Abstract

Komunikasi ekspresif merupakan tantangan utama bagi anak autis usia dini, terutama dalam menyatakan keinginan. Pendekatan DIR/Floortime dapat menjadi alternatif cara untuk mengembangkan komunikasi ekspresif pada anak autis usia dini karena berfokus pada pengembangan interaksi emosional. Pendekatan ini masih jarang diterapkan di PAUD nonformal di Indonesia dan minim kajian empiris lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi intervensi komunikasi ekspresif berbasis DIR/Floortime yang dikombinasikan dengan strategi bermain pada anak ASD usia 7 tahun. Intervensi dilaksanakan dalam delapan sesi, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, catatan lapangan, dan Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales-II. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi ekspresif, yaitu skor 3,0 pada inisiatif berkomunikasi dan menyatakan keinginan, serta 2,0 pada penggunaan bantuan komunikasi visual. Temuan ini menegaskan potensi DIR/Floortime sebagai strategi intervensi efektif di konteks budaya Indonesia dan memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pendidikan inklusif dan pengembangan program PAUD nonformal untuk anak dengan ASD.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the social events and social values contained in the novel Bayanaka Sigrah. This research is in the form of a qualitative descriptive study. The approach used is literary sociology. The data source for this research is social events and social values in the novel Bayanaka Sigrah by Ichamfs14. Data collection techniques use library research. Data analysis techniques include reading and understanding, creating a synopsis, describing, reviewing/analyzing, and making conclusions. The results of the research show that the social events contained in the Bayanaka Sigrah novel are about sexual relations outside marriage, harassment of female workers, fraternal bonds between humans, self-eradication from poverty and defamation. The social events above have impacts related to social values. The social values in the Bayanaka Sigrah novel include; gender equality, hard work, empathy, sympathy, concern for others, and compassion.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based information system as a digital showcase for agricultural products by farmer groups under the Social Forestry Program in Garut Regency. The primary issue addressed is the limited market access and visibility of local agricultural products. The system was developed using the Agile methodology, enabling rapid iteration and user-driven adaptation. System design was modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML), including use case, activity, class, and sequence diagrams. The platform was built with the CodeIgniter framework due to its efficiency and scalability in PHP-based applications. Key features include farmer group profiles, a product catalog, and an admin dashboard for data management. Data collection was conducted through field observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. The results indicate that the system significantly enhances information accessibility, expands promotional reach, and strengthens the digital identity of farmer groups. These findings affirm that the application of information and communication technologies supports sustainable community-based digital agricultural transformation.

Abstract

Digital transformation has encouraged organisations to adopt information systems that are more efficient, accurate, and transparent, including in the management of personnel attendance. Conventional manual attendance systems still present significant limitations, such as high susceptibility to human error, data duplication, manipulation, and inefficiency in data processing and reporting. This study aims to design and develop a QR code–based attendance system as a digital solution to improve the reliability and accountability of attendance records. The software development process follows the Waterfall methodology, encompassing requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. System modelling is conducted using unified modeling language (UML) diagrams and an entity relationship diagram (ERD) to clearly define system structure and operational workflows. The implemented system enables attendance recording through QR code scanning integrated with a centralised database in real-time, supported by QR validity checks, location validation based on location name or GPS radius, prevention of duplicate scans within a five-minute interval, and automatic determination of attendance status as PRESENT or LATE. System testing is performed using the Black Box Testing method to verify functional compliance from the user’s perspective without examining internal code structures. The testing results demonstrate that all core system functions operate in accordance with the specified requirements and business rules, responding appropriately to both valid and invalid input scenarios. Furthermore, each successful transaction consistently generates attendance records and activity logs, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and accountability. Overall, the proposed QR code–based attendance system effectively enhances efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in attendance management and is considered suitable for operational implementation and further development.

Abstract

Employee attendance plays a crucial role in human resource management; however, at Perumda Tirta Intan Garut, the attendance process is still conducted manually, leading to recording errors, delays in data recapitulation, and difficulties in monitoring employee discipline. This study aims to develop a web-based employee attendance information system using the Agile Development method to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of attendance management. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach combined with Agile Methodology, allowing iterative system development and continuous user feedback. System modeling is carried out using Unified Modeling Language (UML), including use case, activity, sequence, and class diagrams. The system is implemented using the Laravel framework and a MySQL database, while functional testing is conducted using Black Box Testing. The results indicate that the developed system enables real-time attendance recording, reduces data entry errors, accelerates attendance report generation, and improves user satisfaction. This study contributes practically by providing an adaptive and efficient web-based attendance system and methodologically by demonstrating the effectiveness of Agile Development in information system development within public service organizations.

Abstract

The design and development of a web-based information system to improve the quality of service and education at Nurul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School represented a strategic effort to utilize information technology in enhancing administrative efficiency and information accessibility. The system was developed to address problems related to ineffective information dissemination and the manual registration process for new students. The web-based application, developed using the Waterfall method, enabled online student registration and provided faster and more accurate access to educational information. System development involved requirements analysis, Unified Modeling Language design, interface and backend implementation, and system testing. To evaluate the effectiveness of the developed system, user acceptance was assessed using User Acceptance Testing based on a five-point Likert scale questionnaire involving 15 system users. The evaluation focused on system usability, ease of use, information clarity, system efficiency, and user satisfaction. The evaluation results showed an overall average acceptance score of 4.39, indicating a high level of user acceptance. These results demonstrated that the system was capable of improving administrative efficiency and supporting educational services in a more structured and effective manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) terhadap keaktifan belajar peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment, yang melibatkan dua kelompok penelitian, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen diberikan perlakuan berupa penerapan model pembelajaran STAD, sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Basic Learning (PBL). Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 52 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen angket keaktifan belajar yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,646, sehingga instrumen dinyatakan layak digunakan. Sebelum dilakukan pengujian hipotesis, data terlebih dahulu dianalisis melalui uji prasyarat. Hasil uji normalitas menggunakan Shapiro–Wilk menunjukkan bahwa data keaktifan belajar pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol berdistribusi normal. Namun, hasil uji homogenitas varians menggunakan uji Levene menunjukkan bahwa varians data tidak homogen. Oleh karena itu, pengujian hipotesis dilanjutkan menggunakan uji Independent Samples t-Test dengan asumsi varians tidak sama (Welch’s t-test). Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,022, yang lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi 0,05. Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara keaktifan belajar peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran STAD efektif dalam meningkatkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of using interactive WordWall media on the early reading ability of Grade II slow learner students in elementary school. Employing a quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest control group, 40 slow learner students were divided equally into experiment and control groups. The experimental group received instruction using WordWall interactive activities, while the control group received conventional reading instruction. Data were collected via standardized reading fluency and comprehension tests, observation checklists, and student interviews. Results showed that the experimental group exhibited significantly greater improvements in reading ability (fluency, word recognition, and comprehension) compared to the control group (p < 0.05). The effect size (Cohen’s d) was medium to large, indicating a practically meaningful impact. Compared with prior studies in Indonesia and abroad that used WordWall or other gamified media, our findings confirm and extend evidence that interactive media can support reading development especially for weaker learners. This research contributes novelty by focusing specifically on slow learner students in lower primary reading and demonstrates that WordWall—previously used predominantly for vocabulary or language learning—can be adapted for reading remediation. Implications for educational practice and future longitudinal studies are discussed.
