Abstract

Lombok is one of the islands in the Lesser Sunda Islands group that offers various tourist attractions, one of which is Loang Baloq Beach. Community service activities carried out at Loang Baloq Beach in Mataram City demonstrated that a direct approach through beach cleanups and education has a positive impact on public and tourist awareness in maintaining a clean coastal environment. This method is effective in building public participation, increasing understanding, and encouraging collective behavioral change. Therefore, such activities need to be carried out regularly and continuously with the support of various parties, in order to establish a more participatory, educational, and sustainable coastal waste management system.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan pemasaran masyarakat pesisir melalui kemitraan dengan Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan (Pokdakan) Salo Sumbala Sejahtera di Desa Muara Badak Ilir melalui pemanfaatan limbah kepala udang menjadi bumbu penyedap. Metode yang digunakan berupa pelatihan pengolahan pangan, penerapan standar sanitasi dan keamanan pangan, diversifikasi produk, pengemasan, serta strategi pemasaran digital, dievaluasi menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimental one-group pretest–post test. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata kemampuan produksi sebesar 33,75% dan kemampuan pemasaran sebesar 31,20%. Peningkatan terbesar terlihat pada aspek pemahaman kandungan gizi bahan baku dan konsep dasar pemasaran. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi pelatihan efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan manajerial masyarakat, serta mendukung produksi pangan lokal bernilai tambah berbasis limbah udang.

Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia yang berdampak pada pertumbuhan fisik, perkembangan kognitif, serta kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa depan. Melalui kegiatan sosialisasi ini, dilakukan penyuluhan interaktif, edukasi mengenai prinsip gizi seimbang, pentingnya ASI eksklusif, MP-ASI yang tepat, pemantauan pertumbuhan balita, serta penerapan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) dalam keluarga. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, serta pembagian media edukatif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berjudul “Sosialisasi Promosi Kesehatan tentang Gizi Seimbang dan Pencegahan Stunting untuk Meningkatkan Perilaku Hidup Sehat Keluarga 1000 HPK di Kecamatan Mappakasunggu, Kabupaten Takalar.” Program ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat, khususnya keluarga dengan ibu hamil, ibu menyusui, dan balita dalam periode 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK), mengenai pentingnya gizi seimbang serta pencegahan stunting sejak dini. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terkait konsep gizi seimbang dan langkah-langkah pencegahan stunting, serta komitmen keluarga untuk menerapkan pola hidup sehat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam percepatan penurunan angka stunting, khususnya di wilayah Kecamatan Mappakasunggu, Kabupaten Takalar, serta mendorong terbentuknya keluarga yang sehat dan berkualitas.

Abstract

The research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey design. The research object consisted of civil servants within the institution, with a total population and sample of 47 respondents using a total sampling technique. Primary data were collected through an online structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25, including validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results indicate that psychological safety does not have a significant effect on competency agility with a significance value of 0.226 (>0.05) and t value of 1.228 (<1.681). In contrast, growth mindset shows a significant effect with a significance value of 0.011 (<0.05) and t value of 2.664 (>1.681). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence competency agility with an F value of 20.919 (>3.21) and a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.487 reveals that 48.7% of the variance in competency agility is explained by the two independent variables

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Flexible Working Arrangement and Job Crafting on the Innovative Work Behavior of civil servants at the Food Security Agency of Mamuju Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey design. The research object comprised civil servants working in the agency, with the population consisting of all active employees. The sample was determined using proportional random sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with statistical software. The results indicate that Flexible Working Arrangement and Job Crafting simultaneously have a significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior. This is evidenced by an F-value of 6.635 exceeding the F- table value of 3.29 and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05), leading to the acceptance of the proposed hypothesis. These findings suggest that the integration of flexible work policies and individual job crafting initiatives plays a crucial role in enhancing innovative behavior among civil servants
