Abstract

This research article provides a critical analysis of Constitutional Court Decision No. 90/PUU-XXI/2023, focusing on the serious ethical violations committed by judges during the decision-making process. The study is significant due to the impact these violations have had on the legal field. Employing a literature review combined with a legal philosophical approach, the research utilizes relevant literature to investigate the issues surrounding the decision. The findings reveal that the Constitutional Court's ruling was marred by substantial ethical breaches. Additionally, the analysis highlights various weaknesses in the decision, including problematic motives, methods, processes, and the negative consequences arising from the ruling. Overall, the study underscores that the decision, influenced by serious ethical misconduct, is fraught with numerous issues and deficiencies.

Abstract

Acne is an inflammatory infection triggered by Propionibacterium acnes bacteria. Clove leaf essential oil (Syzygium aromaticum L.) has attracted attention as a potential active ingredient in skincare products, such as peel-off gel face masks, due to its anti-inflammatory properties. This study aims to develop a natural, effective, and safe skincare product for treating acne using clove leaf essential oil as the active ingredient. The active ingredient was 2% essential oil, with formulation optimization of PVA (1–2.5%) and propylene glycol (5–6.5%). The physical evaluation of the formulations included organoleptic properties, homogeneity, pH, spreadability, viscosity, and drying time. The optimum formulation of the peel-off gel face mask containing clove leaf essential oil was achieved with a PVA concentration of 1.163% and propylene glycol at 6.333%, with a desirability value of 1.000. The physical evaluation results of the optimum formula showed a pH value of 5.90, a spreadability of 6.60 cm, a drying time of 26.08 minutes, and a viscosity of 30,682.50 cps.

Abstract

Artikel penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang pembentukan undang-undang yang berkeadilan. Hal ini menjadi penting karena undang-undang sebagai hukum yang diterapkan ke masyarakat harus sesuai dengan aspirasi kepentingan bersama. Awal dari keadilan hukum berdasar sistem hukum dapat dilakukan dari pembentukan undang-undang yang berkeadilan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi pustaka dengan pendekatan filsafat hukum. Data hukum diperoleh dari literasi kepustakaan yang terkait dengan tema penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pembentukan undang-undang yang berkeadilan perlu memperhatikan prosedur mekanisme hukum yang ada dan nilai-nilai kehidupan masyarakat yang telah diakui bersama. Undang-undang wujud nyata dari hukum harus mencerminkan sikap adil bagi seluruh masyarakat. Aspirasi masyarakat dalam membentuk undang-undang yang berkeadilan menjadi penting.

Abstract

The purpose of writing is to provide an understanding to the public about the susceptibility of being caught in the crime of defamation in the electronic transaction information law, so that in carrying out their activities on social media, they must be careful. So that people are free from the trap of criminal defamation on social media. People who have carried out many activities on social media must understand in depth the contents of the offenses contained in the electronic transaction information law which are prone to legal threats. In this paper, we use a normative legal study method that understands law as a positive legal system in statutory regulations. While the approach used is legal philosophy. The main materials used in this study are laws and regulations and other legal materials that support the theme of the study. The analysis was carried out descriptively to obtain a general description of the legal issues being studied. The results showed that there were several legal problems committed by someone who could be classified as a criminal act of defamation, so that they could be threatened with the electronic transaction information law

Abstract

penggunaan bahan bakar minyak dapat menimbulkan emisi dimana emisi tersebut dapat mengakibatkan polusi udara dan pemanasan global untuk mengurangi pemakaian bahan bakar minyak diperlukan kendaraan hemat energi, kendaraan mobil listrik sendiri memerlukan system transmisi yang berfungsi untuk meneruskan daya dari sumber penggerak ke roda dengan mengatur putaran sesuai tingkat kecepatan yang diinginkan. Beberapa komponen yang saling berkaitan diantaranya motor penggerak, gardan dan roda komponen tersebut termasuk dalam komponen utama agar mobil listrik dapat melaju, oleh sebab itu peneliti akan merancang suatu alat sistem penggerak roda pada kendaraan Wikan Tactical Electric Vehicle. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen untuk memperoleh data-data kuantitatif untuk membuktikan data kualitatif dari hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan didapat hasil bahwa Gaya tangensial yang terjadi pada roda gigi 1 terhadap roda gigi ke 2 sebesar 40,8 N, dan gaya tangensial pada roda gigi 3 terhadap roda gigi 4 sebesar 191.25 N serta Rasio yang terdapat pada masing masing roda gigi pada sistem transmisi memiliki nilai 3.85, roda gigi ke dua memiliki nilai 0.4 dan roda gigi ke 3 memiliki nilai 3.2. Namun jika dirata-ratakan mempunyai perbandingan rasio dengan nilai 1:11.52. Kata kunci: Motor Penggerak,Roda Gigi, Torsi

Abstract

Manajemen sampah merupakan permasalahan mendasar dalam kehidupan manusia. Kota Bandung saat ini mengalami darurat penanganan sampah. Perkembangan penduduk dan pembangunan sangat pesat di daerah Gedebage. Fasilitas umum yang sudah dibangun adalah Sarana Olah Raga Gedebage, Stasiun Gedebage, Pasar Induk Gedebage, dan masih banyak lagi yang akan direalisasikan. Isu sampah dan penangannya merupakan hal penting dan mendesak di daerah Gedebage. Pendidikan karakter hidup bersih dan cinta lingkungan merupakan hal pokok untuk diajarkan sejak usia dini, sehingga pengelolaan dan manajemen sampah perlu diberikan sejak usia dini (Sekolah Dasar). Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan membentuk pendidikan karakter hidup bersih dan cinta lingkungan berbasis aplikasi jejaring bank sampah sekolah dasar di Kelurahan Rancabolang Gedebage. Keterlibatan siswa, guru, orang tua siswa, dan pemerintah setempat menumbuhkan peluang nilai ekonomis secara ekosistem di Lingkungan Sekolah dan Desa. Luaran PKM desa binaan ini adalah peningkatan nilai ekonomis dari Bank Sampah Sekolah Dasar secara ekosistem Sekolah Dasar dan Kelurahan Rancabolang.

Abstract

Environmental potential which is quite large economically has been misused to obtain the maximum profit. This can be seen from the many cases of law violations in the environmental sector and physical evidence of environmental damage due to wrongful exploitation. Certain interests that come into play in environmental management have damaged the environmental law management system itself. Law is only used as a tool to control natural resources legally. Many state officials cooperate with unscrupulous businessmen to exploit the environment freely without paying attention to the boundaries that are the size that should be the reference. In Indonesia environmental problems are important and urgent to be addressed by finding solutions to solve them. Therefore environmental management laws must always be accompanied by civilized Indonesian human attitudes, namely an attitude that shows the quality of Indonesian humanity which is based on religion, culture and science. So that on this basis the environment can be managed properly, not only for business benefits, but also for the welfare of society and for the benefit of the universe.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the COVID-19 pandemic is closely linked to the rise in infectious waste produced by the general public and medical professionals. Assuming that many individuals are tainted Coronavirus, the medical clinics limit can influence and how much irresistible waste produced is increment. Irresistible waste remembers for the Hazardous Toxic Waste (B3) squander classification, which contains unsafe and harmful materials that can contaminate, harm, and jeopardize the climate, wellbeing, and the endurance of living things. Ponorogo Regency, which is known as a "red zone" for the spread of COVID-19, is unavoidably affected by Hazardous Toxic (B3) waste. With the expansion in that measure of Hazardous Toxic (B3) squander, the public authority job is expected to satisfy the prudent rule and closeness standard of B3 squander the board. As the mandatory environmental affairs executor, DLHK Ponorogo, the regional government must address Hazardous Toxic (B3) waste management issues at the regional level.

Abstract

The presence of corporations has had adverse effects on society, leading to conflicting perspectives regarding the legal certainty of land ownership before the enactment of Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning the Principles of Agrarian Law. It is primarily because land represents an ecological relationship, which entails both natural and legal bindings. Therefore, implementing agrarian law aims to provide legal certainty and define land ownership rights for the community. Adhering to established regulations aims to promote welfare, justice, and prosperity within the community, thereby addressing the land tenure gaps caused by corporations. This study aims to delve deeper into the gaps in land tenure and legal accountability, enhancing public understanding of agrarian law. A normative approach through a literature review was employed to conduct this research. Various sources, such as journals, websites, books, and articles about agrarian law, were consulted as references. Through this investigation, it is expected to comprehensively understand the complexities surrounding land ownership rights and legal liabilities. By shedding light on these issues, it is hoped that this research will contribute to the body of knowledge in agrarian law and facilitate the resolution of land tenure disputes caused by corporate entities. Ultimately, the aim is to achieve a harmonious balance between societal needs, corporate interests, and the principles of justice and prosperity outlined in the agrarian law.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model pembelajaran Flipped Problem Based Learning (Flipped PBL) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengumpulan data tinjauan pustaka dengan menelaah dan menggali informasi dari artikel. Salah satu langkah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran PBL. Melalui PBL siswa diberikan masalah, berkolaborasi dalam kegiatan diskusi bersama kelompok, mengeluarkan ide dan pendapat untuk mencari pemecahan masalah. Berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka yang dikaji oleh peneliti ditemukan bahwa Flipped Classroom (FC) mempersiapkan siswa dengan lebih baik saat proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas dalam penguasaan informasi atau materi, keaktifan dan keterlibatan siswa. Beberapa hal itu tentu sangat mendukung pembelajaran PBL.
