Abstract

Law is a regulation or social norm that cannot be separated from the values that apply in society. One of the important roles in social life that makes good education possible is the family. One of the most frequent problems is the transfer of assets from parents to children, usually in the form of gifts. In practice, many grants that are given are then canceled unilaterally by the grantor for various reasons, including wrong behavior and waste committed by the grantee. This usually happens when giving grants. Usually, the person initially displays good behavior and then changes personality over time. In the legal field, there are funding regulations that regulate requirements, procedures and legal implications. A gift is money, property, or other assets given in good faith for the benefit of the recipient. It is important to have a clear understanding of the regulatory and legal implications related to grants so that the process of granting and receiving grants is transparent and implemented in accordance with applicable regulations. This research investigates the application of funding concepts based on Islamic legal advice.

Abstract

Islamic banking faces significant challenges in maintaining profitability amid global economic instability. One potential strategy is optimizing profit-sharing financing schemes, such as mudharabah and musyarakah. This study aims to explore the relationship between profitability and the implementation of these financing schemes while assessing their effectiveness in enhancing the profitability of Islamic banks. A quantitative approach with descriptive-literature analysis is used to examine the correlation between profitability and profit-sharing financing. The data is obtained from Islamic banking financial reports over the past five years. The findings indicate that mudharabah and musyarakah positively contribute to Islamic banking profitability. Mudharabah is more effective in business sectors with measurable risks, whereas musyarakah offers greater flexibility for long-term investments. However, the implementation of these schemes faces challenges such as high risks and market uncertainty. Therefore, stronger risk mitigation strategies and supportive regulations are necessary to ensure that profit-sharing financing can have an optimal impact on the profitability growth of Islamic banking.

Abstract

In a workshop, the machining or cutting process of plates must be done quickly and accurately, while most of them are still done manually or by hand. One of the technologies used today is the CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) machine which is one of the results of the development of machining technology that can be operated automatically and continuously, so that it can support the need for requests for complex workpiece shapes, high accuracy and in large quantities. In its processing, this workpiece is very difficult to do with a manual process or with ordinary tools. To overcome this, a CNC plasma cutting machine design was made. CNC plasma cutting is a CNC machine whose motion system can move the plasma eye or torch according to computer commands. The design of this plasma cutting machine is carried out with a design process to determine the dimensions of the machine and calculations to determine the specifications of the drive motor, with the design of the electric wiring diagram and the selection of controller selection specifications for the system. By testing the precision of the tool during the experiment. The purpose of this design is to create a CNC plasma cutting machine with easily obtainable materials and capable of carrying out complex plate cutting work with high tool precision. This CNC plasma cutting machine uses 3-axis CNC as the main driver, namely the X axis, Y axis and Z axis, and is operated with Mach3 software as a CNC machine controller and uses a stepper motor to move the axis axis. Mach3 software was chosen because it has an easy configuration because there is an auto tuning feature in determining the precision of each axis and is easy to operate, and easy to get on the internet, so that with this CNC plasma cutting machine it can help a workshop in doing sheetmetal work efficiently and accurately which in the end can save material, time and cost of work

Abstract

Infak is a voluntary social charity institution run by one person and the owner has the freedom to determine the type of assets and level of assets to be issued. Infak can be used to help ease the burdens of others and also increase devotion to God Almighty. Apart from that, donations can impact religious activities, for example helping fund the construction of a mosque. This research was carried out to learn more about donations' implications in mosque construction. This research uses a normative literature study method, namely by conducting literature research; with collection techniques through written sources. With this research, it is hoped that students will be able to pay more attention to the surrounding conditions that need help

Abstract

Quality education is the key to improving skills and knowledge for students. However, there are still many challenges faced in improving the quality of education, especially at the primary level. Collaborative Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Lecturers and Teachers in book writing can be one of the strategies to improve the quality of Education. This research aims to be active through collaboration in writing Madrasah Science Competition books between Tarbiyatut Tholabah Islamic Institute Lecturers and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah 02 Mazro'atul Ulum teachers. The results of the service showed an increase in the quality of lecturers and teachers in presenting learning and academic materials in order to provide excellent service for students, especially Madrasah Science Competition participants. And the most important thing is the creation of a collaborative book masterpiece entitled Madrasah Science Competition which contains a summary of material from science, social studies, mathematics, Arabic English and religious sciences such as Fiqh, Aqidah, Islamic Culture History and the presentation of sample questions and discussions. Moreover, the project has had a positive impact on the educators involved. It has allowed them to deepen their understanding of the subjects and improve their ability to present complex concepts in an accessible way. The collaborative nature of the project has fostered a supportive learning community, where educators learn from one another's expertise and experiences. The resulting Madrasah Science Competition book is not only a valuable educational resource but also a testament to the power of collaboration in enhancing the quality of education.

Abstract

The urgency of consumer protection in Sharia-compliant transactions has become increasingly prominent alongside the growth of the halal industry and rising public awareness of transactional justice based on Islamic principles. This study aims to formulate the theoretical and normative construction of consumer protection within the framework of Islamic law and to assess its compatibility with Indonesia’s positive legal system. Employing a normative juridical approach combined with a descriptive-analytical method, this research explores primary legal sources including Qur’anic verses, the hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and scholarly opinions found in classical and contemporary fiqh al-mu‘āmalāt literature, as well as secondary legal sources such as Law Number 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, fatwas of the National Sharia Council (DSN-MUI), and relevant academic literature. The analysis is conducted through content analysis to extract the values of justice, transparency, and balance of rights and obligations within contractual mechanisms. This study finds that core principles such as truthfulness (ṣidq), disclosure (bayān), and justice (‘adālah) constitute the essential foundation of consumer protection in the Islamic legal perspective. The prohibition of gharar (uncertainty), riba (usury), and tadlīs (fraudulent misrepresentation) is not merely a moral injunction but an integral safeguard mechanism for consumer rights. Furthermore, the institutional presence of supervisory bodies such as DSN-MUI and Sharia certification mechanisms has proven to be strategic, though they continue to face challenges in implementation, socialization, and consumer literacy. The findings also indicate a substantial opportunity for harmonizing Islamic legal principles with the national legal system within the framework of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening sectoral regulations based on Sharia principles, integrating fatwas into positive legal norms, and enhancing educational capacity for both business actors and consumers in order to realize ethical, equitable, and sustainable transactions.
