Abstract

This article discusses the procedure for diagnosing capabilities in a knowledge-based organizational capability development model. This research uses library research. In this study, researchers used two kinds of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The method of data collection is by tracing sources of literature documentation and library materials that are relevant to the problems studied. The results of the analysis conclude that staff development is an increase in intellectual or emotional abilities needed to do a better job with the principles of growth, change, and reform. Staff development constraints include participants, trainers or infrastructure, development facilities, curriculum, and development funds. An effective staff development model begins with human resource planning, identifying the required capabilities and capacities, Succession Planning, Development Needs Assessment, Development Planning, Development Approach, and Evaluation of Development Success.

Abstract

The population in Indonesia has a variety of ethnicities and different tribes. Some races and tribes greatly influence economic, social, and cultural diversity.   The existence of other nationalities will cause different mentalities so that the work ethic that each individual or group has will also be different. Several factors influence the work ethic, one of which is religiosity and Islamic work ethics. This article aims to analyze the effect of religiosity and Islamic work ethics on the work ethic of Muslim traders. The study's results stated that state financial managers who want the creation of religiosity variables have a positive and insignificant effect on work ethic. Meanwhile, Islamic work ethic variables have a positive and significant impact on the work ethic of Muslim traders.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of the most prominent Islamic organization in Indonesia, namely Nahdhatul Ulama, in accelerating halal certification. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that the halal certification agency played by Nahdhatul Ulama' has no other purpose than its establishment, namely the existence of a benefit. Maslahah mursalah is the proper basic concept taken to provide certainty of the status of the NU Halal Agency halal certification agency with authority to carry out halal certification. This can be confirmed by lying in the kulliyatul al-khamsah, namely: protection of religion, soul, reason, protection against descent and of property.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze Maqasid as-Syaria in Islamic business management. This research is a qualitative research of the library. The study results stated that business activities require good governance, so the business can continue to develop and advance. In addition, Muslims must base business management on the provisions of Shari'a. The practicality of Islamic business management is in line with Maqasid as-Syaria. Where it has fulfilled the element of benefit based on hifdzu ad-dien, hifdzu annafs, hifdzu al-aql, hifdzu an-nasl, and hifdzu al-maal.
