Abstract

Leadership succession is about leadership transition. The transition is fundamental in business or corporation, moreover at family business because it is potential to bring about conflict and disunity. When it happened, certainly business sustainability will be disturbed, even the business could get lose ground. Finally, only few businesses can survive until third generation and forth. Business success and sustainability will be guaranted by mature leadership succession planning. This research is done to get understanding about succession of leadership, especially at Sri Indrayani’s Hotel.The research used qualitative method to find depth understanding of leadership succession process. To get data, the researcher used interview, observation, and study literature as complementary. The data has been analyzed with some theories like succession, leadership, and organization culture.Result of analysis showed the previous leader struggled to transfer leadership values, skills, and knowledge to successor candidates. Leadership succession process which has been done including preparation like support for formal study, training, and working outside the corporation for candidates. The next, involving candidates in the business like controlling and supervising employees, and also involves in business general meeting. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction to nurse commitment (caseof RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru).This research method is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 19 program, wherein the samples used are nurse of RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru with respondents as many 69 people. For a sampling technique used census method. The data collection is done through questioners and interviews.The results of the analysis using the validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test , t test and F test so it can be seen that variable work motivation to nurse commitment RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru, that job satisfaction significantly effect to nurse commitment RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru, and significant effect between society together work motivation and job satisfaction to nurse commitment RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru.Keywords:Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee recruitment and organizational commitment and its influence on employee performance at Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru. Employee Recruitment as a variable (X1), Organizational Commitment as a variable (X2), and Employee Performance as a variable (Y). The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 21 program, where the sample used is 48 employees conducted by census and data collection technique through questionnaire. The result of analysis using validity test, test of reliability, test of determination, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test. So it can be concluded that employee recruitment has a significant influence on employee performance Dafam Hotel Pekanbaru, organizational commitment has significant influence on employee performance At Dafam Hotel Pekanbaru, and employee recruitment and organizational commitment have a significant influence on employee performance of Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment and Organization Commitment To Job Employees Statisfaction Head Office PTPN V Pekanbaru.This research used questionnaire with measurement scale that is Likert scale which analyzed by validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, analysis of determination, t test, and f test with the help of using SPSS software ver. 17 for windows. The number population from this research 478 persons with 83 head office employees PTPN V Pekanbaru as the sampled, calculated using slovin formula.From the results of tests conducted indicate that the Work Environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect to employee job statisfaction, as well as Work Environment and Organizational Commitment have a significant effect on employee job statisfaction Head Office in the PTPN V Pekanbaru.Keywords : Work Environment, Organization Commitment, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze organizational culture and organizational commitment and its influence on employee performance of the Mutiara Merdeka Hotel Pekanbaru. Organizational culture as a variabel (X1), organizational commitment as a variabel (X2), and employee performance as a variabel (Y). The method in this research is descriptive quantitative by using SmartPls v.3, where in the sample used are employees of 57 is done, by purposive sampling method and technique of data colection through questionnaires.The results of the analysis using validity test and reliability test. It can be concluded that organizational culture have a significant effect on Employee performance of the Mutiara Merdeka Hotel Pekanbaru judging from the original value of sample estimate of organizational culture on employee performanceis is 0,187 with significant value under 5% as indicated by t-statistic value of 3,209. the positive original value of sample estimate identifies that organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance through organizational commitment.Keywords : Intervening Variable, SmartPls, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational and environmental communication on employee job satisfaction (Case Study of Non-Medical Employees at the Prima Pekanbaru Hospital). The population in this study were non-medical employees from Prima Pekanbaru Hospital with 76 samples taken, which were calculated using the Slovin formula. The sampling method in this study is in the form of primary data and secondary data using questionnaires, interviews and documents in the company. The research method used is simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, simultaneous and partial determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing, namely the F test and T test. Data analysis used is to use SPSS ver 25 for windows.This study proves that the research shows that organizational communication on employee job satisfaction shows a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Prima Hospital Pekanbaru. T test results indicate that the work environment on employee job satisfaction has significance to the job satisfaction of non-medical employees at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital. F test results show that simultaneous organizational and work communication has a significant and significant effect on job satisfaction received. Keywords: Organizational communication, work environment, job satisfaction

Abstract

Basically the strength that exists in a company lies in the people who are in the company. Lack of awareness of the importance of occupational safety and health is a benchmark in the implementation of work safety and health training programs.The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Training Program (K3) as an Accident Prevention Effort at PT. Suoraco Indonesian in Duri.The theory concept that researchers use is Occupational Safety and Health (K3). This K3 program uses qualitative methods by analyzing data descriptively. In collecting data, researchers use interview, observation, and literature study techniques as sources of information.The implementation of K3 encountered several obstacles, namely the behavior of employees who violated the regulations set by the company, the culture of using PPE was often ignored by employees. In addition there is an assumption that using PPE only makes it difficult for employees when working, especially for those who are required to wear a complete PPE. Efforts made by the company in overcoming these obstacles are by providing safety induction, training and coaching, re-training, counseling, giving oral and written warnings, and direct supervision by QHSE management.Keywords : Training, Occupational Safety and Health

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigateand analyze the factors that affect the management of the market district in Lower RegencyKuantan Kuantan District Singingi. This research was conducted in the District of KuantanKuantan District Downstream Singingi. Where the population and the sample is Head, Departmentof Market, district officials, village and market traders. Data was collected through questionnairedissemination techniques, interviews and observations, once the data is collected and thenanalyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The result showed that the management fees thedistrict market in Kuantan District Downstream unfavorable conclusion. The dominant factoraffecting the management of the market district levies are men or human factors.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan masalah kedisiplinan Pegawai Balai Latihan Masyarakat Pekanbaru dalam dalam peningkatan kinerja dengan penggunaan finger print. Kedisiplinan yang digambarkan berkaitan dengan kedisiplinan waktu, disiplin mengikuti aturan, disiplin dengan tanggungjawab. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif untuk mengambarkan kedisiplinan pegawai. Fokus penelitian ini pada disiplin pegawai dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Informan Penelitian diambil mengunakan teknik purposive sampling karena peneliti sudah mengetahui lokasi dan informan penelitian dengan data-data yang bersifat komunitas dari subjektif. Informan penelitian terdiri dari Bendaharawan, Administrator atau operator dari Finger Print Bagian Sistem Informasi, Bagian Program Perencanaan Kinerja Pegawai dan Pegawai Balai Latihan Masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru. Jenis dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini mengunakan data primer terdiri dari data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari lapangan sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh data yang diperoleh dari literature review dan dokumen administrasi yang dipublikasi atau tidak dipublikaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan dengan model Interaktif dan dalam menguji validitas data dengan triagulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dispilin pegawai tidak berjalan sesuai dengan aturan dan harapan dalam pencapaian kinerja organisasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui strategi Badan Perencanaan Pembagunan Daerah Penelitian dan pengembangan (Bappedaltbang) di Kabupaten Kuantan singingi 2) Mengetahui faktor-faktor penghambat strategi Badan perencanaan pembagunan Daerah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Bappedalitbang) Di kabupaten kuantan singingi. Penelitian ini Mengunakan Model Pendekatan Penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif. Data Primer diperoleh langsung melalui wawancara dari key informan, sedangkan Data Sekunder diperoleh Dokumen penelitian yaitu,Kepala Bappedalitbang,Kasubag Program Kasubag serta kasubag lain nya.Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Belum Terlaksannya Secara Maksimal Strategi Badan Perencanaan Pembagunan Daerah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Bappedalitbang) Di kabupaten kuantan singingi.
