Abstract

Based on the results of observations that teacher learning has not used learning media so that students are less active and easily bored so that students do not understand the concept of the solar system material so that student learning outcomes on average are still below the KKM 70, only 10% of students complete from all students. This research uses research and development (RD) which has the aim of producing a product and testing the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the product in the form of military visual media (about the solar system). The stages of this research refer to the ADDIE design model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). This study concludes that the results of developing military visual media using data on validity, practicality and effectiveness get the following results, (1) army media is declared valid, with an average combined validity percentage of 85% which includes valid validity criteria may be used after minor revisions, (2) the practicality of army media is stated to be practical based on a questionnaire from the teacher's response with an average of 97.5% and an average student response questionnaire of 95.2% which includes very practical criteria and can be used without revision. (3) the effectiveness of army media is declared effective based on the posttest obtaining an average of 84.9% which states that the military media developed has been effective based on the results of scores above the predetermined KKM, which is 70%.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi bahwa pembelajaran guru belum menggunakan media pembelajaran sehingga siswa kurang aktif dan mudah bosan sehingga siswa kurang memahami konsep materi tata surya jadi hasil belajar siswa rata-rata masih dibawah KKM 70, hanya 10% siswa yang tuntas dari seluruh siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan dan pengembangan (R&D) yang memiliki tujuan menghasilkan produk dan menguji kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan produk yaitu berupa media visual Tentara (Tentang Tata Surya). Tahapan penelitian ini mengacu pada model desain ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan hasil pengembangan media visual Tentara menggunakan data kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan mendapatkan hasil sebagai berikut, (1) Media Tentara inyatakan valid, dengan presentase validitas gabungan rata-rata 85% yang termasuk kriteria kevalidan yang valid boleh digunakan setelah revisi kecil, (2) kepraktisan media Tentara dinyatakan praktis berdasarkan angket dari respon guru dengan rata-rata 97.5% dan angket respon siswa rata-rata 95,2% yang termasuk kriteria yang sangat praktis dan dapat digunakan tanpa revisi. (3) keefektifan media Tentara dinyatakan efektif berdasarkan posttest memperoleh rata-rata 84,9% yang menyatakan bahwa media Tentara yang dikembangkan sudah efektif berdasarkan hasil nilai di atas KKM yang telah di tentukan yaitu 70%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of observations made on fourth-grade students at SDN 1 Watudandang regarding students' difficulties in understanding and memorizing Javanese script. Some of the obstacles that arise include the limitations of learning tools and media. This research is Research and Development (Research & Development) with the ADDIE research model. The purpose of developing the Paku Saraja learning media (Javanese Script Cube Board) on Javanese Script material is to improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN 1 Watudandang. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is a qualitative data analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, which included material validity tests by material experts obtained an average score of 92 with very good eligibility criteria. Then the media validity test by media experts obtained an average value of 95 with very good eligibility criteria. The teacher's practicality test of the media obtained a score of 97 with very good eligibility criteria. As well as the practicality test of the media by students obtaining a score of 97 with very good eligibility criteria. Based on the product effectiveness test, many student scores increased above the KKM, namely 15 students out of 18 students. So, it can be concluded that the Paku Saraja learning media is feasible and effective for use in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakang hasil observasi dan wawancara di SD Negeri 1 Cengkok, yang menunjukan pembelajaran IPA pada kompetensi dasar struktur tumbuhan yang ada di kelas IV. Permasalahan yang ada di sekolah yaitu 1) guru yang masih dominaan menggunakan metode ceramah dalam proses KBM, 2) guru menjelaskan materi masih menggunakan buku yang sudah tersedia di sekolah, 3) guru hanya menggunakan media pembelajaran yang mudah di dapatkan, 4) aktivitas belajar rendah dan 5) hasil belajar pada pelajaran IPA pada materi struktur tumbuhan kurang optimal. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian RnD. Model pengembangan yang digunakan pada perkembangan media Pohon Misteri yaitu model ADDIE. Hasil yang di peroleh dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut. Hasil kevalidan diperoleh kriteria sangat valid dengan skor ahli materi 86% dan ahli media 82%. Hasil uji kepraktisan dinyatakan sangat praktis dengan perolehan presentase skor sebesar 92% dari respon guru dan 90% dari respon siswa. Sedangkan pada uji keefektifan dengan menggunakan soal evaluasi memperoleh skor 84% sehingga dikategorikan sangat efektif. Berdasarkan analisis data dari penelitian yang telah dipaparkan diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa media Pomi (Pohon Misteri) ini sangat valid, sangat praktis, dan sangat efektif sehingga layak digunakan pada materi struktur tumbuhan untuk kelas IV.

Abstract

Natural Science (IPA) is an activity to study nature systematically through actual activities and trains students to think critically and objectively to achieve learning objectives. Using learning media in the learning process can support success in the learning process. This study aims to determine interactive multimedia development's validity, practicality, and effectiveness based on the educational game "Plant World" material about plant parts and their functions. This research uses the R&D (Research and Development) method with the ADDIE model, which consists of 5 stages, namely 1) analysis, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, and 5) evaluation. Data collection techniques using expert validation questionnaires, teacher and student responses, and pre-test and post-test evaluations were then analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The results showed that the development of interactive multimedia based on the educational game "Plant World" with the validation of media and material experts obtained an average percentage of 86% very valid criteria, teacher responses received a percentage of 89% very practical criteria, and student responses obtained a percentage of 90% very good criteria. The effectiveness was obtained from the average pre-test result of 57.7 and the post-test of 81.7. It was found that the post-test value was higher than the pre-test value, and the specified KKTP was 75. Strengthened by the Paired Sample-test results obtained 0.001 <0.05, there is a significant difference between pre-test and post-test evaluation.

Abstract

This research aims to develop multimedia learning based on problem based learning on force and movement material for fourth grade elementary school students. The method used in this research is the research and development or R&D method. Meanwhile, the research model used refers to the ADDIE research model. The ADDIE model has five stages, namely, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This research was conducted at SDN Mojoroto 4, Kediri city with a total of 26 students as test subjects. The research instruments used in this research were observation guidelines, expert validation sheets, teacher response questionnaires and test questions. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, the level of validity, practicality and effectiveness of the product can be determined. The average product validity test results obtained a score of 87.5% with very valid criteria, the product practicality test results based on teacher responses obtained a score of 94% with very practical criteria, while the product effectiveness test results showed that the learning multimedia developed was effectively used to improve results. Student learning on force and motion material shows a student classical score of 84. Based on the results of the research and development that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the product developed is suitable for use in science learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study explores the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of Postcard learning media in the classroom. Employing a Research and Development approach, the study utilized the ADDIE model, encompassing Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The research was conducted with 17 fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Watudandang. The study involved quantitative analysis to assess the Postcard learning method's implementation, employing a variety of data collection techniques. These included validity questionnaires from media and material experts, teacher and student response questionnaires, and pretest-posttest scores. Validity testing revealed that the Postcard learning media were rated as "very valid" by experts, with scores of 91% from material experts and 84% from media experts. Practicality assessment, based on teacher and student response questionnaires, yielded scores of 91% and 88% respectively, placing it in the "very practical" category. The effectiveness of the media was demonstrated through significant differences in student learning outcomes, as evidenced by pretest and posttest scores. The Paired Samples T Test indicated a t-count greater than the t-table, with a significance value of 0.000. Furthermore, the N-Gain score of 0.75 fell into the "high" category, suggesting that the media were "effective enough". In conclusion, the Postcard learning media proved to be both valid and practical, and sufficiently effective for educational use in teaching fifth graders, notably in enhancing their understanding of the subject matter.

Abstract

Pada pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar guru masih sering menggunakan media visual berupa gambar. Selain itu, siswa kelas IV membutuhkan media pembelajaran yang berbasis video dan memiliki animasi. Akibatnya pembelajaran menjadi kurang efektif, siswa merasa bosan dan kurang tertarik untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikia untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu adanya pengembangan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan materi dan kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Research And Development (R & D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdapat lima tahapan yaitu (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implication dan (5) Evaluation. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) berdasarkan dari hasil validitas ahli media dan materi memperoleh rata-rata presentase kevalidan sebesar 90,4% dalam kategori “sangat valid”. (2) Hasil kepraktisan dari angket guru dan siswa memperoleh rata-rata presentase sebesar 94,35% dalam kategori “sangat praktis” dalam pembelajaran. (3) Hasil keefektifan dalam penggunaan multimedia besi batu tuan ini dengan melalui uji coba kelompok kecil dapat diketahui dari hasil tes memperoleh presentase sebesar 88%, sedangkan pada uji coba kelompok besar dapat diketahui dari hasil tes memperoleh presentase sebesar 91%. Maka dapat dikatakan pengembangan multimedia besi batu tuan efektif dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan dari data tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan multimedia besi batu tuan dinyatakan valid, praktis dan efektif, sehingga media layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah keterkaitan guru yang sangat dominan berperan dalam proses pembelajaran (Teacher Center) sehingga peserta didik tidak diberikan kesempatan untuk terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model Discovery Learning terhadap kemampuan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran menjelaskan konduktor dan isolator di kelas 5 SDN Gayam 3 Kota Kediri. Pada teknik penelitian ini yang dipakai ialah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode true exsperimental design dimana sampel yang digunakan untuk eksperimen maupun sebagai kelompok kontrol diambil secara random dari populasi tertentu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini difokuskan pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri Gayam 3 Kota Kediri yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Dicovery Learning untuk mengetahui kemampuan menjelaskan konduktor dan isolator. Penelitian ini menggunakan pretest dan posttest untuk pengambilan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui pretest atau sebelum menggunakan model pembelajaran Discoveri Learning diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata yaitu 64,85 sedangkan melalui posttest atau sudah mengguankan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning, diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata kelasnya yaitu 78,46. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, diperoleh t hitung sebesar 3,252 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003. Nilai signifikansi menyatakan lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka dapat dikatakan ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil posttest kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Dengan demikian dapat diartikan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap kemampuan menjelaskan konduktor dan isolator pada siswa kelas 5 SDN Gayam 3 Kota Kediri.
