Abstract

Integrated assistance within BLK-Community programs aimed at fostering entrepreneurial incubators plays a vital role in producing competent and highly competitive entrepreneurs. Such comprehensive mentoring, involving collaboration across various stakeholders—academics, practitioners, and the industrial sector—offers participants essential access to resources, including mentorship, business networks, and funding opportunities. This research adopts a qualitative approach. The findings reveal: 1) BLK-Community Region III at UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto serves as an educational and training institution dedicated to empowering communities by enhancing entrepreneurial skills and knowledge; 2) The implementation of the Integrated Mentoring Model within BLK-Community Region III is aimed at developing a supportive entrepreneurial ecosystem through a holistic approach, encompassing technical, managerial, and marketing skills training. This model integrates various mentoring elements, such as guidance from experienced practitioners, project-based learning, and access to business networks, enabling participants to acquire firsthand insights from industry best practices. 3) Several significant challenges persist, including a shortage of qualified human resources, insufficient infrastructure, and limited access to business capital. Additionally, inadequate support from the private sector and government, coupled with the rapid evolution of market dynamics, further complicate the challenges that need to be addressed

Abstract

Islamic mass organizations (Ormas) that exist and develop in the midst of society also influence the dynamics of social life, especially in the context of religious moderation. This study aims to analyze the perspectives of three Islamic mass organizations in Lampung, namely Jamaah Tabligh, Muhammadiyah, and Nahdlatul Ulama on religious moderation. This study uses a case study method with primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with figures from each of these mass organizations. The results of the study show that by using their perspectives on the differences between Islamic mass organizations, views on the term “infidel”, and views on the relationship between religion and state (Pancasila), it is concluded that these three mass organizations have a moderate attitude towards differences between Islamic mass organizations, by prioritizing the principle of mutual respect and appreciation in worship and organization. Jamaah Tabligh emphasizes unity among Muslims despite differences in carrying out worship, while Muhammadiyah and NU also recognize this diversity, but emphasize the importance of preaching in an inclusive manner. Regarding the view on the term “kafir”, Jamaah Tabligh and NU use the term contextually in the early history of Islam, while Muhammadiyah emphasizes more on the attitude of tolerance between religious communities. The three mass organizations also agree that Pancasila as the foundation of the Indonesian state is the right foundation, which allows the integration of religious values ​​in national and state life, without forgetting diversity. Overall, this study shows that moderation varies according to the perspectives of three mass organizations in Lampung, namely Jamaah Tabligh, Muhammadiyah, and Nahdlatul Ulama, reflected in an inclusive and harmonious attitude towards differences, both in aspects of worship, social views, and politics. Such views can also prevent conflict in the midst of society due to differences in views.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di Sekolah Dasar melalui pendekatan filosofis yang meliputi aspek ontologis, epistemologis, dan aksiologis. Tantangan-tantangan tersebut muncul dalam konteks perkembangan globalisasi, digitalisasi, dan lemahnya koneksi antara nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan realitas kehidupan peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-analitis, yang melibatkan analisis berbagai sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku teks, dokumen kurikulum, dan penelitian sebelumnya. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui content analysis yang mencakup pengkodean data, identifikasi tema, interpretasi, dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tantangan ontologis berkaitan dengan sifat nilai Pancasila yang abstrak dan sulit dipahami secara konkret oleh siswa. Tantangan epistemologis terletak pada dominasi metode pembelajaran konvensional yang kurang relevan dengan kebutuhan generasi saat ini. Sementara itu, tantangan aksiologis muncul dari kesenjangan antara nilai yang diajarkan dan perilaku nyata siswa, yang dipengaruhi oleh paparan budaya global melalui media digital. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan pembelajaran yang holistik, kontekstual, dan interaktif serta penguatan peran guru, teknologi, dan kolaborasi lintas lingkungan sebagai upaya strategis untuk mengoptimalkan internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the practice of religious freedom remains deeply contested, with marginal spiritual movements often subject to stricter limitations than their officially recognized counterparts. This paper investigates two hybrid spiritual groups in contemporary Indonesia, Bhakti Nusantara and Bionergi, based in Yogyakarta, which integrate elements of Javanese spiritual traditions (Kebatinan), Sufism, and facets of the Global Growth Movement. Despite their syncretic practices, these organizations occupy a distinctive social position that grants them greater latitude in religious and spiritual expression. By comparing them with other fringe spiritual movements that have faced criticism and blasphemy charges, this paper argues that their status as spiritual or religious corporations enables them to enjoy broader freedoms. This distinction highlights the complexities of religious freedom and its dynamic governance in Indonesia, where the legal and social treatment of spiritual groups can vary significantly depending on their organizational shape and social location.[Di Indonesia, praktik kebebasan beragama tetap menjadi isu yang masih sering diperdebatkan dan gerakan spiritual marginal sering kali mendapat tantangan yang lebih berat dibandingkan kelompok keagamaan resmi. Makalah ini mengkaji dua kelompok spiritual hibrida di Indonesia kontemporer, Bhakti Nusantara dan Bionergi, yang berbasis di Yogyakarta, yang mengintegrasikan elemen tradisi spiritual Jawa (Kebatinan), Tasawuf, dan elemen-elemen dari Global Growth Movement. Meskipun bersifat sinkretik, dua kelompok ini mempunyai posisi sosial unik. Konfigurasi organisasi yang unik memberi mereka kebebasan yang lebih luas dalam mengekspresikan praktik keagamaan dan spiritual. Dibandingkan dengan gerakan-gerakan spiritual pinggiran lain yang sering mendapat kritik dan tuduhan penodaan agama, dua kelompok ini dengan status sebagai korporasi spiritual mendapat kebebasan yang lebih luas. Abstract

Kinerja guru merupakan faktor strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan nasional. Di Kota Cilegon, rendahnya rata-rata nilai kompetensi pedagogis guru yang hanya mencapai 59,03 menandakan perlunya intervensi terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kompetensi pedagogis tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan perubahan, supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, dan self-efficacy terhadap kompetensi pedagogis guru SMP Negeri di Kota Cilegon, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei ex post facto. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis), dengan populasi sebanyak 507 guru dan sampel sebanyak 230 guru yang ditentukan melalui rumus Slovin dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan perubahan terhadap kompetensi pedagogis guru (koefisien = 0,195; p 0,05), serta pengaruh yang lebih kuat dari supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kompetensi pedagogis guru (koefisien = 0,353; p 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang visioner dan adaptif, bersama supervisi akademik yang terstruktur, dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis guru. Sinergi antara keduanya, ditambah peningkatan self-efficacy guru, terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dan memberdayakan guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the structure, function, and role of traditional leadership in Citorek Village, especially in Ciusul Village, Cibeber District, Lebak Regency.The main focus of this research is to uncover the decision-making process carried out in the context of customary leadership and village government.Traditional leadership in Ciusul has a crucial role in maintaining the social and cultural balance of the local community.The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation analysis.The results of the study show that customary leadership contributes significantly to maintaining the culture and traditions inherited by previous ancestors, while the role of formal government in customary leadership is to support the sustainability and recognition of indigenous peoples.The existence of this collaboration is very effective in maintaining and preserving both culture and nature.This research provides insight into the sustainability of the customary leadership system in the midst of modernization and has the potential to contribute to the development of policies that support the preservation of local culture in Indonesia.

Abstract

This paper explores the emergence of the Jaringan Intelektual Muda Muhammadiyah (JIMM: Muhammadiyah Young Intellectual Network) as a response to the perceived stagnation of Islamic thought within Muhammadiyah. The discussion encompasses the historical challenges faced by Muhammadiyah, including the dominance of Western-oriented modernism, organizational routine, and resistance to change within the institution. The analysis delves into the controversies surrounding JIMM, as it faced resistance from various circles within Muhammadiyah, often labeled as “liberal” and accused of affiliating with the Liberal Islamic Network (JIL). The paper details the resistance encountered by JIMM, both institutionally and ideologically, including attempts to disband the network during the 46th Congress of Muhammadiyah in 2005. The paper also examines the shift in Muhammadiyah’s stance towards JIMM over time, from initial resistance to eventual accommodation within the organization’s structure and thought processes. The narrative concludes by highlighting Muhammadiyah’s evolving perspective on JIMM as a potential catalyst for intellectual regeneration within the Islamic organization.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze religious enthusiasm that does not continue after the primary school period is over and instead shows contrasting situations. Urban Muslims in Purwokerto, Indonesia, show high religious enthusiasm when choosing primary schools for their children. The number of public elementary school students has declined in the last five years, while Madrasah Ibtida'iyyah has increased dramatically. This research is field-type with data sources from urban Muslims who choose Madrasah Ibtida'iyyah as a primary school choice for their children. The data were analyzed qualitatively using a sociological approach. The study found that the religious enthusiasm of urban Muslims is pragmatic. Their pragmatic nature is shown by the resistance of different social groups that give rise to covert conflicts. In addition, they form new communities that actively represent them in public spaces. This finding has implications for a change in the perspective of the phenomenon of religious enthusiasm from theological awareness to a new trend of community-based urban Muslim pragmatism. Further research recommended the representation of the new identity of Muslim communities in virtual public spaces. Tulisan ini bertujuan menganalisis antusiasme keagamaan orang tua yang tidak berlanjut pada jenjang pendidikan setelah Sekolah Dasar dan justru menunjukkan situasi yang kontras. Muslim perkotaan di Purwokerto, Indonesia, menunjukkan antusiasme agama yang tinggi dalam memilih Sekolah Dasar untuk anak-anak mereka. Jumlah siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri mengalami penurunan dalam lima tahun terakhir, sebaliknya Madrasah Ibtida'iyyah meningkat secara drastis.. Penelitian ini berjenis lapangan dengan sumber data dari kelompok muslim perkotaan yang memilih Madrasah Ibtida'iyyah sebagai pilihan sekolah dasar untuk anak-anak mereka. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosiologis. Studi ini menemukan bahwa antusiasme keagamaan muslim perkotaan bersifat pragmatis. Sifat pragmatis mereka ditunjukkan melalui perlawanan dan menimbulkan konflik terselubung. Selain itu, mereka membentuk komunitas baru yang secara aktif merepresentasikannya di ruang publik. Temuan ini berimplikasi pada perubahan perspektif fenomena antusiasme keagamaan dari kesadaran teologis ke kecenderungan baru pragmatisme. Penelitian lebih lanjut merekomendasikan representasi identitas baru komunitas muslim di ruang publik virtual.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of local content of Banten Javanese Language in the Independent Curriculum at SDN Kewunen, Serang, Banten. The selection of Banten Javanese as a local content at SDN Kewunen is based on efforts to preserve the Banten Javanese language. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach Data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the implementation research are still faced with various obstacles, the limitation of teaching materials, the lack of interactive learning media and the majority of teachers feel that further training is needed to improve the quality of teaching. Students tend to show a positive attitude towards this learning, but limited learning methods lead to less than optimal their understanding and engagement. The development of adequate teaching materials, a variety of learning methods, and more diverse evaluations are needed to increase the effectiveness of Banten Javanese language learning in elementary schools.
