely the type of saturated cover, with this type of quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire distribution technique. The results of the research after being processed with SPSS.21 Based on the results of the research it shows that motivation (X) has a coefficient value of 0.841 and t_count > t_table (3.385 > 2.026) and the value of Sig. of 0.002 <0.05, which means that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Measuring portfolio performance cannot only be seen from the returns, but also must pay attention to the risks that investors will bear. Measuring the performance of a stock portfolio can be facilitated by using a proxy, namely LQ 45 shares, which are liquid stocks with high market capitalization, have high trading frequency, have good growth prospects and financial conditions, are not volatile and have been objectively selected by the IDX and are stocks. which is safe to own because the fundamental performance of these stocks is good, so that from a risk perspective the LQ 45 stock group has the lowest risk compared to other stocks. The research objective was to determine portfolio performance assessment using the Jensen method, a case study of the LQ45 index on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2022 period. The population in this study is LQ45 index shares on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2022 period based on a purposive sampling technique. Data collection is documentation and literature study. The data analysis that will be used in this study is by using the Microsoft Excel 2010 application program to form an optimal portfolio using the Single index model and to assess the performance of a stock portfolio using the Jensen index method. the results of portfolio performance analysis of Jensen's Alpha LQ45 index optimal stocks and obtaining an average RVOR value of 0.0207 or 2.07%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan karir memoderasi pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilaksankan pada Kantor Kemetrian Agama Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Makassar yang berjumlah yaitu 104 orang dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Sumber Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer dan dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data Dalam penelitian ini yakni dengan observasi, wawancara terstruktur dengan menggunakan instrument kuisioner, wawancara mendalam dengan melakukan terhadap informan kunci serta dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data PLS (Partial Least Square) . Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa variabel pelatihan dan disiplin kerja memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor Kementrian Agama Kota Makassar ketika dimediasi oleh pengembangan karir sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa ketika nilai kinerja pegawai meningkat, efek moderasi pengembangan karir antara variabel pelatihan dan disiplin kerja juga menjadi lebih besar (atau lebih kuat)

Abstract

Abstrak. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Esaputli Prakarsa Utama (Benur Kita) Kabupaten Barru. Adapun jumlah populasi pada perusahaan ini sebanyak 132 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif yaitu untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh suatu variabel terhadap variabel lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan IBM SPSS 24 menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil analisis data yang meliputi uji validasi, uji reabilitas, regresi linier sederhana dan pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara variabel pengembangan sumber daya manusia dengan variabel kinerja pegawai. Dan dari hasil uji dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor pengembangan sumber daya manusia memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai secara positif dan signifikan.  Kata kunci: Sumber Daya Manusia, Kinerja PegawaiAbstract. The problem of this research is to find out how much influence human resources have on the performance of PT employees. Esaputli Prakarsa Utama (Benur Kita) Barru Regency. The total population in this company was 132 respondents. In this research, descriptive quantitative methods are used, namely to measure how much influence a variable has on other variables. Based on the results of research using IBM SPSS 24, it shows that the results of data analysis which include validation tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression and hypothesis testing show a very significant influence between human resource development variables and employee performance variables. And the test results in this research show that human resource development factors have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.Keywords: Human Resources, Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the influence of organisational culture on turnover intention at Protech Dry Cleaning & Laundry Makassar. The population in this study were all employees of Protech Dry Cleaning & Laundry Makassar. sampling in this study was carried out using the census technique so that 83 respondents were sampled. The type of research used is quantitative. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression. The results of the study that organisational commitment partially has a significant effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by organisational culture (X) showing a tcount value of 3.711. In addition, the significance value (Sig.) is 0.003. This result shows that the tcount value is greater than the ttable value (3.462> 1.98932) and the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.001 <0.05). The Adjusted R square result is 0.526, which indicates that 52.6% of the variability of turnover intention can be explained by the aggregate effect of the Organisational Culture variable. The remaining variability of 47.4% is due to other variables not observed within the scope of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) determine the Influence of Competence, Work Discipline and Compensation on Employee Performance of PT. Kilat Utama Indonesia Palembang Branch. 2) to determine the Influence of Competence on Employee Performance of PT. Kilat Utama Indonesia Palembang Branch. 3) to determine the Influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT. Kilat Utama Indonesia Palembang Branch. 4) to determine the Influence of Compensation on Employee Performance of PT. Kilat Utama Indonesia Palembang Branch. This type of research is Associative research. The variables used in this study are competence, work discipline and compensation as independent variables and employee performance as dependent variables. The population of the study was 70 employees with a sample of 60 respondents. The data used is Primary data with data collection techniques in the study by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that 1) There is a positive and significant influence of Competence, Work Discipline and Compensation on Employee Performance of PT. Kilat Utama Indonesia Palembang Branch, 2) There is a positive and significant influence of Competence on Employee Performance of PT. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Competence, and Discipline on employee performance at PT. Patri Agung Perdana in Banyuasin. The population consisted of 105 employees, with a sample of 84 respondents selected using probability sampling and the cluster sampling method. Primary and secondary data were used, collected through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that OHS, Competence, and Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Individually, OHS, Competence, and Discipline each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination indicates that OHS, Competence, and Discipline contribute 72% to employee performance, while the remaining 28% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi, dukungan organisasi, budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimoderasi oleh organizational citizenship behaviour. Metode penelitian yang diunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Angket/kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 724 karyawan. sampel yang dibutuhkan adalah sebesar 258 karyawan pada hotel bintang empat di Kota Makassar. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Adapun analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Model Persamaan Struktur (Struktur Equation Model atau SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa komunikasi, dukungan organisasi, dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimoderasi oleh organizational citizenship behaviou sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa ketika nilai organizational citizenship behaviour meningkat, efek hubungan antara variabel dukungan organisasi, komunikasi, dukungan organisasi, budaya organisasi serta kinerja karyawan  juga menjadi lebih besar (atau lebih kuat)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap integritas karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada kantor dinas pemberdayaan masyarakat dan desa Provinsi Sulawesi selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif .Variabel   bebas   dalam   penelitian   ini   adalah   budaya   organisasi   dan   gaya   kepemimpinan transformasional,  disiplin  kerja  sebagai  variabel  perantara,  sedangkan  variabel  terikatnya  adalah kinerja. Tipe penelitian menggunakan explanatory dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat untuk mengambil data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada  Kantor Dinas Pemberdayaan Masayarakat dan Desa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Pengambilan  sampel  dengan  metode sensus  yaitu  sebanyak  66  orang  pegawai. Teknik Analisis data dengan analisis jalur menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa Variabel Integritas memiliki hubungan yang negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor dinas pemberdayaan dan desa provinsi Sulawesi selatan ketika dimediasi oleh kepemimpinan transformasional dan Variabel kompetensi memiliki hubungan yang positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor dinas pemberdayaan dan desa provinsi Sulawesi selatan ketika dimediasi oleh kepemimpinan transformasional. Dari penelitian dapat dismpulkan bahwa Penelitian ini tidak dapat menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional  memoderasi hubungan antara integritas dan kinerja secara nyata.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the integration of behavioral and financial management in companies and provide strategies to enhance overall corporate performance. The research methodology employed was a literature review and related studies. Qualitative and descriptive approaches were used to analyze the relationship between behavioral and financial management in the organizational context. The findings indicate that effective integration of behavioral and financial management can enhance employee productivity, improve financial decision-making, and foster a strong organizational culture. Strategies required include appropriate recruitment, ongoing employee development, effective communication, behavior-informed financial decision-making, and comprehensive performance evaluation. By implementing these approaches, companies can achieve improved financial performance and fulfill their long-term objectives
