Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena adanya berbagai tafsiran mengenai konsep pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep pendidikan Islam dalam Al-Qur’an perspektif tafsir Ibnu Katsir. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini yakni pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan serta tafsir tematik. Kemudian data dihimpun dari berbagai sumber yang relevan seperti Al-Qur’an, buku, dan artikel ilmiah yang selanjutnya dilakukan proses validasi data dengan cara mengumpulkan, membaca, mengklasifikasi, dan menyimpulkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; pertama, tafsir Ibnu Katsir sangat relevan dalam membahas konsep pendidikan Islam; kedua, himpunan ayat yang membahas pendidikan Islam yaitu Q.S Al-Maidah: 67, Q.S An-Nahl: 125, Q.S An-Nahl: 125, Q.S Al-Baqarah: 31-32; Q.S Luqman: 11-19; ketiga, konsep pendidikan Islam perspektif Tafsir Ibnu Katsir terdiri dari beragam indikator seperti manusia sebagai pelaku pendidikan Islam, tauhid berperan penting dalam keberhasilan pendidikan Islam, metode dalam pendidikan Islam harus dilakukan secara baik dengan keteladanan dan nasihat sehingga dapat terinternalisasi dalam kehidupan, pendidikan Islam berperan penting dalam membentuk pribadi Islami, dan setiap muslim berkewajiban menuntut ilmu sepanjang masa. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa memahami konsep pendidikan Islam harus bersumber dari Al-Qur’an yang mana tauhid sebagai inti ajarannya dan ilmu-ilmu keislaman sebagai pendukungnya.

Abstract

Kebutuhan sayuran di Kabupaten Muko-Muko yang harus dikonsumsi sebagai sumber serat dan vitamin oleh masyarakat, sebagian besar masih dipasok dari wilayah luar kabupaten. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah model budidaya sayuran yang lebih ramah lingkungan dan aman bagi kesehatan masyarakat. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi residu pestisida dalam sayuran, menjaga ketersediaan pasokan sayuran, serta menjamin kualitasnya demi kesehatan masyarakat. Sebagai langkah strategis, Pemerintah Daerah melalui Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Muko-Muko berupaya mengembangkan sistem budidaya modern dengan menerapkan teknologi inovatif berupa pembangunan screen house,  yang merupakan teknologi smart farming pada budidaya hortikultura yang menggunakan bahan-bahan inovasi teknologi canggih dengan struktur pelindung berupa rangka dan jaring,  layer UV untuk melindungi tanaman dari serangan hama, penyakit, serta kondisi cuaca ekstrem seperti hujan deras dan angin kencang, sistem irigasi otomatis, sensor suhu dan kelembapan,  shading net yang dapat dikendalikan. Teknologi ini memungkinkan pengelolaan lingkungan mikro secara optimal dengan memanfaatkan sistem Internet of Things (IoT), yang merupakan penerapan smart agriculture.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) for grade V at SDN 33 Gurun Panjang through the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles, each comprising planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The results showed a significant improvement in students' learning outcomes, with learning mastery increasing from 37.5% in the pre-cycle to 56.25% in the first cycle and reaching 87.5% in the second cycle. The PBL approach motivated students to actively participate in the learning process through group discussions and real-world problem-solving. This success was supported by the teacher's role as a facilitator, increased student engagement, and engaging teaching strategies. The study concludes that PBL is effective in improving students' learning outcomes while creating an interactive and enjoyable learning environment.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Labuhanbatu Regency Education Office, with the aim of analyzing the influence of work ethics, progressive discipline, and work involvement on employee job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods with several analytical techniques such as classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination testing. The results of this research state that all independent variables have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable. This can be proven by the work ethics variable (X1) which has a value of t count (7.26) > t table (1.66), which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Meanwhile, the significant value is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 or the significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, the work ethics variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y). Progressive discipline (X2) has a value of t count (6.65) > t table (1.66) which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Meanwhile, the significant value is smaller than the probability of 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, progressive discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work involvement (X3) has a value of t count (11.26) > t table (1.66) which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, while the significant value is smaller than the probability of 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, work involvement (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the F test has an F count value of 87.27 > F table 2.70 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that work ethics (X1), progressive discipline (X2), and work involvement (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya isu stigma sosial yang memandang program studi rumpun ilmu sosial, seperti Pendidikan Sosiologi, sebagai program studi yang menghasilkan lulusan kurang kompeten dan tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja di masa kini. Stigma tersebut sering kali mendistorsi optimisme karier mahasiswa sehingga menimbulkan penyesalan terhadap pilihan studinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh stigma sosial terhadap optimisme karier lulusan Pendidikan Sosiologi serta mengeksplorasi pengalaman dan strategi adaptasi mereka dalam menghadapi stigma tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain campuran dengan metode paralel-konvergen yang mengintegrasikan data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif untuk memperoleh hasil yang komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stigma sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap optimisme karier, meskipun tingkat stigma sosial yang dirasakan responden menunjukkan level yang rendah dengan tingkat optimisme karier yang tinggi. Kondisi ini dipengaruhi oleh mekanisme adaptif dalam mengelola stigma sosial menjadi dorongan untuk mengembangkan potensi, dukungan oleh lingkup sosial, hingga pengalaman atas reorientasi untuk mengembangkan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan konteks sosial. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada Komisi X DPR RI untuk merumuskan kebijakan strategis dalam mengatasi stigma sosial terhadap program studi rumpun sosial dan humaniora di pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the influence of employee motivation and performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the village unit cooperative, Kampung Rakyat sub-district. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 35 members of the Kampung Rakyat cooperative. This study uses quantitative methods and performs data processing with the tools of IBM SPSS Statistic 22. This analysis includes reliability tests, validity tests, classical assumption tests, statistical tests, multiple linear regression tests and moderation tests using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the tests conducted in this study indicate that job satisfaction (M) can moderate the effect of motivation (X1) on employee performance (Y). These results are shown through the regression equation with the interaction test or often referred to as Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) which shows the results that job satisfaction (M) influences or moderates the effect of motivational variables (X1) on employee performance (Y). The results of the t test show that the motivation variable (X1) provides a parameter coefficient value (?) of 0.012 with a significant level of 0.027 (significant), the job satisfaction variable (M) provides a parameter coefficient value (?) of 0.023 and a significant value of 0.000 (significant). ). Or in other words job satisfaction strengthens the influence of motivation on employee performance. Thus, the results of this study can prove hypothesis 2 that job satisfaction moderates the effect of motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

289 Farhan Design's screen printing business which is currently developing is aware of the importance of strategy in winning market competition. This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion through social media and product quality on screen printing business income 289 farhan designs. The sample in this study were 66 customers who used 289 Farhan Design's screen printing business services using a total sampling technique. The variables used in this study consisted of Price (X1), Social Media Promotion (X2), Product Quality (X3) as the independent variable and Income (Y) as the dependent variable. The data analysis technique in this study used the multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that price, social media promotion and product quality have a positive and significant effect on the revenue of the 289 farhan design screen printing business, while the price has a positive but not significant effect on the screen printing business income of 289 farhan design.

Abstract

The use of cosmetics is increasing along with the number of influencers and public figures who exemplify the results of the use of cosmetic products. In the Indonesian context, of course, halal cosmetics are an important consideration in choosing cosmetics. In this study, the researcher intends to examine one of the halal cosmetic products from the Wardah brand. This study intends to examine the effect of perceived product price, product quality, promotion and brand image on consumer repurchase intentions from UD. Ghaisani Cosmetics. This study uses a quantitative approach and data collection is carried out using an online questionnaire. The sample in this study were women who had bought wardah brand lipstick products at UD. Ghaisani Cosmetics. The results of this study indicate that all predictors of variables affect consumer intention to repurchase Wardah brand lipstick at UD. Ghaisani Cosmetics.
