Abstract

Ragunan Margasatwa Park is one of the forms of industrial and tourism acceleration in Indonesia. To this day the Ragunan Margasatwa Park is still operating well and has its own heritage in it. This is why Ragunan Margasatwa Park remains a favourite destination for recreation with family or close people. In order to obtain real data or evidence of the creation that exists within Ragunan Margasatwa Park, researchers will conduct surveys to the visitors by informing the activities that the researchers do through poster products. In order to find out what is of interest to visitors so choose Ragunan Margasatwa Park as their recreational destination. The results of the research we have done have produced the average level of satisfaction of Ragunan Margasatwa Park for visitors on a scale of 5 which is Very Satisfied / Very Interesting. The result of the spread of the lift, will later be the advocate of the truth of the data in the product of the article that the researchers sorted. In addition, the results of the spread of the lift also become factual data that will be informed by the researchers through video products.

Abstract

Corruption is a serious threat to the integrity and effectiveness of law enforcement institutions, including district courts. In this context, this article aims to examine the journey of anti-corruption reform in district court institutions, with a focus on efforts to improve internal integrity and reduce corrupt practices involving district court personnel. This research aims to track the development and efforts of anti-corruption reform within the district courts, as well as identifying the factors that influence the success or failure of these reforms. This article is descriptive research using qualitative methods. The main data sources are interviews with district court officials and related stakeholders. In his role as a judge at the Rangkasbitung Class II District Court, integrity and fairness in the judicial system are highly upheld, especially amidst the rise of unscrupulous individuals and mafias in the judiciary. The Supreme Court's big mission is to create a great judiciary through accreditation programs, integrity zones, and efforts to fight corruption. Crime involves various elements, from investigation to trial. The accelerated case resolution program and transparent public services are innovations of the Supreme Court. In an era of uncertainty and public distrust of law enforcement, justice becomes subjective and cannot always meet the expectations of all parties. Improving quality and accelerating case resolution is the focus, while ensuring quality decisions. A quality court representative is important and something to be proud of. Justice remains relative and cannot be measured consistently for each individual.

Abstract

This article discusses the perceptions of Generation Z regarding the role of legal education in shaping anti-corruption awareness. Generation Z, comprised of individuals born between the mid-1990s and early 2010s, is an integral part of a developing society. The role of legal education in shaping anti-corruption awareness becomes increasingly crucial in the context of a constantly changing and interconnected global environment through technology. The article analyzes Generation Z's perceptions of legal education and how legal education can be utilized as a tool to build anti-corruption awareness among them. Through literature review and interviews with various members of Generation Z, the article explores efforts that can be undertaken by educational institutions, governments, and society to enhance the effectiveness of legal education in combating corruption. The findings of this article provide valuable insights into how legal education can be optimally utilized to create a generation more conscious of the importance of integrity and honesty in social and governmental structures.

Abstract

This community service activity (PKM) was held to organize socialization of cybersecurity awareness and personal data protection. Through this socialization activity, it is hoped that it can help the community in dealing with actual situations and conditions related to cyber threats and data leaks that are currently rampant. This Community Service Activity is aimed at residents of Pangkalan Jati Village, Depok City. This activity aims to provide socialization and understanding of the importance of cybersecurity awareness and personal data protection for all levels of society. Supported by a good situation and conditions, this activity was held face-to-face directly at the Pangkalan Jati Village Hall. The number of participants who attended was around 30 people consisting of community leaders, RT Heads, and the younger generation in the Pangkalan Jati Village area, Depok City. This socialization explained material regarding the urgency of cybersecurity awareness, various regulations and policies related to cyber and personal data protection, to various tips for protecting each person's personal data. Moreover, in the context of the 2024 election which has just been implemented, it can be a challenge in itself with the massive developments in cyberspace. Through this activity, it can be concluded that this activity is important to be held routinely because there are still many people who do not understand the urgency of cyber security.

Abstract

Korporasi sebagai salah satu faktor pendukung utama kegiatan perekonomian di Indonesia, mempunyai peran yang sangat besar dalam lalulintas perekonomian nasional dan Internasional. Dalam era globalisasi dan digitalisasi yang saat ini menjadi perhatian utama korporasi agar dapat berkompetensi secara sehat dalam persaingan global, diperlukan suatu korporasi yang memiliki visi dan misi progresif guna meningkatkan positioning di mata masyarakat dan merebut hati konsumen agar senantiasa dan loyal mempergunakan produk korporasi. Secara umum, korporasi terbagi menjadi dua jenis, yaitu perusahaan publik (go public company) yaitu perusahaan yang sahamnya diperdagangkan dan tercatat sebagai emiten pada Bursa Efek Indonesia, dan perusahaan tertutup. Pada perusahaan publik, harus memiliki minimal 1 orang Direktur Independen dan minimal 30% dari seluruh anggota Dewan Komisaris harus Komisaris Independen. Jika Komisaris Independen harus diambil dari kalangan luar perusahaan, maka Direktur Independen dapat berasal dari kalangan internal perusahaan, namun justru ketentuan ini pada akhirnya menimbulkan ketidakpastian kondisi independensi Direktur tersebut, karena ketentuan yang mengatur secara detail mengenai fungsi independensi Direktur dan Komisaris tidak lengkap yang pada akhirnya akan menimbulkan kebingungan bagi Direktur dalam melaksanakan fungsi independensinya.

Abstract

The urgency in several cases of student delinquency stems from law breaking attitudes and corruption cases which are increasingly common in our country, Indonesia. This occurs due to the dysfunction of several law enforcement agencies which are considered not to have emphasized their function in educating and anticipating cases of law violations in society. Some basic examples of legal awareness education and anti-corruption attitudes carried out in schools are students practicing through the honesty canteen, students practicing remembering their own assignments/exercises, students practicing identifying honest characters, schools providing special extracurriculars. So that way students and teachers understand the benefits of honesty and discipline. However, it should be noted that legal awareness education and an anti-corruption attitude should not be provided at elementary school level alone, this education must continue at subsequent educational levels because at the same time educational institutions at the upper level can be a strong milestone and reminder for building accountability and transparency.

Abstract

The topic of bullying is never discussed from time to time, the phenomenon of bullying is like an epidemic or a rapidly spreading disease that causes many victims. The phenomenon of bullying is increasingly growing because currently it is a modern era that cannot be separated from technological developments which have positive and negative impacts. Television or social media shows are easier for school-age children to imitate, especially behavior that is considered not good. For example, a fight scene that ends in bullying. Bullying occurs at every school level, from elementary school, middle school, high school to university, both public schools and religious schools and Islamic boarding schools. Bullying is carried out by students, teachers, parents and also school principals with the majority of victims being students. In order to protect and prevent bullying, the government has issued many laws such as the Child Protection Law, the Children's Criminal Justice System Law, the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Regulations, the Minister of State for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Regulations, Guidebooks and Programs Anti-bullying from each school and various forms of efforts to anticipate and prevent bullying in schools. In fact, the various regulations issued by the Government have not been able to overcome bullying behavior, which will even increase by 30% in 2023 compared to 2022. This research will complement other research that has been carried out previously, using a different perspective, namely with the concept of sustainability. activities through the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) system, which requires stakeholders (Government, Teachers, Parents, Students, Law Enforcement and all parties involved) to carry out systematic and holistic prevention efforts, which in every The steps taken must always be reviewed to find out whether the work plan made has succeeded in preventing or not being effective.

Abstract

Energi dan air merupakan sumber daya vital yang perlu dikelola secara bijaksana untuk mendukung ekonomi berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa kelas 5 SDN Pondok Labu 03 tentang pentingnya penghematan energi dan air melalui edukasi interaktif yang mengintegrasikan mata kuliah Bela Negara, Kewarganegaraan, dan Agama. Melalui metode presentasi, diskusi, dan proyek menempelkan gambar, siswa diajak memahami konsep hemat energi dan air yang relevan dengan nilai-nilai cinta tanah air dan tanggung jawab lingkungan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai konservasi energi dan air, sejalan dengan poin 8 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), yaitu Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dalam bidang pendidikan lingkungan, serta memberikan contoh konkret peran pendidikan dasar dalam pelestarian sumber daya alam.

Abstract

Demokrasi substantif di SMA memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membangun karakter siswa dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif. SMA YADIKA 12 DEPOK, sebagai salah satu institusi pendidikan yang mengedepankan pengembangan karakter siswa, berkomitmen untuk tidak hanya mengajarkan prinsip-prinsip demokrasi secara teoritis, tetapi juga menerapkannya secara praktis dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Artikel ini akan menjelaskan Kegiatan sosialisasi yang kami lakukan di SMA YADIKA 12 DEPOK bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif penerapan demokrasi substantif pada siswa/i agar mewujudkan lingkungan sekolah yang adil dalam suatu keberagaman dan dengan harapan dapat membuka pandangan siswa/i.

Abstract

Tingginya produksi sampah plastik telah menjadi masalah yang terus berkembang di Indonesia. Sebagai salah satu negara dengan penghasil sampah plastik terbanyak, Indonesia memiliki tantangan berat dalam pengelolaan sampah, terutama pengelolaan sampah plastik yang sulit terurai. Seringkali sampah plastik berakhir dengan mencemarkan alam dan merusak ekosistem. Dalam kasus ini, kreativitas masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah plastik sangat dibutuhkan untuk menambah nilai ekonomi sebuah sampah plastik. Untuk itu, pengabdian masyarakat yang kami lakukan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Asasul Islam mengenai pentingnya mendaur ulang sampah plastik menjadi celengan yang memiliki nilai guna. Dengan menggunakan serangkaian metode kegiatan sosialisasi, seperti pengenalan mengenai sampah dan celengan, brain-storming, puzzle solving, dan workshop membuat celengan dari sampah botol plastik, diharapkan muncul kesadaran berlingkungan sejak dini pada siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Asasul Islam. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Asasul Islam tentang pentingnya memilah sampah organik dan anorganik, menjaga kebersihan lingkungan, mendaur ulang sampah plastik, dan menabung sejak dini.
