Abstract

This study aims to investigate the infleunce of customer centric marketing mix on satisfaction for tourists in context of Aceh. The Halal tourism destination such as Ujong Blang beach, Seumadu beach, Lancok beach, Pangah Beach, Waduk Jeulikat, Lhok Seulayang, Museum Geudong and Gunung Sala is the latest destination in North Aceh and Lhokseumawe, Indonesia. This destination currently very in great demand by the tourists. A survey questionnaire is used to conduct this study. A sample of 200 tourists participated in the study. The findings reveal the significant positive relationship of three marketing mix elements with tourists’ satisfaction for tourism services in the context of Aceh.

Abstract

The responsible tourism marketing mix strategy must be able to create dimensions of business opportunities (entrepreneurship) for local communities in tourism activities. This study aims to investigate the infleunce of responsible tourism marketing mix on entrepreneur in culinary sector of tourism in Aceh. The multiple regression method was used to analyse data. The approach used in this research are eight elements, namely Product, Partnership, Packaging, Programming, People, Place, Promotion and Price. The results showed that all variables simultaneously affect the entrepreneur in culinary sector of tourism.The most dominant affects is packaging element with 7,918 ≥ 1,985.

Abstract

Pelatihan disain komunikasi visual untuk kalangan remaja di Desa Uteun Kot, Kecamatan Muara Dua, Kota Lhokseumawe, Provinsi Aceh bertujuan untuk mengedukasi kemampuan disain komunikasi visual. Selam ini, masalah yang dihadapi remaja adalah minimnya kompetensi life skill sehingga sulit mendapat pekerjaan atau menciptakan lapangan kerja baru. Kemampuan disain misalnya untuk bahan promosi dan disain kemasan penting untuk dimiliki oleh remaja dewasa ini. Kompetensi ini bisa menjadi sumber pendapatan baru bagi remaja. Materi yang diberikan berupa disain dengan aplikasi photoshop dan canva, mulai dari pemilihan karakteristik huruf, ukuran, typography, dan penempatan pada aplikasi new media agar tepat menyasar konsumen yang menjadi target sasaran produk. Metode pelatihan yaitu dengan carat atap muka, dan memandu peserta langsung cara mendisain bahan promosi. Penguasaan disain dan promosi di media sosial menjadi dua kompetensi yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh banyak pihak. Sehingga kompetensi ini bisa menjadi lapangan kerja baru bagi remaja, semisal membuka jasa disain flayer, banner, dan lain sebagainya untuk berbagai kebutuhan masyarakat di Kota Lhokseumawe. Hasilnya, setelah mengikuti pelatihan, remaja mampu mendisain bahan promosi berupa brosur, dan lain sebagainya untuk digunakan pribadi dan diberikan pada konsumen yang memesan jasa disain mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of the perception of convenience, trust, and risk perception on the interest in using the DANA Application in the community of Singkil District, Aceh Singkil Regency. The ease perception indicators used in this study consist of easy to use, easy to control, easy to understand, and flexible. Then the trust indicator consists of openness, fulfillment, loyalty, honesty, and trustworthiness. Meanwhile, the risk perception indicators used consist of financial risk, social risk, performance risk, time and convenience risk, physical risk, and psychological risk. As well as usage interest indicators consist of transactional interest, referential interest, preferential interest, and exploratory interest. The data used in this study was primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 115 people in Singkil District, Aceh Singkil Regency who used the DANA Application. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the help of SPSS software version 26. The results showed that the perception of ease and trust had a positive and significant effect on interest in use. Meanwhile, risk perception has a negative and significant effect on interest in using the DANA Application in the people of Singkil District, Aceh Singkil Regency.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the influence of product quality, brand image and digital marketing on buying interest in Erigo products at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University. This research uses a quantitative approach where the data used is primary data collected from distributing questionnaireson line(google forms) and processed using SPSS 25.0. The sample in this study was 120 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression, validity test, reliability test. The classic assumption test consists of the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Test the hypothesis using a partial test (t test). The research results show that product quality, brand image and igital marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest in Erigo products at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand image, product quality, and price on purchase decisions for Bella Square Hijab among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The instruments in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests, namely normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. This study was conducted on female students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University, who had used and made purchases of the Bella Square Hijab. The primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique employed was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results indicate that brand image does not significantly affect purchase decisions for Bella Square Hijab. Product quality significantly influences purchase decisions for Bella Square Hijab, and price does not have a significant effect on purchase decisions for Bella Square Hijab. The practical implication of this study is that Bella Square Hijab producers need to improve their brand image, product quality, and price to increase sales.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of advertising, brand image and price on consumer loyalty for HM Sampoerna cigarettes in the people of Lhokseumawe City. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. This research was conducted on all consumers who consumed HM Sampoerna cigarettes in the city of Lhokseumawe, totaling 100 consumers. The data used in this research is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software. Where all these variables will be used using a Likert scale. The research results show that advertising, brand image and price together have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty for HM Sampoerna cigarettes. With an advertising regression value of 0.728 and a significant value of 0.000. This shows that advertising has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, so the more attractive and effective the advertising for HM Sampoerna cigarettes, the higher the consumer loyalty to the brand. Brand image has a regression value of 0.269 with a significance value of 0.041. This shows that brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, so a good brand image can increase consumer loyalty. Price has a regression value of 0.478 with a significance value of 0.000. This shows that price has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, so the price given by HM Sampoerna is in accordance with the product quality that consumers receive, which can increase consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how brand image, brand trust and price influence customer loyalty of Indomie instant noodle products among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University partially and simultaneously. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents. The questionnaire trial consists of validity and reliability tests using the Cronbach's Alpha method. The classical assumption test uses the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing uses the t-test, F test and coefficient of determination R2. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 26. The results of the study show that the Brand Image variable has a significance value of 0.007 and a t-value of 2.763> t-table, namely 1.981, which means it has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Thus, the first hypothesis is accepted. Meanwhile, the Brand Trust variable has a significance value of 0.001 and a t-value of 3.368> t-table, which means it has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, so the second hypothesis is accepted. Furthermore, the Price variable shows a significance value of 0.001 and t count of 3.272 > t table, which means it has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty, so the third hypothesis is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that brand image, brand trust, and price partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Media Sosial, Keragaman Produk dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Buket Pada Toko Kadoestetik Lhokseumawe secara parsial. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Uji coba kuesioner terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan metode Cronbach’s Alpha. Uji asumsi klasik menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heterokedastisitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t (parsial) dan koefisien determinasi R2. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Media Sosial memiliki nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,023 dan nilai thitung sebesar 2.302 > ttable yaitu 1,661, yang berarti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Dengan demikian, hipotesis pertama diterima. Sementara itu, variabel Keragaman Produk memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,005 dan thitung4,777 > ttabel, berarti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, sehingga hipotesis kedua diterima. Selanjutnya, variabel Harga menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,012 dan thitung 2,915> ttabel yang artinya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian, sehingga hipotesis ketiga diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial Media Sosial, Keragaman Produk dan harga terhadap Keputusan pembelian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.
