Abstract

Abstract This Research Aims To Test And Explain The Influence Of Motivation, Communication And Work Stress On Job Satisfaction Of Employees. Toeng Market Company Surabaya. This Research Uses A Quantitative Approach Where The Number Of Samples Is 82. To Solve Problem In This Research Using Spss Assistance In Analyzing Various Type Of Tests, Carried Out Such As Validity Tests, Reability Test, Test Normality, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, Multiple Liniear Regression Test And Test Coefficient Of Determination Adjusted R2. The Results Of This Research Are That Motivation, Communication And Work Stres Have A Simultaneous Effect On Job Satisfaction, And Motivation And Communication Partially Have A Positive Effect On Job Satisfaction, While Work Stres Has A Negative Effect On Job Satisfaction. Keywords : Motivation, Communication, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work-life Balance on Employee Engagement. This research uses a case employee study of PT. Bento Group Indonesia Malang area uses nonprobability sampling with the technique taken, namely saturated sampling (census). The data analysis methods used in this research are Instrument Test (validity test and reliability test), Normality Test, Classic Assumption Test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test (F test and t test), and Test Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R2). The analysis process uses SPSS. The results of the research state that Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work-Life Balance simultaneously influence Employee Engagement and partially Organizational Culture and Work-Life Balance have a significant influence on Employee Engagement, while Leadership has no influence on Employee Engagement.  Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Work-life Balance and Employee Engagement.

Abstract

Abstract The location of the village location of Sumberdem is in Wonosari Subdistrict, Malang Regency. the location has the potential to become a tourist destination, and the local government supports the presence of the Tourism Village in this study. to become a tourist destination, and the local government supports the presence of the Tourism Village in this study. The main objective of this research is to analyze the development of Sumberdem Tourism Village. The method of data collection used is a qualitative method which includes documentation and interviews as data collection tools. To improve the quality of data, the quality of researchers using SWOT and PEST data analysis techniques. Furthermore, the researcher used the source triangulation technique to analyze the data. The results of this study are a strategy for the development of a Tourism Village that takes into account internal and external resources. The analysis conducted by this study highlights the potential limitations and strengths of the study. The findings of the study indicate that the research of the Sumberdem Tourism Village still requires the support of various related parties in order to become a legitimate tourism village as well as increasing training and education for the community and Pokdarwis. Keywords: Tourism Village, Development, potential

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to see the influence of UMKM practices on the competitiveness of UMKM in Rejoso Hamlet, Junrejo Village. The number of samples used in this research was 35 UMKM, using a probability sampling method in the form of census sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Research data was analyzed using IBM SPSS software. Analysis data using multiple regression method. The research results show that recruitment does not have a positive and significant influence on the competitiveness of UMKM in Rejoso Hamlet, Junrejo Village. The training had a positive and significant influence on the competitiveness of MSMEs in Rejoso Hamlet, Junrejo Village. Payroll has a positive and significant influence on the competitiveness of UMKM in Dsusun Rejoso, Junrejo Village. Keywords: Competitiveness, Recruiting, Training, Payroll, UMKM

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The subjects used in this study were employees at DISPENDUKCAPIL Kab. Malang. DISPENDUKCAPIL Kab. Malang acts as an implementer of regional autonomy in the field of Population and Civil Registration. The number of samples taken in this study were 76 respondents. The data obtained was done from the results of distributing questionnaires directly using saturated sampling techniques. Processing of data that has been collected is done with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Leadership has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Job Satisfaction has no effect on Employee Performance. Also, Job Satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of Leadership on Employee Performance. This study shows that despite good leadership, job satisfaction cannot effectively link the positive influence of leadership with improved employee performance. Keywords: Leadership; Employee Performance; Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Research on job stress on employees who carry out work from home is rarely studied, so this research is essential considering that Covid-19 impacts the Indonesian Islamic banking industry. This article aims to analyze work-family conflict mediated by an organizational commitment to job stress at Bank Syariah Indonesia employees. The sample was Bank Syariah Indonesia employees who were scattered in several areas in East Java as many as 197 respondents from various branch offices and units. Questionnaires are distributed via google form as direct data collection from respondents. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling partial least square (SEM-PLS), which was then used to answer the research hypothesis. The results showed work-family conflict affects employee job stress. Work-family conflict affects organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a significant effect on job stress, and organizational commitment mediates work-family conflict on job stress. Implications for further research suggest comparing job stress during the pandemic and after the pandemic. The theoretical contribution of this research supports conflict theory and scarcity theory which says that stress in one role can limit an individual's ability to fulfill other roles, which will lead to work-family conflict. DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jkdp.v25i2.5537

Abstract

Background: BUMDes dapat menjadi motor penggerak utama dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kemandirian ekonomi desa. Keberhasilan ini tidak hanya membawa manfaat ekonomi, tetapi juga meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan rasa kebersamaan dalam masyarakat desa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Pesanggrahan Kota Batu tampaknya sangat relevan dan bermanfaat. Metode: Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode pendekatan melalui program sosialisasi dan diskusi pada Desa Pesanggrahan. Hasil: Dalam kegiatan peserta menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dalam mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi dari awal hingga akhir acara, terutama pada sesi diskusi. BUMDES Mayangsari telah banyak melakukan program untuk memanfaatkan BUMDes seperti adanya produksi sabun susu, rest area Bondo Deso, fasilitas UMKM melalui platform tokobatu.com, Gantangan Mayangsari dan lain sebagainya. Kesimpulan: Dengan optimalisasi peran BUMDes seperti yang dilakukan melalui berbagai unit usaha seperti Sabun Susu Mayangsari dan Gantangan Mayangsari, desa ini dapat mencapai kemajuan signifikan dalam aspek ekonomi dan sosial. Upaya ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara langsung tetapi juga memberikan dampak jangka panjang dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang sejahtera, mandiri, dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: PKK berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup keluarga. Di Kelurahan Songgokerto, Kota Batu, ibu-ibu PKK dilibatkan dalam pelatihan kewirausahaan untuk mendukung kesejahteraan ekonomi lokal. Metode: Pelatihan dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui diskusi interaktif, simulasi, dan praktik langsung. Hasil: Peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi, aktif berpartisipasi, dan memperoleh wawasan baru tentang kewirausahaan. Program ini mendorong pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal dan meningkatkan keterampilan peserta dalam berinovasi. Kesimpulan: Pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif signifikan, memperluas wawasan, dan meningkatkan peran ibu-ibu PKK dalam pembangunan ekonomi lokal. Kegiatan serupa perlu diteruskan untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih mandiri dan sejahtera.

Abstract

Background: Komunikasi merupakan elemen krusial dalam penyampaian pesan-pesan pembangunan kepada masyarakat. Kondisi yang terjadi adalah kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap fungsi dana desa, pemberdayaan masyarakat yang tidak terlaksana dengan baik, dan adanya komunikasi yang tidak interaktif. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan keberhasilan program pemberdayaan dengan memastikan bahwa masyarakat terlibat secara aktif, memahami tujuan program, dan memiliki kapasitas yang diperlukan. Metode: Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan mengadopsi pendekatan people centered development berfokus pada pelatihan yang dirancang dengan menggunakan model seminar dan diskusi kelompok terfokus. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di desa Tlogosari, Kecamatan Tirtoyudo dengan jumlah 75 orang. Hasil: Kegiatan penyuluhan menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah dan partisipasi serta pemahaman masyarakat. Masyarakat Desa Tlogosari tampaknya belum sepenuhnya memahami program pemberdayaan yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah. Kesimpulan: Program pemberdayaan yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah sering kali hanya untuk memenuhi syarat administratif tanpa memberikan dampak nyata bagi masyarakat. Program-program tersebut belum sepenuhnya mencapai tujuannya dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, communication models and work stress on employee job satisfaction (study of Gen z Café Sarijan employees in Malang City). This research method uses quantitative methods. The population used was generation z employees at the Sarijan café in Malang city and 90 respondents were obtained using purposive sampling techniques with criteria determined by the researcher. Data collection methods use online and offline questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS Statictic 27 program. The research results show that Motivation, Communication Model and Job Stress simultaneously influence employee job satisfaction. Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, Communication Model partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, Job Stress partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Communication Model, Job Stress
