Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of village fund budgets in efforts to maintain farm roads. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with the data used coming from primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data through documentation. The results of this research show that based on the results of the analysis previously presented, it can be concluded that the effectiveness and efficiency of the village fund budget in efforts to improve farming roads in Anugrah Village can be said to be efficient but still less effective. This is because the village budget is still limited by regulations, the obstacle faced is the lack of Village Funds to finance all programs and the climate conditions in Anugrah Village.

Abstract

Law Number 6 of 2014 and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 1 of 2016 mandate transparent and participatory village asset management. However, managerial constraints and weak administration often hamper this regulation at the local level. This study aims to analyze the implementation of village asset planning and maintenance in Kota Bangun Village, Ranomeeto District, South Konawe Regency, and its relationship to the principles of Good Government Governance (GGG). Using qualitative descriptive methods with interactive data analysis and triangulation techniques, this research found that asset planning in Kota Bangun Village has been carried out in accordance with regulations through the Village Development Planning Forum (Musrenbangdes) mechanism involving the Village Consultative Body (BPD) and community elements in a bottom-up manner. Conversely, the asset maintenance function has not met the standards of Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 1 of 2016 because the village government has not conducted an inventory due to limited human resource capacity and internal administration. The absence of an inventory master book triggers uncertainty about asset volume, obscures ownership status, and hampers maintenance budgeting. Nevertheless, the implementation of the GGG principle shows a positive trend, where budget transparency is able to reduce suspicion and boost public trust. It was concluded that asset planning had met regulatory standards, but the maintenance sector required fundamental improvements related to increasing the administrative capacity of village apparatus human resources.

Abstract

Dengan adanya sumber daya manusia yang baik maka diharapkan perusahaan atau organisasi akan mampu mengoptimalkan dan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru yang dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi padaa SMP se Kecamatan Wawonii Barat Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatif asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai negeri di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) se Kecamatan Wawonii Barat Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan sejumlah 50 orang, karena jumlah populasi yang relatif kecil maka semua populasi dijadikan responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis adalah Partial Least Square (PLS 4.0). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, lingkungan kerja  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Dengan demikian komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Work Life Balance dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Cabang Palopo. Jumlah karyawan karyawan PT. Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Cabang Palopo terdiri dari 13 orang dan yang menjadi informan kunci adalah informan  I yaitu Branch Support Operational Atas nama Indriyanti (key informan). Metode analisis data yang digunakan disesuaikan dengan tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis suatu fenomena dengan cara mendeskripsikan fokus penelitian yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Deskriptif kualitatif sesuai dengan pendapat Miles dan Huberman Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa: Work Life Balance dapat meningkatkan kinelrja karyawan PT. Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Cabang Palopo pada aspek kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, Waktu Kerja, dan Kerja Sama sehingga Work Life Balance baik Keseimbangan Waktu (Time Balance), Keseimbangan Ketertarikan (Involvement Balance), Keseimbangan Kepuasan (Satisfaction Balance) karyawan pada PT. Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Cabang Palopo terimplementasi dengan baik. Karyawan sangat di berikan waktu yang cukup untuk dapat melakukan aktivitas kerja sembari waktu untuk kehidupan pribadi / keluarga dan social dengan harapan karyawan akan lebih semangat serta termotivasi untuk memberikan Kinerja terbaik, Perusahaan membuka ruang kepada karyawan untuk berpartisipasi dan terlibat dalam event atau kegiatan/projek perusahaan sehingga rasa memiliki perusahaan lebih besar, yang nantinya di harapkan karyawan akan merasa Puas berada di lingkungan perusahaan, selain itu perusahaan sangat peduli dengan kepuasan karyawan khususnya dari Segi Jenjang Carier, Financial Income, kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana kerja serta transportasi dan akomodasi yang di butuhkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The aim to be achieved in this research is to determine and analyze public awareness of shipping navigation aids in Southeast Sulawesi waters at the Kendari Type A Class III Navigation office. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection tools include observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research were the Head of Installation, the Shipping Navigation Aids technician, with the Head of the Shipping Navigation Aids Section as the key informant. The results of this research show that: Public awareness of shipping navigation aids at the Kendari Type A Class III Navigation District Office. Researchers can conclude that the Kendari Class III Type A Navigation District office has not been optimal in conducting socialization regarding shipping navigation aids to the community along the coast. and around the location of the facility. As a result, most people do not know the role and function of shipping navigation aids in supporting shipping safety in Southeast Sulawesi waters. However, through interviews conducted, the community stated that if they understood the function and use of shipping navigation aids, they would be better prepared to maintain and protect these facilities from the actions of irresponsible groups.

Abstract

Uni Ross Padang Restaurant Kendari is a culinary business. The sales of the food menu offered at the Uni Ross Padang Restaurant are very diverse, but the turnover received from month to month is still unstable. Seeing these problems, a development strategy is needed at the Uni Ross Padang Restaurant in Kendari to overcome these turnover problems. This study aims to determine and analyse marketing strategies to increase the amount of turnover at the Uni Ross Kendari Restaurant. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with the SWOT (Strength-Weakness Opportunity-Threats Analysis) and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) method approaches. Data processing is carried out using an internal factor evaluation (IFE) matrix and an external factor evaluation (EFE) matrix. Based on the results of the calculation, the IFE score obtained is 2.33 and the EFE score is 2.03. Furthermore, the results of SWOT and QSPM analysis obtained a priority strategy that must be carried out is to optimise strategic business locations to attract people's purchasing power with a TAS value of 6.44. Thus, the main focus that needs to be developed by Rumah Makan Padang Uni Ross Kendari is to maximise the potential of business locations, businesses can improve operational efficiency and achieve more stable growth.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction and motivation in mediating the effect of employee income supplement (TPP) on employee performance at the Konawe Selatan Regency BKPSDM. The type of research used is a quantitative approach. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation (Smart PLS). The results of this study indicate that employee income supplement (TPP) has a significant effect on employee performance at the Konawe Selatan Regency BKPSDM. Employee income supplement (TPP) has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Konawe Selatan Regency BKPSDM. Employee income supplement (TPP) has a significant effect on employee motivation at the Konawe Selatan Regency BKPSDM. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance at the Konawe Selatan Regency BKPSDM. Motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance at the Konawe Selatan Regency BKPSDM. Job satisfaction does not have a significant mediating effect in employee income supplement (TPP) on employee performance at the Konawe Selatan Regency BKPSDM. Motivation does not have a significant mediating effect on the provision of additional employee income (TPP) on the performance of BKPSDM employees of South Konawe Regency.

Abstract

Digital marketing is increasingly important for micro-retailers, yet social-media presence does not automatically translate into sales revenue. This study examines how customer-facing digital marketing practices support sales-related outcomes at Ramadhani Cell, a micro-retailer of smartphones, accessories, and repair services. A descriptive qualitative case-study design was employed using interviews, observation, and documentation, with source, technique, and time triangulation and an interactive process of data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The empirical analysis retains four dimensions used in the field study: interactivity, informativeness, personalization, and trendiness. The findings show that Instagram facilitates rapid two-way communication and product updates; informative photo/video content reduces customer search effort; personalized responses and feedback strengthen perceived relevance; and monitoring marketplaces, competitors, and customer input supports trend sensing. These practices are associated with customer engagement, demand formation, and sales activity, but the available turnover figures—IDR 428 million in October, IDR 534 million in November, and IDR 490 million in December 2024—combine online and offline transactions and therefore do not establish a causal digital-marketing effect. Digital promotion also creates advertising and content-related costs, so turnover should not be conflated with profit. The study contributes a feature-to-revenue conversion perspective in which digital marketing creates commercial value through engagement, information quality, market sensing, and relevance, while conversion depends on managerial digital capability and measurement discipline.

Abstract

Food-processing micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in resource-based regions often possess strong local inputs but struggle to convert these resources into scalable competitive advantage because of limited managerial capability, production equipment, promotion, and market access. This study prioritizes development strategies for food-processing MSMEs in East Kolaka Regency, Indonesia, by integrating internal-external diagnosis with strategic attractiveness assessment. A descriptive qualitative design supported by structured quantitative strategic analysis was employed. Primary data were obtained from purposively selected key informants representing active food-processing MSMEs and local government, using observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. IFAS-EFAS, SWOT, and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) were applied sequentially. The findings place the MSMEs in Quadrant I, indicating an aggressive-growth position in which internal strengths can be mobilized to capture external opportunities. Product innovation obtained the highest Total Attractiveness Score (6.25), followed by digital marketing (5.58) and distribution expansion (5.48). The results indicate that competitiveness is not generated by local resources alone; it depends on converting product quality, distinctive taste, and raw-material availability into differentiated offerings and connecting them to wider markets through digital and distribution capabilities. The study contributes by linking resource-based strengths, dynamic-capability logic, and structured strategy prioritization in a local food-MSME setting. Policy and managerial interventions should therefore sequence product innovation, digital market capability, and channel expansion rather than treat them as isolated programs.
