Abstract

Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau telah melaksanakan program P2WKSS, tujuannya untuk mewujudkan keluarga sehat sejahtera dengan perempuan sebagai penggeraknya, namun fenomena dilapangan tidak demikian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Program Peningkatan Peranan Wanita Menuju Keluarga Sehat Dan Sejahtera (P2WKSS) di Kabupaten Kampar serta mengidentifikasi faktor penghambat pelaksanaan program P2WKSS di Kabupaten Kampar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer diperoleh langsung melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program  P2WKSS di Kabupaten Kampar masih belum efektif, dimana Kampar terlambat dalam melaksanakan program, tujuan yang diharapkan belum tercapai optimal, perubahan yang terjadi hanya pada aspek kesehatan, namun tidak pada aspek pendidikan dan ekonomi sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Pelaksanaan program P2WKSS juga belum efisien, dimana implementor program belum mampu memanfaatkan waktu dan  memaksimalkan usaha untuk mencapai tujuan program. Pelaksanaan program ini juga masih belum cukup, dimana pelaksanaan program belum mampu memecahkan masalah, justru menimbulkan masalah baru. Hal ini dikarenakan beberapa hambatan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya financial, sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, strategi implementor, belum terciptanya komunikasi yang baik, perekrutan warga binaan masih belum selektif, sehingga menjadi sebab tidak tercapainya tujuan dari program P2WKSS. Dapat disarankan program P2WKSS dilanjutkan dengan perbaikan memaksimalkan anggaran penyelenggaraan program serta sinergitas antar penyelenggara dan penerima program.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee organizational commitment (study at Bank BRI Pekanbaru Branch). Motivation (X1), Work environment (X2) and organizational commitment (Y).The method in this research is quantitative with SPSS program, where the samples used are employees of Bank BRI Pekanbaru that is as much as 94 respondents. In accordance with opinion (Roscoe, 2009) that the appropriate size in the study is 30 to 500. That number can already represent the population. Technique of collecting data through questionnaire.The result of this research conclude that motivation and work environment variable have significant influence to organizational commitment of employees of Bank BRI Pekanbaru Branch.Keywords: Motivation, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

This research was conducted on Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kab Kuansing, as for the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of  work discipline and work motivation on employee performance in the administrasion department on Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kab Kuansing. Granting of discipline work and work motivation as indevendent variabels (X1,X2)  While the employee performace as an independent variable (Y).This research is a causal associative research using quantitative methods research subjectEmployee administrasion department on Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kab Kuansing of the study was 42 employee,s. Data collection using questionnaires and subsequent interviews were processed and then tested through statistics through the SPSS program.            Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear analysis method and multiple analysis with result showing that work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kab Kuansing. With the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) work discipline on  employee performance the value of R square is 0,648 or 64,8% and work motivation on employee performance the value of R square is 0,246 or 24,6% and coefficient of determination (R2) store work discipline and work motivation on employee performance the value of R square is 0,693 or 6,93%. This show that the work discipline and work motivation gives an effect of  6,93% on employee performance at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kab Kuansing, while remaining 30,7% is effected by other variables that aee not examined in this study.  Keywords: work Discipline, work Motivation, Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate Kampar district. This study aimed to determine the effect of incentives on employee morale in the production of PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate Kampar district. Incentives as an independent variable ( X ) and morale as the dependent variable (Y) . This study took a number of respondents as many as 63 people . Data obtained through questionnaires were then tested further processed through a statistical analysis as a simple linear regression analysis, t test, correlation analysis and determination with the help of SPSS .The results of this study indicate that the results of hypothesis testing t test , t (8,479) > t table (1,670). This suggests that the incentive effect on employee morale. The amount of the incentive effect on the morale of the production employees of PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate amounted to 54.1 % .Keywords : Human Resource Management , Incentive , Morale

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job performance appraisal and career development on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool which was distributed to 65 respondents to employees of Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru. The data was then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 16 by performing validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis (R2) and hypothesis testing with t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous).The results showed that testing the first hypothesis, namely the assessment of work performance on employee performance, namely t count (3.803)> t table (1.998), meaning that job performance appraisal has an effect on employee performance. Second, career development is t count (4.194)> t table (1.998), meaning that career development has an effect on employee performance. The results of the F test (11.369)> F table (3.15) means that the simultaneous assessment of work performance and career development has an effect on employee performance.Keywords: Job Performance Assessment, Career Development, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of human resource management in moving the company. In a company managing human resources properly is one way to increase employee performance. In achieving good performance, employees who have high work power are needed to anticipate the opportunities and challenges of an increasingly competitive business environment. This research was conducted at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru, Jalan Imam Munandar No. 17, Tangkerang Utara, Kec. Bukit Raya Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of employee performance at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. The research sample was taken as many as 76 respondents but due to the impact of Covid19, the researcher only obtained 36 respondents using the census method. In this research, the methods used are descriptive and quantitative. The data obtained from interviews and distributing questionnaires were then tested with statistics through the SPSS program. The analytical method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis, and by going through the validity test and reliability test. In this study the results obtained are that Employee Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Motivation and Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the implementation of training and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction at PT. Toyota Astra Finance Pekanbaru. Implementation of Training as a variable (X1), Organizational Climate as a variable (X2), and Work objectives as a variable (Y). The method in this study is descriptive and quantitative using the SPSS ver 23 for windows program, where the sample in this study was taken as many as 32 respondents and the research technique used was census.               From the results of data analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, determination test, t test, and f test. So it can be said that the implementation of training has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Organizational climate has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and discipline employee performance level in Putra Jaya Sentosa Pekanbaru Company. Supervision as an independent variable (X1), The discipline as an intervening variable (X2), and the employee performance level as the dependent variable (Y). This study took of respondents as many as 70 people.The data obtained through questionnaires and then further processed to be tested through statistical analysis such as multiple linear regression analysis, testing instruments and testing hypotheses of regression coefficient by using SPSS version 17.The results showed that the influence of supervision and discipline of the performance level that is known to control t (1,639)<t table (1,996)and sig (1,106)>0,05. It means that the variable has no significant effect for the employee performance in Putra Jaya Sentosa Pekanbaru Company. Meanwhile, the discipline is known that t (5,735)>t table (1,996) and sig (0,000)<0,05. It means that the discipline variables significantly influence of employee performance in Putra Jaya Sentosa Pekanbaru Company. The conclusion is that the discipline variable has a effect of employee performance in Putra Jaya Sentosa Pekanbaru company.Keyword : supervision, discipline, performance, influence.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of education and training to employee performance in pulp production Pulp Making PT.Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper. Education and training as an independent variable (X) has been formulated by ability and skill instructors coach, the determination of material, facilities and infrastructure. While employee performance as the dependent variable (Y). This research was conducted on all employees pulp production Pulp Making PT.Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper by 40 people. Data obtained from the questionnaire and further processed and then tested using statistical analysis such as a simple linear regression analysis, test, and correlation analysis and determiniasi using SPSS17. The results showed that the test results of hypothesis testing tcount 6,513> ttable 2,024. This suggests that the education and training having an effect the level of employee performance. The magnitude of the education and training on employee performance in pulp production Pulp Making PT.Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper amounted to 52,8%.Keyword : education and training, employee performance, Pulp Making 8

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze training and work discipline and its effect on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil II Pekanbaru. Trainingas a variable (X1), work discipline as a variable (X2), and Employee Performance as a variable (Y). The method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative using the SPSS 21 program, where the sample used is 87 employees conducted by simple random sampling and data collection techniques through questionnaires. The results of the analysis use the validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test. So that it can be concluded that traininghas a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil II Pekanbaru, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil II Pekanbaru, and training and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of PT.
