Abstract

The uncertain number of users connected to a wireless internet service is a problem for the quality of service, either in the form of frequent disconnections, slowness, and various other problems. The application of the MikroTik Userman plugin facility can be a solution to internet service problems, but Userman, which is the default for MikroTik, has limitations, so Mikhmon is a solution in Hotspot network management when there is a network to be properly managed and monitored. At this writing, we take advantage of features that are rarely used in general, implementing them first in a test lab, by creating a small-scale hotspot network but with the same management as a large-scale network. The result is that each client gets normal bandwidth of 2/2Mbps, 30Gb data quota, and 50 user shares, and the bandwidth will change dynamically every time a new user is added.Keywords: MikroTik; Hotspot; Application Programming Interface; Hierarchical Token Bucket; MikhmonAbstrakTidak menentunya jumlah pengguna yang terhubung pada suatu layanan wireless internet, menjadi permasalahan bagi kualitas layanan, baik berupa koneksi yang sering terputus,  lambat,  dan  berbagai masalah lain. Penerapan fasilitas plugin MikroTik Userman dapat menjadi solusi permasalahan layanan internet, namun Userman yang menjadi default dari MikroTik memiliki keterbatasan, sehingga Mikhmon menjadi solusi dalam manajemen jaringan Hotspot ketika ada jaringan yang akan diatur dan dimonitoring dengan baik. Pada penulisan ini, kami memanfaatkan fitur-fitur yang jarang digunakan secara umum, mengimplementasikannya terlebih dahulu pada lab uji coba, dengan membuat jaringan hotspot berskala kecil namun dengan manajemen yang sama seperti jaringan berskala besar. Hasil setiap client mendapatkan bandwith normal 2/2Mbps, Quota data 30Gb, dan share user sebanyak 50 user, dan bandwith akan berubah secara dinamis setiap ada penambahan user yang baru.Keywords: MikroTik; Hotspot; Application Programming Interface; Hierarchical Token Bucket; Mikhmon

Abstract

ABSTRACTError assignment on customer complaints handling against a division causes customer complaints not to be processed optimally, this can lead to a negative war of mouth in a company. The purpose of this research is to make an implementation of handling customer complaints towards a division processed optimally by using text mining and the C4.5 algorithm. From the results of these research will be evaluated and validated with the ROC curve to determine the level of accuracy on the decision tree in making classification of complaint handling of the division. With this decision support system, it’s expected to facilitate and accelerate a complaint from the customer and maximize customer service performance in the company PT. Abstract

ABSTRACTMarket Basket Analysis are processing technique for discovery of relationships between various kinds of goods. The main Objective of the Market Basket Analysis in retail to provide information for distributors to find out the purchasing behaviour of customers, which can assist distributors in creating the right choice. There are various the algorithm is available to conduct market basket analysis. This journal discusses data mining techniques, with association rules that can help examine customer buying behaviour and held increase sales. Abstract

ABSTRACTEducational institutions at the moment especially Vocational Schools are required to have superior competitiveness in all sectors by utilizing all the resources they have, including prospective students - they must have the special expertise they have as long as they study at Vocational High Schools (Vocational High Schools) . Decission tree method is a flowchart structure that is similar to a tree structure, each tree point is an attribute that has been tested, each branch is a test result, and the end point is a class division produced C4.5 algorithm and decision tree are two inseparable models, because to build a decision tree, it needs a C4.5 algorithm. Abstract

Information on tracking postal items and import duties on products or goods received by customsstakeholder is very necessary to be presented transparently. Therefore the Directorate General ofCustoms and Excise provides facilities for easy access to this information by using an iOS-basedmobile customs system. The method used in designing and developing iOS-based Mobile CustomsSystem is the waterfall method which in every process is corrected. Data source collection and fieldobservations were also conducted to understand business processes and problems that occurredbefore the implementation of the iOS-based Mobile Customs System. The results of the design anddeveloping of applications can run in accordance with the design that has been made by still payingattention to the applicable laws.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of e-service quality on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty of PT Bayu Buana Travel, Tbk. With non-probability technique (census), questionnaires were collected and used in data processing using Structural Equation Modeling with WarpPLS program and Importance Performance Analysis methods. Based on this research, it was found that e-service quality has an influence on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has an influence on customer loyalty, e- service quality has an influence on customer loyalty, and e-service quality and customer satisfaction has an influence on customer loyalty. The e-service quality attributes, such as the website providing accurate information, the website having a good reputation, all online payment be confirmed, the website easy to use, and the products/services on the website delivered according to the time, need to be improved and enhanced.Keywords:  e-service  quality,  customer  satisfaction,  customer  loyalty,  structural  equation  model,  important performance analysis

Abstract

Sistem Informasi pengolahan data (RT)  dalam lembaga kependudukan yang diatur negara mendasarkan peraturan daerah di desa atau di kota yang ada di Indonesia. Rukun Tangga (RT) berguna untuk meningkatkan aktifitas, pelayanan, kesejahteraan, dan partisipasi masyarakat. RT merupakan sebuah organisasi tingkat bawah dan lebih dekat dengan penduduk serta memahami kondisi dan permasalahan yang dihadapi penduduk tersebut didaerah pemerintahan RT tersebut. Hal yang sangat sering terjadi secara umum di wilayah  Ketua RT 004 masih menggunakan system manual  pencatatan dibuku secara tradisional ,sehingga pemberitahuan informasi penduduk tidak terlalu efektif. dalam Kendala yang ada maka kami melakukan penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu untuk memajukan proses system lebih cepat ,dengan Web Apk/Aplikasi 004 Berbasis Web. Penelitian dilakukan dalam tahap-tahap: identifikasi/pengenalan masalah, proses pendataan data, studi literature, dan mempercepat proses sistem dengan menggunakan metode  mudah yaitu Waterfall, lalu dengan tahap berurutan: Penerimaan, Update fitur, implementation, verification dan maintance. Dengan adanya web Apk ini Ketua RT 004 serta Staf tidak harus lagi menggunakan cara tradisional dalam proses pendataan ataupun mengnge cek data penduduk yang selama ini masih menggunakan kertas.

Abstract

Head office and branch VPN networks are used to connect the head office with branches spread across geographically separated areas. However, network security and availability can be affected by various factors, such as internet connection failures, excessive bandwidth usage, and other disturbances. To overcome this, researchers provide a solution for implementing Failover VPN at the head office and branches using SDWAN technology. With SDWAN, companies can choose a connection path that is more reliable and has a higher speed, thereby optimizing bandwidth usage and improving network availability. In this study, researchers tried to simulate Headquarters and Branch Office VPN Failover Using SDWAN Technology with the Best Quality Strategy at PNETLab. This study uses 2 connections, namely internet connection and MPLS. MPLS is Primary and the internet as Backup. The test is carried out using three schemes, scheme 1 when in normal conditions, scheme 2 when the packet loss on the MPLS link increases then traffic is taken over by the internet connection, and scheme 3 when the packet loss on the MPLS link returns to normal.

Abstract

An efficient and reliable WAN network is the key to success for modern businesses. With the increasing complexity of the network and the challenges in monitoring BUM traffic (Broadcast, Unkown Unicast, Multicast), a more sophisticated solution is needed. This research focuses on the use of EVPN-MPLS as a superior option for L2VPN technology. Using the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method, this research implements EVPN-MPLS using Juniper devices and conducts performance testing using the PNET-LAB simulation application. The results show that EVPN-MPLS outperforms in terms of latency, jitter, and BUM traffic monitoring. In a testing scenario where one of the PE routers is down, EVPN experiences a packet loss of 4%, while VPLS reaches 12-16%. In addition, the active-active multihoming feature in EVPN-MPLS also offers efficient load balancing and capacity enhancement. Although it requires significant control plane routing resources, EVPN-MPLS promises to improve WAN network performance, especially for internet service providers. This research is expected to provide insights and practical recommendations for those who want to optimize their WAN network management.

Abstract

Multi-edge computing is one of the technologies that allows data processing to be performed at the edge of the network, thereby reducing latency and speeding up overall data processing. On the other hand, 5G private networks with high quality and low latency enable fast and stable data transmission. However, in implementing multi-edge computing technology with 5G private networks, it is necessary to use the right open source resources to support its success at a lower investment cost. This thesis aims to classify the utilization of open source resources in multi-edge computing technology with quality and low latency 5G private networks using network slicing technology. The development methodology includes literature study, system development, data collection, data analysis, and system performance evaluation implemented on top of type 2 hypervisor virtualization on Virtualbox. The results of this thesis are expected to show that there are several open source resources that can be used in multi-edge computing technology with 5G private networks, such as Open5gs, Kubernetes, Virtualbox, so as to form a network with low latency and low cost.
