Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation and discipline of work to employees performance at PT. Posindo (Persero) Branch Office Pekanbaru. Where the proposed two independent variables, namely the provision of motivation and discipline of work and the dependent variable is the performance of employees. Analysis of the data used by using spss. Results of analysis using multiple linear regression, t-test, and the test of determination (R2), and the F-test. So that the figures obtained R2 (R Square) of 0.673, or 67.3%. This shows that the percentage contribution of independent variables (motivation and discipline of work) on the dependent variable (performance of employees) amounted to 67.3% and strong relationships with a large award is 0.673. While the percentage of the remaining 32.7% (100% - 67.3%) influenced by other variables not included in this study variables.Keywords: Giving Motivation, Discipline Work, Employee Performance

Abstract

Factors that affect the performance of employees, among others, career development and work motivation. The research was conducted on employees PT.Verena Multi Finance Tbk Branch Pekanbaru, the purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of career development and work motivation on employee performance. The sample used in this study is 40 samples, this method of data collection using the questionnaire. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression and multiple linear regression method used is descriptive analysis method, and multiple linear analysis method that produces output t test, F test, and test the determinant (R²). Processing data using SPSS 20.0 program. Based on the analysis performed can be explained that the development of a strong influence on employee performance, where as the higher work motivation it will affect employee performance improvement. And if the career development and work motivation to do together will affect the performance of employees.Keywords: career development,work motivation, employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effects work conflict and work stress on job satisfaction on PT Indah logistic branch of Pekanbaru. The population in this study were employees of PT Indah logistic branch of Pekanbaru, the sampling using census method in order to get 63 votes. The data collection of primary data research, using questionnaires as the instrument research and secondary data turned away company archives, data analysis used is by using multiple linear regression, determination test, t test and f SPSS.From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression, the results showed the calculation of the t (5.667)> t table (2,001) and Sig. (0.000) <0.05. This means that variable Work Conflict significant effect on Job satisfaction.And the results showed the calculation of the t (3.881)> t table (2,001) and Sig. (0.000) <0.05. This means that variable significant effect on the Job Stress Job Satisfaction and based on the simultaneous test concluded that the work conflict and work stress together significant effect on employee satisfaction with the influence of 64.3%. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Environment and Organizational Commitment on Employee Satisfaction (Case Study at Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru). Work Environment as a variable (X1) Organizational Commitment as a variable (X2) and Job Satisfaction as (Y).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using SPSS 20 program. The sample used is 92 employees consisting of 10 departments. To determine the sample using census research method. Technique of collecting data through questionnaire.The results of analysis using multiple linear regression, t test, and test f. It can be seen that the Work Environment has significant effect on Employee Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, and Work Environment and Organizational Commitment have a significant effect on Employee Satisfaction.Keywords: Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the training work instruction on the productivity of the production employees (wood preparation 2) PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Perawang. Training work instruction as an independent variable (X) has formulated the stages of implementation of activities, tools used, or the parameter referenced standards, testing and inspection. While employee productivity as the dependent variable (Y). This study was conducted on all employees Wood Preparation 2 PT.Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Perawang as many as 92 people.Data obtained from questionnaires and subsequently processed to then be tested using statistical analysis as a simple linear regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination using SPSS 17.The results showed that the test results of hypothesis testing t 8.263 t count> t table 1,987. This shows that the work instruction Training affect the level of employee productivity. The amount of work instruction Training effect on employee productivity in the Wood Preparation 2 PT. IKPP Perawang amounted to 43.1%.Keywords: training work instruction, employee productivity

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much compensation and organizational commitment to employee morale. The sample in this study was taken as many as 54 respondents and the technique used was Total Sampling. The data in this study used the survey method through questionnaires filled out by employees. The research method used is simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, simultaneous and partial analysis of the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing namely F test and T test. The result of this study indicate compensation has a significant effect on employee morale. Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on employee morale. And simultaneously compensation and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee morale. Further research is recommended to use other methods in examining employee morale, for example through in-depth interviews with respondents. Keywords: Compensastion, Organizational Commitment and Employee                                 Spirit/Morale

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the compensation and organizational commitment on turnover intention. Data obtained using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment and compensation on employee job satisfaction. The sample in this study was taken as many as 72 respondents and the technique used was Total Sampling. The data in this study used the survey method through questionnaires filled out by employees. Data obtained using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction. compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. And simultaneously the work environment and compensation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Haleyora Powerindo Branch Pekanbaru. As for reason chosen the location choice because of this company active in kelistrikan specially the conservancy which is according to researcher own risk happened by the accident work and fluctuate his/its is performance of employees every year nya.In this research is methodologies used by is quantitative and descriptive with program SPSS, where sampel used by that is entire/all employees of part of field that is as much 70 responder, Enquette (quesioner), representing a[n data collecting givenly or propagate list of pertanyaan/pernyataan to responder on the chance of giving respon for the questionnaire. Interviewing, that is do/conduct Question and answer directly by supervisor, and also the manager becoming research responder.From result analyse data covering validity test, reabilitas, and doubled linear regresi, safety and health work to employees performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation and Working Environment Employee Loyalty (Case Study PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Cab. Kandis). Compensation as a variable (X1), Environmental Working as a variable (X2) and employee loyalty as a variable (Y).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative with program SPSS, where samples were used that all employees as many as 25 respondents. To determine the sample, this study used census techniques. Data collection through questionnaires.The study concluded that the variable compensation positive effect on employee loyalty, work environment positive effect on employee loyalty and significant influence between compensation and work environment on employee loyalty.Keywords: Compensation, environment work and employee loyalty
