Abstract

This study examines the application of one of the collaborative learning models of "Teams-Games-Tournaments (TGT)" to improve students' skills in reading English-language texts. The method used in this research is classroom action research method, by doing 2 actions in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages: planning, execution, observation and reflection. The result of the research shows that the results obtained from the students from giving the action for 2 cycles have increased. Keywords: Collaborative, TGT, Reading Skills

Abstract

This type of research is a quantitative research (experimental) with a one-group pretest-posttest design research method. The number of samples in this study amounted to 15 children with a population of 35 children. Based on the results of research conducted with normality testing and t-test, the results obtained are, normality testing using the Lilliefors method is obtained with the results of the data in the pre-test obtained the value of L table with determination = 0.05 with a sample size of 15 which is 0.220 then L count < L table (0.103 < 0.220) this indicates that the pre-test data is normally distributed. And in the post-test data obtained the value of L count < L table ( 0.170 < 0.220) this indicates that the post-test sample is normally distributed. And the calculation of the hypothesis test above can be seen and the t -value = 4.914 and the real level = 0.05 so that the t - table is 1.761. It can be concluded that t count > t table = 4.914 > 1.761, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It is stated that there is a significant effect on the use of the water play method to improve the science of group B children in Khairul Ummah PAUD, Medan Johor district, for the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is how to increase the ability to master the concept of numbers by using Number Pocket Media in our PAUD Jaya Pantai Cermin. This study aims to improve the ability to master the concept of numbers by using Number Pocket Media in our PAUD Jaya Pantai Cermin. This type of research is class action research (Classroom Action Research) which consists of two cycles in each cycle there are three meetings. Research procedures include planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were students aged 4-5 years at Kita Jaya Pantai Cermin PAUD, totaling 13 children. The results of this study can be concluded that the increase is seen in the first cycle of meetings I to III students are at the MB development level (Starting to Develop) with an average value of 46%. Then the second cycle of meetings I to III was carried out so that there was an increase to 94%, which means that the average child is already at the level of development of BSH (Developing According to Expectations). at Kita Jaya Pantai Cermin Beach.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the beyond center circle time method has on learning discipline in children aged 5-6 years through the family role playing center at RA Kesuma Elkaemde Namo Rambe. This type of research is quantitative research (experimental) with a pre-experimental design, namely one group pretest-posttest. Collecting data using non-test, namely structured observation. The research sampling technique was purposive sampling, namely the sample in this study were children aged 5-6 years in group B, totaling 16 people consisting of 9 boys and 7 girls. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that there is a significant effect of the beyond center and circle time method on the learning discipline of children aged 5-6 years. This is in accordance with the results of the hypothesis test Tcount> Ttable ( 4.009> 1.753) HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. That is, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the beyond center and circle time method on children's learning discipline in playing family roles.

Abstract

Problem main in study this that is, application method play show and tell inside increase ability communicate oral child age early. Study this aim for knowing enhancement ability communication oral child with method playing show and tell at Karya Kindergarten Nation Rambai. Study this is Study Qualitative descriptive. Deep data collection techniques study this is observation and interview. subject study this is child aged 5-6 years with a total of 14 children. object study is ability communication oral child age early through method playing show and tell to children 5-6 years old at Karya Kindergarten Nation Rambai T. A 2021-2022. Data analyzed in a manner descriptive qualitative with interviews and observations. Research results show exists enhancement ability communication oral child increase through activity play show and tell. this proven with exists increase in average ability communication oral child through activity playing show and tell, on observation initial 45% increase to 75% on observation after he did action method play show and tell. With thereby could concluded that activity play show and tell can increase communication oral child age early in TK Karya Nation Rambai.

Abstract

Study this aim for increase ability counting start through method fingers that can increase ability counting start in know draft number child especially at the age of 4-5 years in RA Babuttaqwa, seen from level success son on results research that has conducted researcher in observation and documentation at the RA Babuttaqwa school . Type study this is qualitative descriptive . There is one still child not yet capable counting use finger fingers his hands because still difficult and confused for counting start use finger his hands , moment To do count the second time using fingers her , child already start capable do it in accordance with stages development and age child. Method Jarimatika could increase ability counting beginning , and in special method Jarimatika could applied in enhancement ability counting start in children 4-5 years old at RA Babuttaqwa ward Fir.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran melibatkan kecerdasan dan keterampilan yang harus dimiliki untuk dapat mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki. Keterampilan belajar perlu dikuasai mahasiswa, agar dapat menguasai materi perkuliahan. Untuk menguasai hal tersebut mahasiswa membutuhkan berbagai keterampilan belajar dan penguasaan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendekripsikan keterampilan belajar mahasiswa program studi bimbingan konseling (2) mendeskripsikan keterampilan belajar mahasiswa program studi pendidikan matematika (3) mengetahui perbedaan keterampilan belajar mahasiswa program studi bimbingan konseling dengan mahasiswa program studi pendidikan matematika. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif komparatif dengan sampel penelitian mahasiswa bimbingan konseling dan mahasiswa pendidikan matematika Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al Washliyah. Adapun pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model skala likert dengan analisis deskriptif, dan uji t atau t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) keterampilan belajar mahasiswa bimbingan konseling berada pada kategori sedang dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 69,86 (2) keterampilan belajar mahasiswa pendidikan matematika berada pada kategori sedang dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 70,25 (3) keterampilan belajar mahasiswa bimbingan konseling dan pendidikan matematika memiliki nilai thitung  0,531 <  ttabel 1,995 berdasarkan hasil perhitungan t test menunjukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan keterampilan belajar mahasiswa bimbingan konseling dan mahasiswa pendidikan matematika.

Abstract

Early childhood education is the beginning in forming a child's character and attitudes. Early childhood knowledge and learning strategies are needed. This is needed to explore children's interest in language skills. Early childhood language skills can arise if there is external stimulation. One of them uses the storytelling method. This research discusses the low language skills of young children. The aim of this research is to improve the language skills of young children through the storytelling method. Children's language skills seen from conversations are quite clear, they are skilled at pronouncing and understanding words, they are able to follow the storyline, they enjoy poetry, humor word games and their vocabulary has developed to reach 1500 words. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) using the picture book storytelling method for children aged 5-6 years at Mary's Children's Kindergarten Namorambe T.A 2022/2023. This research consists of two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. At each meeting the researcher conducts learning outcomes tests on children to determine the child's improvement. In the pre-cycle the average score for children was 38%, in the first cycle the average score was 64.32%. in cycle II the average was 89% and the percentage of children categorized as developing very well in learning each cycle also increased. Using the picture book storytelling method can improve the language skills of young children at Mary's Children's Kindergarten Namorambe T.A 2022/2023.

Abstract

The scientific approach is learning that is designed in such a way that students actively develop competencies, attitudes, knowledge and skills through the stages of observing, asking, collecting information, reasoning and communicating it. The problem with this research is that children's language skills are still underdeveloped. This research aims to determine the effect of a scientific approach on the language abilities of children aged 5-6 years at Gracia Sustain Kindergarten Medan City TA 2022/2023. This type of research is a type of quantitative research (experiment) with a pre-experimental research design that looks for relationships between two or more variables. The approach used in this research is one-group pre-test and post-test design, namely a type of research using cause and effect relationships involving one group of subjects. The population of this study were children aged 5-6 years (group B) at Kindergarten Gracia Sustain Medan City TA 2022/2023. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the scientific approach on the language skills of children aged 5-6 years at Gracia Sustain Kindergarten Medan City FY 2022/2023. This can be proven from the results of hypothesis calculations, based on calculations obtained from the post-test, the data normality test results carried out state that the data is normally distributed and the t-test is above the tcount>ttable value or 4.1724>1.734, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. , so it can be stated that there is a significant influence of the scientific approach on the language skills of children aged 5-6 years at Gracia Sustain Kindergarten Medan City TA 2022/2023.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of blow painting activities on the development of creativity in group B early childhood art at Kantil Kindergarten T.A 2022/2023. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of blow painting activities on the development of artistic creativity in group B early childhood at Kantil Kindergarten T.A 2022/2023. This study used a quantitative method (experimental) with a pre-experimental design, namely one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study amounted to 22 children who were early childhood aged 4-5 years in group A and early childhood aged 5-6 in group B. The sample in this study were children aged 5-6 years in group B, totaling 15 children. . Data collection techniques using observation sheets. Data analysis techniques use statistical tests, namely data normality tests and hypothesis testing using the t-test. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of blow painting activities on the creativity of early childhood artwork. This is based on the results of the t-test, obtained Tcount = 4.212 and Ttable = 1.761. Therefore it can be concluded that Tcount>Ttable (4.212>1.761) which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted
