Artikel ini membahas mengenai keberadaan partai islam di Indonesia yaitu Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) dimana partai ini mengusung Islam sebagai ideologi partainya. Sebagaimana secara luas diketahui bahwa mayoritas penduduk Indonesia adalah Islam namun, perolehan suara dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap partai Islam masih dibawah rata-rata. Kajian ini penting untuk diperdalam karena banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap partai Islam. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, kajian ini berupaya untuk menggali lebih dalam tantangan partai Islam di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian mendapati bahwa partai Islam di Indonesia belum sepenuhnya menjadi role bagi pelaksanaan nilai Islam yang sesungguhnya karena masih banyak dijumpai penyalahgunaan jabatan dan tindakan yang turut melibatkan kader dari partai Islam.

GENDER DAN PEMBANGUNAN PEREMPUAN DI ACEH PASCA KONFLIK DAN TSUNAMI: PEMBAHASAN TEORITIS Yeni Sri Lestari

This article discusses the theoretical analysis of gender and its relationship to women's development in post-conflict Aceh and the tsunami. This discussion is considered important because of two causes, first the development of women in most countries is always focused on the gender concepts that discuss the position of men and women from the socio-cultural side that influence development in particular in this study is the development of women's rights Aceh . While the development of women is still minimal has led to demands for the fulfillment of women's rights in Aceh. Based on this, then the issues studied in the discussion of this article are what is meant by gender and how can gender be formed? What is the relationship between gender concepts and women's development process in Aceh ?. The findings of the study found that the concept of gender is an important contributor to the birth of women's power in advocating for the development of their rights in post-conflict Aceh and the tsunami. This is because the concept of gender provides a great opportunity for the existing women's movements in various parts of the world, especially in post-conflict Aceh and tsunami in Aceh. At the end of the study, this article shows that gender plays an important role in the development of women's rights in Aceh.Keywords: Gender, Development of women, Aceh, Conflict and Tsunami.

There has been a lot of attention on the implementation of Islamic Sharia in Aceh, and some have even linked it to human rights violations. The most important thing for Indonesian citizens is that the implementation of Islamic law can be regarded as a denial of the Pancasila as the basis of the state which has played a close role in binding Indonesian unity. If Jakarta has permitted the implementation of Islamic Sharia in Aceh, then how do Acehnese citizens take care of Pancasila? The research data shows that the implementation of Islamic Sharia does not violate Pancasila but precisely the actual implementation of the first principle of Pancasila. To that end, caring for Pancasila requires many community leaders in rural areas such as the older generation who still view the importance of Pancasila as the basis of the state, given the many differences that exist in Indonesian society. In addition to these community leaders, the socialization carried out by the regional government must choose people who are truly capable of transforming their understanding of the harmony of Islamic Sharia with Pancasila and not merely ceremonial socialization that only stops with people or figures and formal officials who have never fight for the existence of Pancasila in Aceh.

ENVIRONMENTALISM DAN GREEN POLITICS: PEMBAHASAN TEORETIS Yeni Sri Lestari

This article discusses the theoretical study of the motion of environmentalism and its relationship to green politics. Discussion about both of these theories is very important for the study of social and political current that has been overshadowed by the phenomenon of environmentalism movement is growing in many countries which are then contribute ideas in political thinking which is known as green politics. However, movements of change by a group of green politics in many countries are often not as active environmentalism movement that consists of classes of non-party. Based on this, the issue will be reviewed in the discussion of this article is whether the definition of environmentalism? what about the initial formation of environmentalism? what is the link between environmentalism movemental with green politics? What are the benefits of the establishment of green politics?. This article studies found that environmentalism is a major contributor to its form factor green ideology politics in many countries such as in Western Europe, USA and Asia. This is due to the important role of the authorities who come from the political parties to realize the agenda of environmentalism movement into state regulations and decisions that bind all citizens therein. At the end of the analysis, this article will explain that the movement of environmentalism plays an important role in the prevention of greed group of rulers and the interests of the global economy (capitalism and neo-liberalism) the limited resources and contribute greatly to its form of thinking green politics focused and commitment to against the establishment the new governance system that is more wise in managing the global environment. This study aims to find out how the emergence of hidden prostitution in Suak Indrapuri, and how the impact on the surrounding community. The research method used in this study is qualitative. Snowball sampling was used to determine informants. The results of the study indicate that the existence of this hidden prostitution place has its aims and objectives for the Suak Indrapuri if at first glance there is indeed no place for prostitution that stands above the law but in social reality, there are some people who take advantage of certain places in the Indrapuri Suak. to commit prostitution (Zina). Some people feel benefited and some feel disadvantaged. Those who benefit are those who have a place in any form and provide it to those who practice prostitution, while the disadvantaged are those who are not involved but live around the location of the area, namely the Suak Indrapuri community itself. with the current government system by other models of leaders. This discussion is considered important for two reasons, firstly the government system in Indonesia which is the majority led by Muslim leaders no longer heed Islamic values and leadership which can improve the welfare of the community in the economic, political and social fields. The results of the study found Umar Abdul Aziz's behavior in governing brought many positive changes for the Umayyads during Umar's reign. Some positive aspects are often found in development in the political, economic and social fields. In some countries which are currently led by a Muslim, they should be able to make Umar's leadership model as an example.

Demokratisasi yang menjunjung tinggi kebebasan menjadi landasan bagi setiap individu dalam mengaktualisasikan dirinya, termasuk dalam persoalan politik. Kebebasan individu yang dijamin oleh konstitusi di Indonesia mencerminkan tingginya popularitas sistem demokrasi ini. Akan tetapi, kebebasan tersebut pada akhirnya semakin memperjelas jurang pemisah antar identitas (agama, suku, bahasa, jenis kelamin, dll) yang ada di Indonesia, terutama berkaitan dengan persoalan politik bangsa. Persoalan agama dan nasionalis bangsa merupakan dua identitas yang saat ini menjadi perdebatan di Indonesia. Polemik politik identitas semakin meruncing hingga munculnya klaim kebenaran bahwa kelompok kepentingan yang satu lebih baik daripada kelompok kepentingan lainnya, urusan kepentingan ini kemudian mulai memecah belah bangsa yang sebelumnya menjunjung tinggi perbedaan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui realita politik identitas di Indonesia saat ini, berfokus kepada dua kelompok identitas yaitu kelompok agama dan kelompok nasionalis. Metode kualitatif dan kajian literatur digunakan untuk mengkaji persoalan ini. Kajian ini menemukan bahwa perpecahan yang muncul karena pengelompokan politik berdasarkan identitas keagamaan dan nasionalisme ini menyebabkan terganggunya stabilitas negara yang ditandai dengan munculnya krisis kepercayaan terhadap pemerintah, penyebaran berita hoax, persekusi, makar, terbatasnya ruang demokrasi, dll. OMBUDSMAN: SUATU KAJIAN ANALISIS Yeni Sri Lestari

This article analyzes the history and role of the Ombudsman in improving the quality of public service delivery by government officials of a country. The establishment of the Ombudsman is an important step that is done to balance the performance of the apparatus of government in providing public services and justice to the people. This study is important as a reference many countries are working to improve the quality of public services personnel administration. Therefore, the discussion in this article is what is meant by the Ombudsman? How Ombudsman formed? The second is how the performance of the Ombudsman? And how is the impact of the Ombudsman? This study found that the background of the establishment of Ombudsman first appeared in Sweden is based on the Swedish government's efforts to create a balance of public services by government officials and the general public to the demands of globalization and democracy today. At the end of the study it was found that by taking a study on the Ombudsman parliamentary in New Zealand and the United Kingdom found that the practice of the concept of Ombudsman institutions have a positive impact to the management of the public service, it then becomes the impetus for other countries to participate in establishing the Ombudsman.Keywords: Ombudsman, New Zealand, United Kingdom

Kajian ini penting untuk dibahas karena tanggung jawab moral pemerintah adalah memastikan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang baik kepada masyarakat luas. Salah satunya adalah jaminan untuk mendapatkan lingkungan yang bersih dan menjamin kesehatan masyarakat. Keberadaan industri cenderung memberikan sisi positif bagi memajukan perekonomian daerah, namun hal tersebut seringkali tidak diimbangi dengan analisis dampak lingkungan yang komprehensif, sehingga menjadikan masyarakat sebagai korban dari industrialisasi, salah satunya seperti yang terjadi di Aceh Barat. Keberadaan PT. Mifa Bersaudara menimbulkan persoalan lingkungan disekitar masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, kajian ini akan mengkaji mengenai bagaimanakah upaya dan program kerja yang dilakukan pemerintah Aceh Barat dalam menanggulangi masalah limbah batu bara PT. Mifa Bersaudara?, dan bagaimana respon PT. Mifa Bersaudara terhadap keluhan dari masyarakat?. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Pemerintah Aceh Barat bekerjasama dengan seluruh instansi pemerintah serta aktivis peduli lingkungan telah aktif dalam mengupayakan dan mengagendakan berbagai program kerja untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini. Sedangkan PT. Mifa sendiri secara aktif sudah melaksanakan tanggungjawabnya dalam menjaga lingkungan sekitar industri melalui pelaksanaan CSR Keywords: Peran, Pemerintah, Limbah Industri

KONSEP ORWELISASI DAN PARKINSONISASI DALAM SISTEM PEMERINTAHAN PUBLIK Yeni Sri Lestari

This article discusses the importance of the role of the right government system within a country. One of the determinants of the good governance system is based on the accuracy in the selection of government bureaucracy system. Therefore, to provide a more detailed understanding, this article will discuss about the bureaucratic system. This review will examine two bureaucratic systems currently dominantly applied by most countries in the world, namely Orwell Bureaucracy (Orwellization) and Parkinson's Bureaucracy (Parkinsonization). This article is divided into four studies, first on the backgrounds of Orwell and Parkinson, the two studies on the concept of Orwellization and Parkinsonization framework, the three analyzing the application of both concepts within a country, and the fourth is criticism given by experts to the concept of Orwellization and Parkinsonization. In this study it is found that the concept of Orwellization and Parkinsonization is still relevant in studying the problems of bureaucratic systems in some countries, the concept of Orwellisasi can create a strong state but weaken the issue of Human Rights (HAM), while the concept of Parkinsonization contributed considerably in the development effort but weaken the system of recruitment of public officials. However, there are some experts who give criticism to the concept of ureaucracy Orwellisasi and Parkinsonisasi this, this is not apart from weakness owned by each bureaucracy concept.
