Abstract

Kenyataan dibentuk lewat proses inter subyektivitas antar masing-masing peserta komunikasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of interpersonal communication of tax service officers on the perception and level of satisfaction of taxpayers at KPP Pratama Lubuk Pakam. The theory used in this study is the theory of interpersonal communication by Devito (2015), the theory of perception by Murtiadi (2015), and the theory of the level of satisfaction of public services according to Berry et al (2011). This study uses a quantitative method that is correlational, with a population of all individual taxpayers who are actively registered at KPP Pratama Lubuk Pakam and a sample of 100 respondents through purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by distributingquestionnaires online through google forms and literature studies. Data analysis was performed using thecorrelation formula Pearson and simple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that interpersonal communication has a significant effect on the perception of taxpayers by 69%, and on the level of satisfaction of taxpayers by 74.6%. So it can be concluded that the success of the tax service officer's communication is one of the determinants of the taxpayer's own perception of taxes, and will determine the extent to which the taxpayer's level of satisfaction with tax services he gets from tax officials.

Entrepreneurs assemble and unite all the necessary resources i.e. money, people, business models, strategies and the ability to take risks to turn new inventions into a workable business. A business refers to a marketing mix consisting of product, price, place and promotion. As a marketing mix, promotion has several challenges to the effectiveness and efficiency of the marketing message to be conveyed. For this reason, the concept of integrated marketing communication emerged which combines several marketing communication tactics into an integrated manner to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing messages. Knowledge, understanding and implementation of integrated marketing communications will help an entrepreneur to help market his brand. This paper aims to conduct a theoretical study between entrepreneurship and integrated marketing communication as a method of marketing promotion. If carried out comprehensively, integrated marketing communications will help an entrepreneur to help him introduce, form a positive impression and retain his customers for his brand.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find and study about model religious communication and Sunni-Syi'i Conflict in Social Media in Making Harmonist Relationships in North Sumatera. This research will start from the interpretive paradigm. In this paradigm view, human beings are "impossible not to communicate". The result shows that Since the beginning of their respective existence, religious communication between Sunni-Shi'is in North Sumatra has always experienced ups and downs in accordance with the existing context in the region. Following the fatwa from the Center, all Islamic organizations in North Sumatra, both NU, Muhammadiyah and Al Washliyah as the oldest Islamic organizations, as well as more recent Islamic organizations such as An Nas, which are Sunnah, agree to state that Shi'ism is a religious understanding who are perverted / deviant. However, based on existing political trends, after the Reformation, slowly the views of Sunni Islamic Organizations began to shift. This shift in view also follows the fatwa of the leadership of the mass organizations at the central level, along with the constellation of religious relations in the Islamic world, even though the shift is taking place gradually. The more moderate NU argues that the non-ghulat Syi groups are not heretical, even though grassroots congregations still view all Shi'i ideas as deviant / deviant, because information does not spread quickly and evenly.
