Abstract

Berdasarkan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini bahwa kurangnya sumber belajar dan tidak adanya aktivitas yang menarik dilakukan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran. Kurangnya sumber belajar membuat siswa merasa kesulitan mempelajari suatu topik dikarenakan terbatasnya materi yang ada di dalam buku paket tematik. Oleh karena itu salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan mengembangkan bahan ajar yang dapat menunjang pengetahuan peserta didik dan dirancang agar siswa dapat melakukan aktivitas pada saat pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui desain, kelayakan dan respon guru terhadap pengembangan bahan ajar tematik berbasis project-based learning di kelas IV SDN 2 Menceh. Tema yang dipilih untuk dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tema 3 Peduli Terhadap Makhluk Hidup. Materi ini dipelajari pada semester 3 kelas 4. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development, yang mengacu pada model 4D yang terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan), Develop (Pengembangan), Disseminate (Penyebaran). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi ahli media, lembar validasi ahli materi, dan angket respon guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) desain pengembangan bahan ajar tematik berbasis project-based learning sudah baik dan bisa menjadi inovasi baru yang menarik, (2) kelayakan bahan ajar tematik berbasis project-based learning dinilai oleh validator ahli media memperoleh 86% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak” dan hasil validasi ahli materi diperoleh kelayakan mencapai 85,5% temasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”, (3) hasil respon guru terhadap bahan ajar pada pembelajaran tematik ini memperoleh 88,75% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk bahan ajar yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat kevalidan yang sangat tinggi, sehingga layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepatuhan regulasi lingkungan (diukur dengan ISO 14001 dan peringkat PROPER), profitabilitas, dan umur perusahaan terhadap pengungkapan emisi karbon pada perusahaan manufaktur di IndonesiaMetode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda terhadap 146 observasi yang diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling dari laporan keberlanjutan dan tahunan perusahaan periode 2021–2023Originalitas/Novelty: Penelitian ini memberikan kebaharuan pada penggunaan indeks GRI 305 secara bertingkat untuk mengukur pengungkapan emisi karbon serta integrasi empat variabel utama dalam satu model komprehensifHasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya peringkat PROPER yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengungkapan emisi karbon, sedangkan ISO 14001, profitabilitas (ROA), dan umur perusahaan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa dorongan eksternal melalui kebijakan pemerintah (PROPER) lebih efektif dibanding motivasi internal atau karakteristik perusahaan dalam mendorong transparansi lingkunganImplikasi: Implikasi praktis dari studi ini adalah pentingnya peran aktif regulator dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengungkapan emisi karbon sebagai bagian dari komitmen terhadap keberlanjutan dan tuntutan global terhadap transparansi iklim   Research Objectives: This study aims to analyze the effect of environmental regulatory compliance (measured by ISO 14001 certification and PROPER rating), profitability, and firm age on carbon emission disclosure among manufacturing companies in IndonesiaResearch Method: A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis on 146 observations obtained through purposive sampling from sustainability and annual reports for the 2021–2023 periodOriginality/Novelty: The novelty of this research lies in the use of a tiered GRI 305 index to measure carbon emission disclosure and the integration of four key variables into a comprehensive modelResearch Results: The findings reveal that only the PROPER rating has a significant positive effect on carbon emission disclosure, while ISO 14001 certification, profitability (ROA), and firm age do not show any significant influence. These results suggest that external pressure through government policies (such as the PROPER program) is more effective than internal motivation or company characteristics in encouraging environmental transparencyImplications: The practical implication of this study is the vital role of regulators in enhancing the quality of carbon emission disclosures as part of broader commitments to sustainability and increasing global demands for climate-related transparency

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the Interaction of Parents and Teachers in Controlling Students' Emotions at El Haqqa Quranic School Elementary School, Pekanbaru. This study was conducted with a qualitative approach, using data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of the study included the Principal, Vice Principal for Curriculum, class teachers, parents, and students. Meanwhile, the object of the study was El Haqqa Quranic School Elementary School, Pekanbaru. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study revealed that the forms of Parent and Teacher Interaction in Controlling Students' Emissal at El Haqqa Quranic School Elementary School, Pekanbaru, namely social interaction is a relationship between two or more individuals, which can influence, change, or improve the behavior of other individuals. The forms of interaction used are 1) Individual Parenting; 2) Classical Parenting; 3) Parental Visits When Report Cards are Distributed; 4) Whatsapp Group; Use of Student Books. Supporting factors for interaction between parents and teachers in controlling students' emotions at El Haqqa Quranic School Elementary School Pekanbaru are two factors, namely: 1) Supportive School Community, 2) Available Facilities and Infrastructure. While Inhibiting Factors are divided into two, namely: 1) Internal factors in the form of intelligence levels and emotional stability of students themselves are generally different; 2) External factors in the form of some parents who are still not aware of the importance of responsibility as parents to form stable and controlled student emotions. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis Interaksi Orangtua dan Guru Dalam Mengendalikan Emosional Siswa di Sekolah Dasar El Haqqa Quranic School Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah bagian Kurikulum, guru kelas, orang tua, dan siswa. Sementara itu, objek penelitian adalah Sekolah Dasar El Haqqa Quranic School Pekanbaru. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa bentuk-Bentuk Interaksi Orangtua dan Guru dalam Mengendalikan Emisinal Siswa di Sekolah Dasar El Haqqa Quranic School Pekanbaru yaitu interaksi sosial adalah suatu hubungan antara dua atau lebih individu, yang dapat mempengaruhi, mengubah, atau memperbaiki kelakuan individu yang lainnya. Adapun bentuk-bentuk interaksi yang digunakan yaitu 1) Individual Parenting; 2) Classical Prenting; 3) Kujunjungan Orangtua Ketika Pembagian Rapor; 4) Whatsapp Group; Penggunaan Student Book. Faktor pendukung interaksi antara orangtua dan guru dalam mengendalikan emeosional siswa di Sekolah Dasar El Haqqa Quranic School Pekanbaru terdapat dua faktor yaitu: 1) Masyarakat Sekolah Yang Mendukung, 2) Sarana dan Prasarana Yang Tersedia. Sedangkan Faktor Penghambat terbagi menjadi dua yakni: 1) Faktor internal berupa tingkat  kecerdasan dan kestabilan emosional dari siswa sendiri pada umumnya berbeda beda; 2) Faktor eksternal berupa masih ada beberapa orangtua yang belum sadar akan pentingnya tanggung jawab sebagai orangtua untuk membentuk emosional siswa yang stabil dan   terkendali.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of exchange rates, interest rates and dividend policies on stock price volatility in energy sector companies listed on the IDX during the 2021-2023 period. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method, consisting of 32 companies. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results showed that exchange rates have a negative effect on stock price volatility, interest rates have a positive effect on stock price volatility, while dividend policy has no effect on stock price volatility. These findings emphasize the importance of considering external factors such as exchange rates and interest rates in making investment decisions in the energy sector.

Abstract

In the current technological era, almost everything can be accessed easily and quickly. One form of information technology that is currently developing is electronic commerce (e-commerce), the use of information systems and entrepreneurial knowledge. It will be easier for an entrepreneur to run his business if he understands the accounting information system that can be used in making decisions so that the business he runs can continue to survive. This research aims to examine the influence of e-commerce, information systems and entrepreneurial knowledge in making entrepreneurial decisions among students at several universities, high schools and polytechnics in the city of Bengkulu. Determining the sample in this research uses a purposive sampling technique, namely a technique for determining the sample using certain considerations. The number of respondents used in this research was 210 people. The research method used is quantitative research and for data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research state that e-commerce has a positive influence on entrepreneurial decision making, information systems have a positive influence on entrepreneurial decisions, and entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive influence on entrepreneurial decisions

Abstract

The community service program at SDIT Tahfiz Al-Makki in Siak Hulu, Kampar Regency, focuses on the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, with the primary objective of enhancing teachers' abilities in differentiated learning and the integration of Pancasila values in education. Amidst the current educational challenges that necessitate a more innovative and inclusive approach, this program bridges the gap between educational practices and real-world needs. The methods employed include presentations, discussions, and hands-on practices, actively involving teachers as participants. The main outcome of this program is the improved understanding and skills of teachers in applying differentiated learning, as well as the reinforcement of Pancasila values in the learning process. The program has successfully demonstrated increased interaction and a more harmonious relationship between teachers and students, along with the development of student character in line with the Pancasila Student Profile. In conclusion, this service program has achieved its goal of enhancing the quality of education at SDIT Tahfiz Al-Makki, equipping teachers with more effective and relevant learning methods for the current era. This initiative reflects the importance of adaptation and innovation in education to meet the demands of the times and prepare a highly competitive and morally upright future generation.

Abstract

Humans were created from various tribes and nations to get to know each other. According to the Qur'an, humans are naturally social creatures and live in society. Several verses in the Qur'an instruct humanity to always think about forming a society with certain qualities, so that it is very possible for humanity to reconstruct a picture of an ideal society based on the instructions of the Qur'an. In the Islamic view, society is a means for implementing Islamic teachings concerning living together and side by side, so society must become the basis for the framework of worldly life for the unity and cooperation of the people towards a human growth that realizes equality and justice. This community service aims to grow the Muslim community's awareness of the poor and those in need. This service was carried out in South Tengkerang District, Pekanbaru, Riau. The extension program is implemented using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method, which involves researchers and participants in collaboration to encourage active participation, feedback and joint knowledge creation. One proof of the transformational power of this training is the fact that the community admits that the training has changed their understanding of social life by emulating the personality of ash-Habul Jannah based on the Koran. Living side by side in society cannot be separated from the attitude of sharing with the poor and people in need

Abstract

This study was motivated by the condition of Sungai Pinang Village, Kampar Regency, which possesses considerable agricultural, fisheries, and cultural potential, yet remains underutilized due to limited access and low levels of digital literacy. The purpose of this research was to formulate a community empowerment model based on local village potential through digitalization to enhance community capacity and expand market access. The method applied was community service with a participatory approach using Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). The stages of implementation included asset and problem mapping, socialization, digital literacy training, formation of village digital cadres, development of digital platforms, program implementation, mentoring, and participatory evaluation. The subjects of this study were community members and village officials, while data were collected through surveys, interviews, focus group discussions, and direct observation. The findings revealed a significant increase in digital literacy, content creation skills, and the use of online marketplaces. The level of community understanding of smartphone usage increased from 45% to 85%, content creation skills improved from 15% to 70%, and the use of digital platforms for business grew from 25% to 78%. These results demonstrate that digitalization not only enhances technical skills but also shifts community mindsets to become more adaptive to technology. In conclusion, village digitalization based on local potential proved effective as a sustainable and inclusive empowerment strategy that fosters community welfare. The implication of this research suggests the need for stronger digital infrastructure and continuous mentoring to ensure the program’s replication in other villages

Abstract

The community service program at the Iqra' Tarai Bangun Mosque in Kampar Regency focuses on improving Qur'an reading, with the main objective of improving the Qur'an reading skills of the community around the Iqra' Mosque, especially among mothers. Amidst the current weakness of religious education, especially in Qur'an reading skills, which requires a more innovative, creative, and inclusive approach, this service brings the practice of Tahsin closer to real needs in the field. The methods used include practical methods, questions and answers and discussions, as well as evaluation and feedback with the active involvement of the mothers of the Iqra' Mosque's Islamic study group. The main outcome of this program is an increase in the understanding and skills of mothers in reading the Qur'an. This program has succeeded in showing an increase in the understanding and skills of mothers in the Iqra' Mosque environment in reading the Qur'an. In conclusion, this service program has succeeded in achieving its goal of improving the quality of Qur'an reading by the mothers of the Islamic study group at the Iqra' Mosque by equipping the mothers with the tahsin method. This initiative reflects the importance of reading the Qur'an properly and correctly in everyday life to meet the demands of the times and prepare for the future

Abstract

This study aimed is find an empirical evidence about the influence of working capital ratios and cash flow on profitability. Working capital ratios is proxied by the cash conversion cycle, current ratio, quick ratio, inventory turnover, accounts receivable turnover, turnover of debt and working capital turnover. Meanwhile cash flows dan profitability measured by change in cash flows and return on investment (ROI) respectively.Based on purposive sampling, 67 manufacturing companies were selected as a sample of this study for three years observation.This study found that the cash conversion cycle and quick ratio negatively influence on profitability. Incontrast, this study also found that current ratio positively influence on profitability. This study could not find the influence of inventory turnover, accounts receivable turnover, turnover of debt, working capital turnover, and operating cash flow on profitability.
