Abstract

Background: Stunting adalah kondisi anak bertubuh pendek akibat kekurangan gizi sejak dalam kandungan hingga awal kehidupan. Pembentukan kader posyandu menjadi langkah efektif untuk mendukung pemberian ASI eksklusif dan mencegah stunting. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan peran kader dalam menurunkan angka stunting di Desa Pesanggrahan. Metode: Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dilakukan dengan metode Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA)dengan menggunakan Pre-Test dan Post-Test untuk mengukur peningkatan kemampuan peserta sebelum dan setelah pelatihan. Hasil: Setelah mengikuti pelatihan teori dan praktik, para kader mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan deteksi dini stunting, termasuk pengukuran tinggi badan, berat badan, LILA, dan lingkar kepala, serta kemampuan menginterpretasikan hasilnya untuk mengidentifikasi gejala stunting pada anak. Kesimpulan: Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader, yang terlihat dari perbedaan skor pre-test dan post-test. Sebagai tindak lanjut, bidan desa melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi untuk memastikan keberlanjutan deteksi dini stunting, serta dilakukan penguatan organisasi kader agar upaya pencegahan stunting dapat berlanjut secara berkesinambungan di tingkat desa.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of occupational safety and health (OHS) implementation on employee commitment at PO Bus Juragan 99 Trans. Optimal K3 implementation not only serves as an effort to mitigate occupational safety risks, but also as a factor that can increase job satisfaction and employee commitment to the organization. This research was conducted on the bus crew (drivers and co-drivers) of PO Juragan 99 Trans as respondents. The population in this study were all AKAP and Tourism bus crews of PO J99 Trans with a total of 101 people. To determine the number of samples, the Slovin formula was used so that a sample size of 81 people was obtained. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed to the PO Juragan 99 Trans bus crew as respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with the help of SmartPLS software to analyze direct effects and indirect effects (mediation). The results showed that the application of OHS has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction is proven to act as a mediating variable that strengthens the influence between OHS implementation on employee commitment. With a good OHS policy in place, employees feel safer, more comfortable, and valued, which in turn will increase their commitment such as through increased loyalty and productivity. The implication of this study confirms that companies need to continue to develop comprehensive OHS policies to create a safer and more conducive work environment. Abstract

Abstract This research explores how spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and social intelligence impact the mindset of Generation Z in Ima'an Village, focusing on individuals aged 17–27. Employing an explanatory method with a quantitative approach, the study utilizes descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis to identify which independent variables significantly influence mindset. The results for Hypothesis 1 indicate that spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on the mindset of Generation Z in the village, as shown by a significance value of 0,001, which is below the 0,05 threshold. Meanwhile, Hypothesis 3 is rejected. For Hypothesis 4, emotional intelligence does not significantly influence mindset, as evidenced by a significance value of 0,555, which exceeds 0,05, leading to the rejection of this hypothesis. Furthermore, the F-test reveals that all independent variables together have a significant impact on the dependent variable, with a significance value of 0,001. Keywords: Spiritual Intelligence, Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence, Generation Z Mindset.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to assess the economic, social, and environmental impacts generated by investments made in BUMDes Mutiara Welirang, Taman Ghanjaran Tourism Unit, using the Social Return on Investment (SROI) analysis tool. The SROI methodology is carried out through several stages: defining the scope, mapping the impact, evidencing and valuing the impact, determining the final impact, and calculating the SROI ratio. This research employs a qualitative approach to understand the impacts of BUMDes Mutiara Welirang, Taman Ghanjaran Tourism Unit. The findings indicate that the SROI ratio is 1.59, meaning that every rupiah invested in supporting the village tourism program generates an impact value of IDR 1.59. This demonstrates that BUMDes Mutiara Welirang, Taman Ghanjaran Tourism Unit, has successfully created significant social impacts, benefiting the residents of Ketapanrame Village. Keywords : Community Empowerment, Social Impact, Investment, Social Return on Investment (SROI), BUMDes Mutiara Welirang, Village Tourism, Taman Ghanjaran.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Salah satu bentuk perizinan penting dalam sebuah usaha adalah Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). NIB memberikan pengakuan secara sah bahwa pelaku usaha telah terdaftar dan diakui oleh pemerintah.   Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu pelaku UMKM untuk memiliki NIB sebagai syarat legalitas usaha yang diperlukan untuk mengembangkan dan memperluas jangkauan bisnis mereka, serta mengedukasi pelaku UMKM tentang pentingnya memiliki NIB, baik sebagai pengesahan usaha oleh pemerintah maupun sebagai tanda pengenal yang dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan kemudahan akses terhadap program pemberdayaan pemerintah. Metode: Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dilakukan dengan metode Forum Group Discussion (FGD), penyuluhan dari rumah ke rumah dan pelatihan usaha. Hasil: UMKM di Desa Sumbermanjing Wetan mampu berkembang lebih maju, menciptakan produk berkualitas tinggi yang tidak hanya dikenal secara lokal tetapi juga memiliki potensi untuk bersaing Selain inovasi pada labelling, pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh tim PKM juga menekankan pentingnya packaging sebagai bagian dari strategi pengemasan produk. Kesimpulan: pelaku UMKM di Desa Sumbermanjing wetan memiliki potensi yang cukup baik, namun masih memerlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam beberapa aspek seperti peningkatan proses labelling dan kemasan. Dalam hal ini dibutuhkan pelatihan tambahan untuk menciptakan label dan kemasan yang lebih menarik guna meningkatkan daya tarik produk dan memperluas pangsa pasar. Serta pengurusan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Pentingnya legalitas usaha melalui pengurusan NIB agar pelaku usaha memiliki tanda pengenal resmi dan perlindungan hukum.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee performance at Purwanto Farm Blitar. The research data were obtained through a survey by distributing questionnaires to 30 employees using a Non-Probability Sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using a quantitative method with the assistance of SPSS version 27. The results showed that intrinsic motivation did not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, whereas extrinsic motivation had a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the findings, it is recommended that the company focus more on aspects of extrinsic motivation, such as providing rewards, compensation, salaries and benefits, good working conditions, job security, and supervision from superiors to improve overall employee performance. Keywords: Intrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the mediating role of brand credibility on the influence of celebrity endorsement on buying intention. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used Malhotra's formula with the results of calculating 80 samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and SEM with the Smart PLS software tool. Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to analyze the influence of User-Generated Content, Social Proof, and Brand Image on the purchase decisions of Make Over products among consumers who are active on social media. The background of this research is based on the increasing use of social media, which plays an important role in shaping consumer purchase decisions, especially in the cosmetics industry. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 140 respondents in the Malang area. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that User-Generated Content has no significant effect on purchase decisions. However, Social Proof and Brand Image have a positive and significant influence. These findings suggest that Make Over should improve its Social Proof and Brand Image as part of its marketing strategy to influence consumer purchase decisions. Keywords: User-Generated Content, Social Proof, Brand Image, Purchase Decision, Make Over

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in management practices at the Malang City Education and Culture Office. The background of this research is based on the challenges of digital transformation in the public sector, particularly at the local government level, which has not fully utilized the potential of AI. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The informants in the study consisted of structural officials and technical staff relevant to the management of the information system within the agency. The research findings indicate that understanding of AI technology is still limited and has not yet become part of the agency's strategic policy. Human resources show high enthusiasm, especially from the younger generation, but still require technical training and ongoing mentoring. The lack of specific policy guidance from leadership is a constraint in planning and budgeting for AI-based programs. Relevant and realistic forms of AI implementation include internal service chatbot systems, automated employee data management, and analysis of educational infrastructure needs. This research recommends the importance of phased planning, strengthening human resource capacity, and more progressive policy support to promote the sustainable adoption of AI in the local public sector. Keywords: Artificial Intelligence, Public Management, Digital Transformation, Local Government, Education Department.

Abstract

The educational seminar conducted by KKM Group 57 at SDN 1 Mekarsari, Rangkasbitung District, was part of a community service program aimed at improving students' understanding of the importance of active, creative, and disciplined learning. This activity was motivated by low student learning motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic. Students tended to be less enthusiastic, rarely asked questions, and were inactive in classroom learning activities. This seminar was designed as an educational effort to introduce effective and enjoyable learning strategies. The implementation method included interactive material delivery, a question-and-answer session, and the distribution of worksheets to encourage active participation. The activity was carried out face-to-face with the support of a teacher as an additional facilitator. The implementation results showed an increase in student enthusiasm and courage in expressing opinions, as well as a growing interest in a more dynamic learning process. Teachers also gained new insights to develop more engaging learning methods. This activity is expected to become a model of community service that can be replicated in elementary schools in rural areas, to strengthen the synergy between students, educators, and the community in improving the quality of basic education.
