Abstract

PT. Union Confectionery, a long-established company in the confectionery production industry, had encountered significant challenges in managing employee career progression, including transfers, demotions, and promotions. The primary issue faced was the difficulty in conducting objective employee performance assessments and determining the appropriate criteria for career development. These assessments involved various complex factors such as work experience, discipline, education level, age, job performance, attendance, teamwork, and work ethics. To address these challenges, this study proposed the implementation of a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) utilizing the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method for criteria weighting and the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method for ranking decisions. The implementation of this system was expected to assist the management of PT. Union Confectionery in making more accurate and transparent decisions, while also improving employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. This research also compared previous studies that used similar methods for performance assessment, albeit with a narrower focus, specifically at the supervisory level. The findings from this study were anticipated to provide a comprehensive and innovative solution for employee career management across all levels of PT. Union Confectionery’s organization, as well as contribute to the development of more effective human resource management practices.

Abstract

The advancement of computer technology has developed rapidly and has been applied in various aspects of life. At that time, computers were considered one of the most efficient tools in supporting technological development. At the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (OI-OIS) in Medan City, the process of applying for Building Permits (BP) was still conducted manually and had not been computerized, resulting in slow and inefficient licensing processes. Applicants were required to fill out forms manually and deliver physical documents to the village and sub-district offices, which extended processing times. Furthermore, application reports were often piled up, hindering prompt and accurate handling. The lack of efficiency in managing applicant data further exacerbated the situation and slowed down the completion of applications. Therefore, an integrated digital system was needed to expedite and facilitate the submission and management of IMB applications. This research aimed to develop an Android-based Information System for Building Permit Applications at DPMPTSP in Medan City using the R&D (Research and Development) method. It was hoped that this application would make it easier for staff to manage IMB application data. The research results indicated that the development of the Android-based Information System for Building Permit Applications successfully addressed the issues encountered in the previously manual IMB application process. This application expedited and simplified the filling out and submission of applications, eliminating the need for applicants to deliver physical documents. Additionally, the management of applicant data became more efficient and computerized, reducing the backlog of reports and speeding up the verification process.

Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology plays a very important role in life, both in the fields of education, industry, business, tourism, entertainment and so on. To improve service quality, an effective information system is needed. This system serves to switch from manual methods to computerized systems. With the information system, the accuracy of the data stored can be guaranteed, thus reducing the possibility of errors when inputting data. Ummi Primary Clinic is one of the level I health facility clinics in Medan in providing health services to the community. To find out customer needs, customer relationship management (CRM) is needed to manage interactions with customers, and can improve service quality and loyalty to customers. The purpose of this research is to build a Management Information System for Ummi Pratama Clinic in Improving Services and Loyalty Using Web-Based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to facilitate clinic owners and patients in order to improve the quality of services at Ummi Pratama Clinic. In this study, researchers adopted a descriptive qualitative approach method, the Waterfall Method was applied to structured research in building a software. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that this system is a web designed according to the needs of Ummi Pratama Clinic which is useful for managing clinic relationships with customers. The information generated by CRM is beneficial for the clinic and customers, because criticism, suggestions, needs and desires of customers can be well facilitated and become a motivation for the clinic to improve services for satisfaction.

Abstract

Peramalan atau forecasting adalah sebuah instrumen yang vital dalam perencanaan yang efektif dan efisien. Ini merujuk pada proses prediksi, proyeksi, atau estimasi tingkat kejadian yang bersifat tidak pasti di masa mendatang. Tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Lab Art Aromatique adalah kesulitan dalam menentukan penjualan pada periode selanjutnya, mengingat belum ada prediksi yang menggunakan metode Single Moving Average (SMA). Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan di Lab Art Aromatique dengan menerapkan sistem peramalan menggunakan metode Single Moving Average, hal ini dapat membantu toko tersebut untuk merekam data penjualan setiap bulannya yang kemudian disimpan dalam database. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melibatkan observasi langsung, wawancara dengan sumber yang relevan, dan dokumentasi melalui kajian literatur yang ada. Hasil dari penelitian ini mencakup estimasi nilai untuk periode selanjutnya menggunakan metode Single Moving Average (SMA), dengan nilai error MSE (Mean Square Error) sebesar 14.811,7667, menunjukkan tingkat akurasi yang baik dalam memprediksi penjualan parfum.

Abstract

Abstract: The rapid development of technology makes people very dependent on digital-based information needs. The use of information technology is very helpful for humans to achieve high effectiveness, this applies in all fields including animal husbandry. Technological developments can facilitate many things, including in several livestock program services in the form of submitting proposals, reports on livestock development and insemination. Where the Food Security Service of Serdang Bedagai Regency still reports on these activities using physical evidence that has not been integrated in the system, making it difficult for the agency and breeders to monitor or see every stage of the ongoing activity process, not to mention the risk of lost or damaged files, reports that accumulate or so on. In addition, the lack of information obtained by farmers regarding livestock programs is one of the reasons for the author to build a livestock monitoring information system using the Laravel framework and implement the Firebase realtime database in it, with the aim of improving the quality of service to farmers, especially those in Serdang Bedagai Regency. Keyword: Information System, Monitoring, Website, Firebase Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat membuat orang-orang sangat bergantung dengan kebutuhan informasi yang berbasis digital. Penggunaan teknologi informasi sangat membantu manusia untuk mencapai efektifitas yang tinggi, hal ini berlaku di semua bidang termasuk bidang peternakan. Perkembangan teknologi dapat memfasilitasi banyak hal, termasuk dalam beberapa pelayanan program peternakan berupa pengajuan proposal, laporan perkembangan ternak dan inseminasi. Dimana Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai masih melakukan pelaporan atas kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut dengan menggunakan bukti fisik yang belum terintegrasi didalam sistem, sehingga menyulitkan pihak Dinas maupun peternak dalam memantau atau melihat setiap tahap dari proses kegiatan yang berlangsung, belum lagi resiko hilang atau rusaknya berkas, laporan yang menumpuk atau lain sebagainya. Selain itu minimnya informasi yang didapat oleh para peternak mengenai program-program peternakan menjadi salah satu alasan penulis untuk membangun sistem informasi monitoring peternakan dengan menggunakan framework laravel dan mengimplementasikan firebase realtime database di dalamnya, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada para peternak khususnya yang ada di Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Monitoring, Website, Firebase

Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi manusia, saat ini angka pengidap gangguan pada kesehatan mental masyarakat di Indonesia cukup tinggi, sekitar 20% populasi di Indonesia itu mempunyai potensi-potensi masalah gangguan jiwa. Telah banyak upaya dalam mengatasi masalah gangguan kesehatan mental seperti layanan konsultasi kesehatan mental secara online. Klinik Utama Bina Atma merupakan salah satu klinik yang melayani konsultasi masalah kesehatan mental. Namun terdapat permasalahan khususnya pelayanan kepada pasien dikarenakan belum adanya sistem konsultasi online bagi pasien, hal ini mengharuskan pasien harus terus melakukan konsultasi secara tatap muka yang menyebabkan proses konsultasi belum dilakukan secara efektif. Oleh karena itu dibangun aplikasi online theraphy berbasis mobile dengan menerapkan Metode Human-Centered Design untuk mempermudah pasien dalam melakukan konsultasi secara online. Aplikasi Online Theraphy Klinik Utama Bina Atma berhasil dibangun dengan menerapkan metode human centered design, dimana aplikasi ini digunakan untuk sesi konsultasi antara pasien rawat jalan dan dokter yang bertugas, terdapat 3 user yang dapat mengakses aplikasi ini diantaranya, staf klinik, dokter dan pasien.

Abstract

CV Jon Indo merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang material pabrik sebagai supplier, kontraktor, dan stockist yang memperdagangkan material pabrik lainnya. Untuk bersaing secara global, salah satu alat atau tools yang dapat menjangkau pasar yang diharapkan dalam hal ini adalah peningkatan penjualan produk. CV. Jon Indo belum memiliki sistem pemesanan yang mampu menjangkau banyak konsumen yaitu masih menjual barangnya melalui WhatsApp dan merekapitulasi data penjualan secara manual sehingga terdapat permasalahan seperti kesalahan penjadwalan pengiriman barang, serta kesalahan input produk. pesanan sehingga menyebabkan penjualan menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi yang ditampilkan pada CV Jon Indo untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan dan memperluas pemasaran produk CV Jon Indo. Sistem yang dibangun mempunyai fitur promosi dan penambahan CTA (call to action) pada website, kemudian pada sistem pengiriman barang peneliti membuat fitur tracking dan fitur permintaan barang sesuai keinginan pelanggan. Aplikasi berbasis web ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode Research and Development (RnD) dan Metode Web Engginering sebagai perancangan aplikasi E-Commarece. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan untuk implementasi E-comarece menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySql. Aplikasi yang dibuat dapat digunakan untuk memudahkan penjualan, pembelian dan penyebaran informasi produk terbaru.

Abstract

Manajemen arus transaksi keuangan di perusahaan tersebut saat ini masih mengandalkan penggunaan lembar kerja Excel yang sederhana. Namun, penggunaan Excel ini memiliki beberapa kekurangan, seperti sulit diakses secara bersamaan, rentan terhadap perubahan dan duplikasi data, serta memakan waktu yang cukup banyak. Akibatnya, proses kerja menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien, dengan risiko kesalahan pencatatan yang signifikan. Dalam konteks pengelolaan transaksi keuangan, penting untuk meminimalkan kesalahan, khususnya dalam pencatatan, guna memastikan keakuratan informasi keuangan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untukmeningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam pencatatan transaksi keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cash basis, yang mencatat kegiatan keuangan saat uang diterima atau dikeluarkan. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode waterfall atau Linear Sequential Model, dengan fokus pada pengelolaan transaksi keuangan di perusahaan tersebut. Sistem yang dikembangkan dirancang agar dapat diakses melalui beberapa perangkat, sehingga menghemat waktu dan tenaga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi berhasil memudahkan penyusunan laporan keuangan dan memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengakses sistem secara fleksibel. Pengguna sistem melaporkan peningkatan dalam kecepatan dan akurasi pencatatan transaksi keuangan, yang pada akhirnya mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat dan efektif. Proses kerja menjadi lebih efisien dengan pengurangan signifikan dalam kesalahan pencatatan dan duplikasi data. Studi ini mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan sistem berbasis cash basis dengan metode pengembangan waterfall sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan transaksi keuangan di perusahaan tersebut.

Abstract

Palm oil productivity is a key factor in maintaining the stability and sustainability of Indonesia's agribusiness industry. The fluctuation in yield at PTPN IV Kebun Bah Birung Ulu, which increased from 43,308 tons in 2020 to 44,028 tons in 2022 and then decreased to 34,643 tons in 2024, highlights the need for a more accurate monitoring system. These fluctuations are influenced by weather, fertilizer usage, plant infections, and plant age. Manual record-keeping without digital system support also increases the risk of errors and complicates production monitoring. This study aims to develop a web-based palm oil productivity prediction system using the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm. Five years of daily historical data, including plant age, fertilizer usage, rainfall, infection rates, and harvest results per afdeling, were used as model input. The research process includes data collection, preprocessing with Min-Max normalization, data splitting into 80% training and 20% testing, and training the LSTM model with two LSTM layers, two dropout layers, and one Dense layer. Model evaluation using Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) shows that the model can predict productivity with good accuracy, with the best RMSE for each target variable achieved at different epochs. The 2025 prediction results indicate a stable or declining trend influenced by plant age, fertilizer application, rainfall, and infection rates. The developed web-based system features real-time monitoring and data visualization, providing a more efficient solution for production management and strategic decision-making in palm oil plantations.
