Abstract

Fenomena quarter life crisis menjadi isu psikologis yang semakin nyata di kalangan dewasa awal, khususnya para fresh graduate yang sedang menghadapi transisi besar dari dunia pendidikan ke dunia kerja. Pada fase ini, individu rentan mengalami kebingungan akan arah hidup, tekanan sosial, dan kecemasan terhadap masa depan. Data dari Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (2021) menunjukkan bahwa 42% dewasa awal di Amerika Serikat berusia 18–24 tahun mengalami gejala kecemasan atau depresi, dipicu oleh tekanan pekerjaan, ketidakpastian ekonomi, serta tantangan dalam kehidupan sosial. Fakta ini mencerminkan situasi serupa yang terjadi secara lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh quarter life crisis terhadap kecemasan pada fresh graduate di Kota Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling, yang melibatkan 110 responden fresh graduate berusia 20–25 tahun. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala quarter life crisis berdasarkan teori Robbins & Wilner dan skala kecemasan dari Deffenbacher & Hazeleus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh quarter life crisis terhadap kecemasan, mayoritas responden yang mengalami quarter life crisis dalam kategori sedang (67,3%) dan kecemasan dalam kategori sedang (74,5%). Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi sederhana, diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05), nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,623, dan nilai F sebesar 4.535, yang menunjukkan bahwa quarter life crisis memberikan pengaruh sebesar 62,3% terhadap kecemasan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara quarter life crisis terhadap kecemasan pada fresh graduate di Kota Pontianak.

Abstract

Nomopobia is the fear of losing contact with a mobile phone, which can cause anxiety and frustration when it is not held or within reach. This study aims to examine the relationship between anxiety and nomopobia among students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak.  The research method employed was a quantitative correlational design, with the population consisting of all students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, involving 106 respondents. The research instruments consisted of an anxiety scale and a nomopobia scale, both of which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis revealed a significant positive relationship between anxiety and nomopobia among students (r = 0.646; p < 0.05). These findings indicate that the higher the students’ anxiety levels, the higher their level of nomopobia.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a product for the development of a learning media using Easil in news text materials for grade VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Lawang Kidul. The type of researcher used is the RnD (Research and Development) method. The development model used is using the Alessi & Trolip development model.Learning media using Easil in news text materials for grade VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Lawang Kidul was developed based on the results of needs analysis and interviews of teachers and students. In the results of the needs analysis and interviews of teachers and students, learning media products using Easil are needed in learning news text material for grade VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Lawang Kidul. Next, the first step is to carry out the initial design of product manufacturing by making flowcharts and storyboards. Then the next step is the development of the initial form of the product, validation tests, and product revisions. The validation test has 3 aspects, namely, the media aspect which gets a percentage result of 92.86% with a very feasible category. Furthermore, in the material aspect with a percentage of 87.5% with a very decent category. Furthermore, the last aspect is the language aspect with a percentage result of 79.17% with a very decent category. From all three aspects, it was obtained in the category of very suitable for use in the learning media from research on the development of learning media using Easil in news text materials for grade VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Lawang Kidul.
