Abstract

The current development of information and communication technology has encouraged the younger generation to become economically independent by developing a creative. Service activities carried out aim to educate in the form of training for content creators at Langsa City. This service targets a group of youth known as generation Z or the millennial generation. They are now the creators of various new media platforms with the concept of profit sharing and endorsers. However, it has not been able to increase revenue. So that it is known, the competence to produce videos, edit, to market videos to social media channels is not owned comprehensively. From a technological point of view, they also have not mastered coding techniques by maximizing social media tools and search engine optimization (SEO). The results of this activity show that all participants who took part in this activity have increased their knowledge and understanding of how to produce and market content through all social media in the world

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam menopang pertumbuhan ekonomi nasionl. Besarnya peran UMKM menjadi pertimbangan pemerintah, khususnya pemerintah kabupaten Aceh Tamiang untuk memberikan stimulus bagi kelompok usaha UMKM di Aceh Tamiang. Untuk tetap mendukung keberlangsungan UMKM saa tini, perlu dilakukan pembinaan dan penguatan kepada kelompok usaha supaya jenis usaha yang sudah dijalankan dapat tumbuh dan berkembang sehingga dapat menopang ekonomi keluarga. Oleh karena itu, beberapa dosen dari berbagai fakultas dari Universitas Malikussaleh mengadakan pembinaan kepada UMKM di Aceh Tamiang dengan tujuan memberikan informasi dan strategi pemantapan UMKM supaya lebih maju dan berkembang. Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu bentuk Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi dimana setiap insan civitas akademika melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk memberikan solusi setiap permasalahan yang sedang dialami masyarakat

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ingin meningkatkan pemahaman pelajar berkenaan dengan ekonomi syariah khususnya mengenai perbankan syariah di wilayah pemerintah daerah Kota Lhokseumawe. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, praktik simulasi dan observasi. Metode ceramah digunakan dalam proses penyampaian materi berkenaan dengan ekonomi syari`ah khususnya berkenaan dengan penggunaan perbankan syari`ah. Target luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah pelajar mampu mengetahui dan memahami sistem ekonomi syariah dan pelajar mendapatkan pemahaman baru tentang perbankan syariah. Setelah kegiatan ini dilaksanakan, pengetahuan para pelajar berkenaan ekonomi syari`ah semakin bertambah dan para pelajar dapat membedakan antara perbankan syari`ah dengan perbankan konvensional.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between culture and Islam in the fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council No: 107/dsn-muj/x/2016 concerning Guidelines for operating hospitals based on sharia principles. This is important to do because the harmony between culture and standardization of quality indicators of sharia hospital services will make sharia hospitals easily accepted in the community.The design of this research is Literature Review or literature review. Literature research is research conducted using literature (library), either in the form of books, notes, or reports on the results of previous research. The results of the research are almost entirely from the fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council No: 107/dsn-muj/x/2016 concerning Guidelines for operating hospitals based on sharia principles are closely related or in line with eastern Indonesian culture which upholds the culture of shame, the culture of helping , a culture of advising each other and a culture of clean living.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Determination of Regional Original Income, Profit Sharing Funds, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds and Silpa on Capital Expenditures in 5 Cities in the Provincial Government of Aceh in 2012-2021. The data used in this study are secondary data of 50 observations. . The method used to analyze the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable is panel data regression analysis. The results of the study show that local revenue has a positive effect on capital expenditure in 5 municipal governments in Aceh Province, revenue sharing has no effect on capital expenditure in 5 municipal governments in Aceh Province. General allocation funds have a negative effect on capital spending in 5 municipal governments in Aceh Province. Special allocation funds have a positive effect on capital spending in 5 municipal governments in Aceh Province. Silpa has no effect on capital expenditure in 5 municipal governments in Aceh Province.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of regional original income, balancing funds, and excess budget calculations on capital expenditure in provinces throughout Indonesia. The population in this study totaled 34 provinces. The samples used in this study amounted to 34 provinces. The type of research used is quantitative.Quantitative research is a study that emphasizes the analysis of numerical data (numbers) that are processed using certain statistical methods. The data collection technique used in this study was a documentation technique and analyzed using panel data regression and processed using the Eviews9 application. The results of the study found that the variable regional original income (PAD) had a positive and significant effect on capital expenditure, while balancing funds (DP) and remaining budget calculations (SiLPA) had a negative and insignificant effect on capital expenditure.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Influence of Cash Turnover, Inventory Turnover, and Accounts Receivable Turnover on Profitability in Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study is secondary data from 18 companies over six years. The method used to analyze the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables is the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results show that Cash Turnover has a positive and significant influence on profitability in Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Inventory Turnover has a positive and significant influence on profitability in Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and Accounts Receivable Turnover has a positive and significant influence on profitability in Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The responsible tourism marketing mix strategy must be able to create dimensions of business opportunities (entrepreneurship) for local communities in tourism activities. This study aims to investigate the infleunce of responsible tourism marketing mix on entrepreneur in culinary sector of tourism in Aceh. The multiple regression method was used to analyse data. The approach used in this research are eight elements, namely Product, Partnership, Packaging, Programming, People, Place, Promotion and Price. The results showed that all variables simultaneously affect the entrepreneur in culinary sector of tourism.The most dominant affects is packaging element with 7,918 ≥ 1,985.

Abstract

Pelatihan disain komunikasi visual untuk kalangan remaja di Desa Uteun Kot, Kecamatan Muara Dua, Kota Lhokseumawe, Provinsi Aceh bertujuan untuk mengedukasi kemampuan disain komunikasi visual. Selam ini, masalah yang dihadapi remaja adalah minimnya kompetensi life skill sehingga sulit mendapat pekerjaan atau menciptakan lapangan kerja baru. Kemampuan disain misalnya untuk bahan promosi dan disain kemasan penting untuk dimiliki oleh remaja dewasa ini. Kompetensi ini bisa menjadi sumber pendapatan baru bagi remaja. Materi yang diberikan berupa disain dengan aplikasi photoshop dan canva, mulai dari pemilihan karakteristik huruf, ukuran, typography, dan penempatan pada aplikasi new media agar tepat menyasar konsumen yang menjadi target sasaran produk. Metode pelatihan yaitu dengan carat atap muka, dan memandu peserta langsung cara mendisain bahan promosi. Penguasaan disain dan promosi di media sosial menjadi dua kompetensi yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh banyak pihak. Sehingga kompetensi ini bisa menjadi lapangan kerja baru bagi remaja, semisal membuka jasa disain flayer, banner, dan lain sebagainya untuk berbagai kebutuhan masyarakat di Kota Lhokseumawe. Hasilnya, setelah mengikuti pelatihan, remaja mampu mendisain bahan promosi berupa brosur, dan lain sebagainya untuk digunakan pribadi dan diberikan pada konsumen yang memesan jasa disain mereka.

Abstract

Media relations in Central Aceh between the Tourism Office and journalists are a central point for increasing the promotion of tourism destinations in 2022 in Central Aceh Aceh Province. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. As a tourist area, information is important, one of which is delivered through social media in the form of online, audio/video, and printed information. Therefore, a strategy is needed for approaching relations with the mass media, such as journalists, media entrepreneurs, professional associations of journalists, and associations of media entrepreneurs. In the study of media relations, at least some of the commonly used strategies are known: Press Tours, Media Gatherings, Press releases, Press conferences, Press Receptions, Press Relations, and Media Events. The last part is the evaluation of the practice of media relations strategy. Evaluations aim to analyze whether the strategy used is applicable and followed by the increase in tourist numbers. On the other hand, to reveal if tourists receive information from the mass media or social media, which has been growing rapidly recently in the country. The presence of digital technology helps facilitate official relations with media actors. The presence of various image, text, and video-sending applications makes this relationship should be easier. As a result, the target of bringing in more and more tourists was achieved. In this context, the Central Aceh Tourism Office has used a media relations strategy, but it has not been maximized due to the limited budget available in the 2022 Central Aceh Regional Budget.
